De locatie is echt perfect. In het mooiste gedeelte van de stad, net in santa cruz maar makkelijk op loopafstand van het centrum en alle bezienswaardigheden die je zou willen zien. net appartement, fijne bedden en ik vond het totaal niet gehorig in tegenstelling tot andere reviews.
enige nadeel wat ik me kan bedenken, is het feit dat de badkamer deur een grote spiegel is. heel gaaf, maar deze ging niet goed open en dicht en kon niet op slot, als je met je partner op vakantie bent maakt dit niet veel uit, maar met anderen kan ik me voorstellen dat dit niet heel prettig is.

Le logement n´est pas celui montré sur les photos. Il est très sombre. Seule une fenêtre dépolie donne sur une ruelle. Les 2 autres ouvertures donnent sur une cage d´escalier qui s´allume et s´éteint selon les entrées et sorties des locataires Le lavabo est petit avec peu de place pour poser les articles de toilette. Aucune tablette pour poser quoique ce soit dans la douche. Le parking promis sur le site est un parking public que l´on a vu complet une fois.

The bathroom/ toilet door can’t be closed properly ,which was not so convenient. Since it’s on the ground floor there is not much natural light in the apartment, which we were expecting, however the apartment had some problems with water damage/ fungus on the walls, which we could smell, especially in the bathroom. la struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione, l’appartamento e’ ben arredato e complessivamente pulito.
il nostro appartamento era un semi-interrato/piano terra. l’aria condizionata era molto rumorosa ed il grande lucernario sul soffitto non era oscurabile, per cui la stanza era sempre illuminata a giorno (elementi non compatibili con il riposo). il bagno non riuscirei a descriverlo…. e’ delimitato da un’anta, che non si chiude, e che serve ad isolare il wc e la doccia. il lavabo e’ praticamene a fianco a letto, comunque posizionato al di fuori di quello che potremmo definire bagno! abbiamo preferito prenotare un’altra camera, pur perdendo i soldi, per non rovinare il nostro soggiorno. Fortunatamente nella stessa zona abbiamo trovato un alloggio più economico e confortevole.

Acabamos ficando no apartamento que fica no térreo e como ele fica ao lado do portão de entrada do prédio, acaba tendo bastante barulho. Nesse do térreo não havia blackout e, para quem irá lavar roupa, falta secadora (já que a máquina é só de lavar).

Nur die Lage
Im Schlafraum kein Fenster und mit Oberlichte mit Obergeschoss verbunden. Es kam die ganze Nacht Licht in den Schlafraum. Das App. hat durch schlechte Belüftung modrig gerochen. Besoffene Englische Fußballfans haben uns zwei Nächte den Schlaf geraubt. Agressives gegrölle bis vier Uhr früh. Preis-Leistung weit überhöht. Kein Entgegenkommen vom Vermieter auf Umstände (Lärm...)?!? Wäre fair gewesen!

De l´eau coule du plafond après avoir fait fonctionner le chauffage. Studio en rez-de-chaussée pas du tout lumineux. La terrasse et la piscine montrées en photo sur Booking sont mensongères car elles ne sont accessibles que pour un seul appartement. Impossible de changer d´appartement après la déception à l´arrivée.

The checkin time is until 21.00, but in case of need we always meet our guests after that time, but as it is mentioned in the conditions the late arrivals have an extra charge. The location is stunning. The flat is clean and well-maintained.
The shower/bathroom door doesn’t shut properly. The air conditioning is too loud. The flat doesn’t have proper natural light and there is an awkward ceiling which lets light get through in the morning

+ Great location, host was very accommodating!
- A knob on the bathroom door/mirror to close it from the inside
+ Exceptionally well located apartment, right in the old town centre - and very well appointed. This apartment exceeded our exceptions and we were very pleased indeed with the place, the company running it and their staff. They were 100% helpful and went out of their way to assist us. Cannot fault this company nor their very efficient staff! We had a most satisfying stay!!
- No drawers for clothes! Could have done with at least one small chest of drawers for small items of clothing etc., and perhaps a cupboard (with drawers!).
We were greeted by a pleasant representative who handed us the keys and showed us the property. The Location is in a very good area. The layout, and space of the studio was great.
Would have preferred a balcony. A chest of drawers would be good. Having spent five days it would have been nice to unpack the suitcase.
