Upon entering, you will be greeted by a bright dining area on the right, next to an open kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. Continuing on, you will find the cozy living room, decorated with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a large Smart TV for your entertainment.

The operator of this accommodation is obligated to provide, alongside the accommodation service, the following services:
• Catering service whose menu can be consulted here
• This establishment offers its own luggage storage and custody service from Monday to Friday (except holidays) for premium customers, with collection by our staff at the apartment. The rates are 5€ per item. On Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, you can use the service of other companies at designated locations, at approximately 5€ per suitcase.
• Weekly periodic cleaning and change of bed and bath linens, mandatory for stays longer than 6 nights. Included in the price.
