This beautiful apartment has an enviable location, in one of the many small streets that make up the historic center of Seville.
To access the apartment we must cross a large and beautiful typical Andalusian patio. Upon entering the apartment we enter directly into a spacious and bright living-dining room that has a double sofa-bed, side table, Smart TV and two armchairs. It has several windows that overlook two large interior patios, which makes it a perfect place to rest. Next to the living room we find the dining area, with a table and chairs with capacity for 6 people.

Nos impresionó la limpieza del apartamento. Tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. 2 baños totalmente equipados, ambos con duchas a ras de suelo. La cocina estaba bien equipada con nevera-congelador, lavadora, lavavajillas, vitrocerámica, microondas. tostador, etc. Zona animada para comer. y designaremos una sala de estar. Además, la ubicación era perfecta, a poca distancia de todos los lugares de interés y de excelentes bares y restaurantes en la puerta, así como de un supermercado. La comunicación con Gentileza fue genial y el proceso de registro fue muy fácil. Nos encantó todo del apartamento y lo recomendaría encarecidamente

La ubicación es excelente, se llega andando en muy pocos minutos a todos los puntos de interés del casco antiguo. Estaba todo muy limpio y fueron muy atentos y flexibles con la hora de check in. Muy cómodo que tenga dos baños. Apartamento bonito y decorado con gusto.
Las puertas correderas de los armarios de ambas habitaciones, no deslizaban bien y era muy difícil abrir y cerrar el armario para sacar o guardar la ropa. Se atascaba y no había manera de moverlas. Faltaría alguna cosa más de menaje en la cocina (algún vaso más, cucharillas...)

Por decir algo, el que no tenga parking y tener que arrastrar las maletas desde el parking por las calles adoquinadas del centro. Pero supongo que no es fácil encontrará alojamiento céntricos con parking.

Con respecto al tema del parking, tal como se especifica en las características del inmueble, no disponemos de estacionamiento propio. Dado que estamos ubicados en el centro histórico de Sevilla, al lado de algunos de los monumentos más importantes de la ciudad, algunos edificios, debido a su valor cultural, no pueden ser modificados para añadir ciertas infraestructuras como el parking. No obstante, entendemos la incomodidad que en ocasiones esto puede generar, y por ello proporcionamos información sobre opciones de aparcamiento cercanas a nuestros huéspedes para hacer su llegada lo más amena posible.
Esperamos que, a pesar de este pequeño inconveniente, haya disfrutado de su estancia y que podamos volver a recibirle en el futuro.

THE LOCATION was excellent. Practically in the middle of the old town of Seville. Close to every important attraction. Despite the central location, the apartment was quiet and comfortable. Lots of storage space. A great base for exploring this beautiful city.

Parking is difficult Nearest car park is a taxi ride away You can reserve parking but must go to the attendant to pay as the rates are cheaper if reserved by the apartment
Just a creaking door and some old plates.
老城区开车非常不便，停车极为不便，免费停车场要走很远，24H收费停车场比较贵。
La persona que tenía que entregar las llaves no llegó a la hora pactada y hubo que esperarla un buen rato. Por suerte una vecina del edificio nos permitió entrar al hall pues nos dijo que muchas veces han hecho esperar a los huéspedes hasta más de una hora.

Le pedimos disculpas por el retraso al recibirle, algo que nunca nos suele pasar como puede ver en los comentarios y al contrario de lo que le dijo la vecina con no muy buenas intenciones hacia nosotros. Somos muy responsables con el horario acordado con nuestros huéspedes a la hora de recibirlos, pero en su caso tuvimos que ayudar a otro huésped con un problema médico. Le pedimos disculpas de nuevo por ello y esperamos que hayan disfrutado de su estancia. Saludos.

Não gostei da obrigação de tirar o lixo. Na minha opinião, isso deveria fazer parte do serviço incluso da faxina. Além disso, a cozinha precisa de melhorias, especialmente: a reposição de talheres e louças quebradas, limpeza e organização.

The double bad is very small
Everything was lovely. The sofa bed isn´t the most comfortable but still good.
Smell on entering front door (musty/damp)? Kettle too small for Brits! No plug in sink. Very few things to quibble over.

The house is beautiful and nicely arranged. Almost everything was available there. We were in touch with the agency through messages and they were quite helpful and friendly. The only thing was to pay 50EUR extra for late checkin. I know its mentioned in the booking but this could be waived since we are paying for the whole day in advance.
El apartamento tiene muy buena ubicación, tiene todo lo necesario y los arrendadores te ayudan con indicación para disfrutar de la ciudad
La cocina muy pequeña, por decir algo.
Éramos 5 pessoas e a agua que te do chuveiro acabava rapido, sendo que os ultimos a tomar banho tinham que tomar banho frio ou esperar.
La localización era buena, céntrica. El alojamiento estaba limpio.
Nos pidieron sacar la basura. Nos dijeron que nos iban a mandar información sobre restaurantes en Sevilla y no fue así.
L´appartement est très calme et bien équipé
The appartment is large enough for 4. The windows look either to the first or to second patio. It´s a quite and recreative place. The air conditioning ist very efficient. The management is very, very friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed our stay very much and are planning to return to the appartment.
Genteel was organized and efficient. Booking went smoothly and information from them was clear and accurate. We had no issues with the apartment so we had no contact with them in Seville except on arrival which Genteel handled promptly and professionally. They also provided a list of potential restaurants some of which we sampled and were quite pleased.
We were very happy with the apartment and all arrangements.
Lo que si he de hacer una crítica o queja con el fin de que puedan solucionar, es que en el cuarto de las dos camas la que está pegada a la ventana, hace mucho ruido de muelles siendo incómodo por si despiertas a los demás. Respecto al baño de este mismo cuarto tuvimos la desagradable experiencia que al volver por la tarde hacia olor a alcantarilla y que supongo venían de la calle.

Gracias por su comentario, por supuesto las críticas constructivas son siempre bien acogidas. Queríamos puntualizar que nos han sorprendido sus palabras sobre la cama ya que los colchones son nuevos -fueron comprados hace pocos meses- y no son de muelles. Por supuesto lo revisaremos detenidamente, pues quizá el ruido fuese debido a algún desajuste del somier, algo de fácil solución. En cuanto al olor, entendemos que sería algo puntual efectivamente proveniente del exterior, ya que a su salida el personal de checkin y el de limpieza revisaron la propiedad y no detectaron ningún olor desagradable.
It was clean, quiet and near to some supermarkets.
We had to ask for some more supplies (pans and pots), but the staff was so kind and they brought them the really next day.
I´d definitely stay there again. Thanks, Genteel Home!

El estado del apartamento era inmejorable al igual que su situación, justamente en el centro.
Por último mencionar el exquisito trato por parte de la agencia que nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos.
