We had a perfect stay at Apartment Archive de Indias to explore Seville. Everything was clean and luxurious. Thank you!

The apartment met our needs perfectly. Spacious, with all required amenities for a week´s stay. On-site manager, Alfonso Valiente, was extremely helpful when checking us in and by offering suggestions to smooth our stay. In addition, he offered great support during a medical emergency. His help then was invaluable. The location was perfect for visiting Seville.

Stylish and comfortable apartment, well equipped, good central location, close to all the sights.
Apart from tea and coffee there were no other basics in the kitchen, not even a bottle of water in the fridge. A few supplies would have been appreciated.

Apartamento con perfecta ubicación, a un minuto de la Giralda. Amplio, luminoso, moderno, y con vistas al Archivo de Indias. Con calefacción, útil en diciembre. Pudimos entrar antes y salir después de las horas habituales, gracias al encargado de la agencia.

The location of this apartment was outstanding: centrally located, gorgeous views, plenty to see and do nearby! It was furnished comfortably and the kitchen was well-stocked. Alfonso was a big help with getting us acquainted to Seville, as well as arranging a Flamenco show and scheduling our taxi for our departure.

Appartement à la localisation parfaite (en face des archives des Indes, de la cathédrale et d´Alcazar), quartier très calme. Très propre et bien aménagé.

Fantastic 5 Star rated Apartment located in just an ideal location. Modern, Clean, and Inviting home away from home. My family & I really enjoy our stay. just minutes away from mjor sights and great restaurants. One of the best apartment we have been to during our 14 day Spain tip. Alfonso was extremely helpful when I couldn´t find my passport. He waited for 30 min until we did and gave us tips for sightseeing and restaurants. Alfonso also came when we arrive to let us check-in earlier which was great!! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Seville.

The apartment was very spacious, modern,clean, and in a perfect location for our first visit to Seville. It was perfect for a month´s stay and Alfonso, the manager, was extremely helpful in getting us settled into the apartment and oriented to the area as well as available if needed. We used the driving service you offered which made our arrival from the airport with Juan and Mariana very stressfree as our trips to other towns. We would highly recommend this apartment to up to 4 people for a very comfortable space with cooking facilities and 2 bathrooms. The view from the arched windows with palm trees and the Archivo de Indias made it special and which sold us from your photos. The weather in February was mild so we also enjoyed the roof top deck to get some relaxation and sun. We hope to return to Sevilla again soon and would stay here again. Thank you.

Ubicación perfecta, apartamento moderno y trato muy agradable y profesional, especialmente teniendo en cuenta las fechas de Navidad.

Very modern clean apartment with a wonderful location near Seville Cathedral & tapas restaurants of Gago Mateos. Although so centrally located it was not noisy. Even a Starbucks, tourist office & tram stop all within 100m. Would recommend some English instructions for the washing machine be placed in the apartment & some hanging hooks &/or shelves in the bathrooms.

This apartment was perfectly located in the center, and was very nicely appointed. It was bright and light filled. The Air conditioning worked very well, which was critical during the late August, early September dates we stayed, as the daily high temperatures ranged from 92 F to 104F !! The rooms and bathrooms were clean and furnishings in good condition. We had a slight problem with the washing machine, but management got a plumber out quickly to resolve the problem. I would recommend this apartment to anyone, as it was so convenient to the main sites. Hearing the clip clop of the horse drawn carriages below our balcony was an extra charming treat.

We appreciated Alfonso, who met us promptly and allowed us into the apartment early as we arrived before the usual check in time. He was very patient and helpful in giving us directions and even taking us to the Tourist information center just a block away from the apartment, and waiting for us to be done there before pointing out some other landmarks. He showed us where markets were and other landmarks. He was available to help us book a show at the Flamenco Museum and later brought us a refund of part of the tickets because two in our party were students, eligible for a discount.

We did not take advantage of the kitchen for cooking, as we were having so much fun sampling the local food at all the cafes and restaurants. However, it appeared well stocked if one chose to eat in.

Excelente ubicación, impecable limpieza y servicio. Definitivamente la próxima vez que visite Sevilla me alojare en éste apartamento.

We were two couples and stayed in the apartment for a week. The apartment is brand new with excellent furnishings, high quality beddings with en-suite, very functional bathrooms. The kitchen was perfect for a short stay with all the essentials. The view from the apartment was to die for and although the apartment is smack in the center of the town, next to the Alcazar, because of the double-gazing and the air-condition we slept very peacefully. I would definitely recommend the apartment and would return without a doubt.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment!! Was perfect for two couples. We loved how "new" and clean everything was. A modern, beautiful apartment right across the street from the beautiful sights of seville. I loved hearing the horse drawn carriages walking by, opening up the windows/balcony doors to look at the cathedral and take in the scenery.

only complaint is that the rooftop is not very nice --not really set up to spend time up there.
But the apartment itself was wonderful, the location CANNOT be beat.

I would stay again there in a heartbeat!!

Excelente apartamento muy bien situado, luminoso, tranquilo y muy bien equipado, repetiremos en otra ocasión.

The apartment was in perfect place for exploring in Seville, right near The Alcazar and the Cathedral. It was nice, bright and clean and well equipped. Our contact was friendly and spoke good English. The only thing is that the key to the communal terrace would only be given if you ask for it.

After 4 nights in your apartment, it was difficult to leave. The location and the apartment was the absolute best. The location was convenient to everything. Across the street from the Cathedral and Alkazar but not busy. The outlook from the living room was so charming and lovely. The apartment was super clean and the entire building was extremely well maintained. Check in and check out was effortless and we enjoyed being in the apartment as much as the attractions in the area. Thank you!!

The wonderful location of this apartment allows us to see the main monuments of the city, because it is very central! I really love this apartment, above all its brightness and its design. I would also highlight its communal terrace, ideal for relaxing! I definitely recommend it.
