Lovely apartment, cleans rooms, except for the master bedroom en-suite. Provides olive oils, coffee capsules…. Everything you need is there. But no tea/herbal bags. Comfortable beds. Central location. Few minutes walk to cathedral. When out of the front door entrance and you can see the cathedral. Shops. Day trip coach meet location is 10 minutes walk. Easy access walks
Shower head hanger is loose in the master bedroom en-suite, kept falling down when water running, few times it hits me. I used the shower in the other bathroom. A day before departure, I found in the master bedroom en-suite toilet had black bacteria, hiding area. It wasn’t clean properly. I should have checked it on the first day.

Квартира расположена в самом центре города. Но, при этом, ночью достаточно тихо и спокойно. Квартира просторная и уютная. Кровати удобные, постель белоснежная. На кухне есть все необходимое. Паркинг находится в 10 мин пешком.
Не понравилось, что окна не выходят на улицу. А выходят в колодец. И в квартире не хватало естественного света. Но это не критично. В целом все замечательно.

Room -The apartment is very big and comfy. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a big living room. Beds are comfortable, sheets are nice. I used the washer to wash some clothes. They offer detergent as well. Very clean. Location - 2 minutes walk to the Cathedral, lots of shops, restaurants nearby. Great location. Host -I used whatsapp to communicate with the host. I met Paula in person to check in. She also gave me a map to tell me where I should visit.
The hot water tank is not big so it can´t really allow two people to take shower at the same time. The water turned cold quickly if two people taking shower but this is minor.

Fantastic location, excellent value for money, courteous communication with staff. Very spacious & well-equipped. Plenty of bars, restaurants & places of interest very close by, but quiet and peaceful. Although a little dark inside, this might be a welcome relief in the height of the summer. Arranged to drop out bags off early, before check-in time, which gave us the freedom to explore Seville. There is a left-luggage facility a few doors up the street which was useful to enjoy our final few hours minus bags after checking out.

Clean and well appointed appointment with two bedrooms lounge kitchen and two bathrooms. very close to everything and short walking distance to the cathedral Alacazar trams and taxis. plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Hosts are excellent in communication. Everything was easy and smooth. Highly recommended.

The best thing about the apartment is the location. I really like to say something else that favorable but seriously, it´s only average at best.
The bathrooms are dated. The showers are small and the shower pans are slippery and dangerous. I nearly fell when taking showers. The beds are by far the most uncomfortable I´ve ever (tried) to sleep in.

El lugar es increíble!
Las camas MUY DURAS para el nivel de departamento que es en todos los demás detalles, todo súper nuevo pero las camas era incómodas. Si llevan carro propio se vuelve algo difícil de llegar si no conoces Sevilla, hay cerca un estacionamiento pero me hicieron perder 20min consiguiéndolo y luego regresar en el carro para dejar las maletas. La guía del anfitrión no es detallista en la información para primerizos en Europa cómo lo era yo.

The location could not have been better!
There are very few windows, which makes the accommodation a bit darker than shown in the photos. But there are also few reasons to stay in the living room during the day ;)

Limpeza e arejado. Cozinha bem equipada e com máquina de café nespresso, de que gostamos muito. bBem decorado. Situado num bairro muito central e com muitos restaurantes, mas, apesar disso, tranquilo e sem ruído da rua.

Van te voren per e-mail bij Genteel home geïnformeerd welk appartement in het gebouw we precies zouden krijgen. Informatie op site Booking.com is niet optimaal. Helaas geen reactie ontvangen van Genteel home. (het werd appartement E op de 1e etage) Het appartement is heel gehorig. Stenen vloer, stenen galerij. Gelukkig waren niet alle appartementen bezet, daardoor was het te doen. Heel erg hard bed. Het is bijna als slapen op een plank. Wij vonden het niet aangenaam. Koffie moet je zetten met een percolator.
The apartment is in a block of privately owned flats to the back, with view into the courtyard and against the wall of a neighbouring house. Not so nice, but thus no noise from the street. But we could hear everything from the people living above until early mornings, high heels, talking, doors shutting, baby crying, even toilet visits. As the people are residents there, there is no way to complain about their way of life.

Не понравилось то, что окна выходят во внутренний двор, и апартаменты очень тёмные и из за этого не уютные. Думаю что это касается только квартиры без террасы, которая была у нас. И еще обе спальни с раздельными кроватями, так как у нас было романтическое путешествие с мужем, это было конечно очень неудобно.

L´emplacement est exceptionnel, à deux pas de la Cathédrale. L´Appartement est très grand. On nous a réservé un très bel accueil.

The bathrooms were a bit dated. We also had slight trouble adjusting the water temperature in the shower. Any slight change would result in very cold or very hot water but it was still manageable so we didn’t complain about it. The beds / pillows were just okay - not super comfortable. Overall, the apartment seemed a bit ‘used’ and didn’t give that super clean / fresh vibe - the pictures seemed a lot better than the actual place. The AC would shut itself off after a few hours even though we barely used it - maybe a few hours at night only and would always shut it before leaving the house. The weather was pleasant (mid June) so thankfully we didn’t need it much. Overall it was a comfortable stay despite the above and I’ll reiterate that the location was amazing.

Second bedroom was a little small as we were four adults, first bedroom large that’s the only thing.

Respecto al suplemento por realizar el check in fuera del horario habitual, tenga en cuenta que el horario de check in es desde las 15 hasta las 21h, y después de esa hora, una compañera debe desplazarse fuera de su horario laboral hasta su apartamento exclusivamente para recibirles, motivo por el que conlleva un pequeño suplemento. Por el precio y porqué no cuesta nada podrían poner unas galletas o algo para dedayunar y un par de botellas de agua. El check out a las 12h mejor y el chek in me parece mal que quieran cobrar más si llegas después de las 21h (que es una hora muy normal si llegas en Ave)
Bed very firm- perfect for us.
It had seemed excessive to have two bedrooms, but both bedrooms were small. The smaller one had no closet or drawers. We used the second one for packing.
Great appartment if you are travelling with small children. The location is excellent so you can get everywhere by foot and can easily come back for naps when needed.
The walls are a bit thin so we occassionally heared the neighbours. After 22h it was all quite though and it was never so loud that it woke up the kids.
great location - really central and easy to get to all key attractions and really helpful hosts.
Only slight negative is the sound proofing isn´t great so you can hear people above and to the side of you
Everything! Four girlfriends stayed in Seville in this apartment which was bright and clean and very well equipped. Beds firm but comfortable and a lovely airy sitting room. Plenty hot water for the two showers. Location was excellent, very central within walking distance of all main attractions, with lots of restaurants within easy walking distances. Yet lovely and quiet at night. Hosts were very helpful and obliging, they even booked a flamenco show for us. We loved it and thoroughly recommend this lovely place and if/when we come back will definitely stay here if it is available.
A small thing, it would have been nice to have larger cups (or mugs). Us Irish love our cup of tea ! And the second bedroom was rather small, which made it difficult to open the cupboard. But hey we did not spend our day in the place as we were out and about !

Очень удачное местоположение. В шаговой доступности (от 5 до 15 мин) все достопримечательности (стадион корриды, музей фламенко, площадь Испании, до собора вообще 3 мин пешком). За углом магазинчик carrefour, здесь же ресторанчики и пр. Апартаменты простые но довольно комфортные. Кухонных принадлежностей не хватило (мы встречали здесь Новый год :) - нам принесли дополнительно все что мы попросили :) Есть договоренность с парковкой что в 10 мин ходьбы, что не часто найдёшь в центре.
Ближайшая Парковка находится в 10 мин ходьбы, и подъехать на машине можно к апартаментам не всегда, перекрывают в праздники да и обычным вечером доехать тоже непросто
Los colchones y almohadas muy duros incómodos, no se corresponden con la categoría que publicitan de apartamento de lujo. En otros apartamentos a partir de la tercera noche hacen una limpieza gratuita. Creo que el precio lo merece.

Nos alegra saber que la céntrica ubicación a pocos metros de la catedral fue de su agrado, al igual que su completo equipamiento y su decoración y amplitud. Respecto a la dureza de los colchones y almohadas, es un tema que es muy subjetivo, ya que lo que a muchos clientes puede parecerles comodísimo, a usted no se lo pareció. Son colchones y almohadas nuevas y en buen estado y no entendemos a qué se refiere con que "su dureza" no se corresponde con la categoría que publicitamos de apartamento de lujo. Por otro lado, sobre la limpieza no sabemos qué ofrecen otros apartamentos. Nosotros no ofrecemos servicios propios de hoteles (salvo que se contraten aparte) y el suplemento de limpieza que se paga corresponde al coste de limpieza final. Esperamos que a pesar de estos aspectos haya podido disfrutar de su estancia en Sevilla. Saludos

Die Lage ist sehr gut (mitten in der Altstadt und doch sehr ruhig). Die Raumaufteilung ist prima. Gemütlich und modern eingerichtet.
Leider gab es keine Terrasse :-(
check out à 11h pile ( femme de menage est arrivée à 10h55 ) . 2 ieme chambre à 2 matelas pas du tout confortables notamment si Adulte doit y passer la nuit .

Está justo detrás de la catedral, por lo que puedes caminar fácilmente a cualquier lugar. Apartamento bien administrado, limpio y ordenado.
