Localização Excelente!! Camas confortáveis e apartamento bem amplo !! Cozinha Equipada !!
Chuveiro!! A água esquentava demais e de repente ficava gelada !! Na primeira noite o aquecedor não funcionou corretamente, mas foi resolvido no dia seguinte pela administração !!

It is quite hard to get to te app as it is in the fourth building you enter in the first buildng, take a lift go to the 2.floor then cross the big parking and go to the fourth building and take a lift to the third floor. The heating is not really good as the capacity of the air conditions can not heat all the 80squarw meters.

La ubicación es inmejorable y el apartamento está muy bien. Todo fueron facilidades a la hora de llegar y el problema que tuvimos con el parking lo solucionaron eficientemente.
La única pega que puedo poner es la ducha... De momento sale hirviendo que al segundo siguiente sale congelada. Es muy difícil regular la temperatura y nunca se mantiene ahí.

Estimada Ana, lamentamos que el apartamento no cumpliera con sus expectativas. Hemos tomado de lo que nos comenta sobre los armarios y, tras revisarlo y ver que efectivamente la pintura estaba desgastada, hemos procedido a pintarlos de nuevo para solucionar este aspecto. Igualmente tomaremos medidas sobre la limpieza, es un aspecto que cuidamos al máximo y por lo general muy bien valorado por nuestros huéspedes, por lo que veremos qué ha podido ocurrir en su caso para que no vuelva a suceder. Por ello le pedimos disculpas y nos esforzaremos en seguir mejorando, por lo que le agradecemos sus sugerencias. Respecto a las zonas comunes y los ascensores del edificio, lamentablemente el mantenimiento de los mismos están fuera de nuestro control al ser gestionados por la comunidad, pero igualmente trasladaremos sus impresiones a la comunidad de vecinos para que tomen medidas.

The only problem was that sometimes the water in the shower would suddenly change temperature or take a while to heat up. Apart from that, everything was great.

Foi muito difícil regular a temperatura da água dos chuveiros, ora muito quente ora fria. Foi muito desagradável.

Todo me gusto desde que recogí las llaves hasta que lo deje. Un apartamento : Moderno. limpio . Confortable muy bien ubicado y equipado. Situado en pleno centro y con todo tipo de servicios y trasportes y con una excelente calidad precio. No solo lo recomiendo si no que lo sitúa en las mejores zonas d e Sevilla. Para mi es un 10 sobre 10. También destaco esa terraza con vistas a la giralda para tomarse algo después de un agotador día de turismo
No se puede decir nada malo de este apartamento ni de esta ciudad. Sevilla siempre en mi corazón. Gracias!!!

We had to wait 30 minutes for the keys, having previously set the arrival time and we couldn´t understand why.

A limpeza muito bem feita.. Os utensílios da cozinha brilhavam.. Disponibilizaram artigos do dia a dia.. Ar condicionado e camas confortáveis. Havia uma pessoa a nossa espera para nos mostrar e explicar o quarto e como funcionava... Casa super moderna e renovada..
Não ter parques de estacionamento grátis. Ou então ter desconto no parque por estar lá hospedado.. Porque o parque de estacionamento era muito caro mais a mais para pessoas que só queriam mesmo parque para durante a noite.

1. it was impossible to achieve a steady temperature in either shower. The temperature swung between too hot / too cold / just right.
2. I plugged the very old looking iron into a wall socket and received a burn / electric shock / big bang. I believe the wiring to the iron was so old that it shorted internally. Worryingly the RCD didn´t trip out.
