This loft apartment with private terrace is located on the penthouse floor of a completely refurbished building in the centre of Seville, in Plaza San Francisco, opposite the city’s town hall. Upon entering, you are greeted by a hallway with a striking glass ceiling that allows natural light to enter from the private terrace, complemented by an automatic awning to ensure your privacy and comfort, and on the left hand side you will find the fully equipped bathroom.

The operator of this accommodation is obligated to provide, alongside the accommodation service, the following services:
• Catering service whose menu can be consulted here
• This establishment offers its own luggage storage and custody service from Monday to Friday (except holidays) for premium customers, with collection by our staff at the apartment. The rates are 5€ per item. On Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, you can use the service of other companies at designated locations, at approximately 5€ per suitcase.
• Weekly periodic cleaning and change of bed and bath linens, mandatory for stays longer than 6 nights. Included in the price.

Having to move due to power outage in building. Church bells lovely but not every hour and half hour throughout the night. Otherwise great.
The location could not be bettered - central, lovely view, yet high above the crowd and lively street noise. The apartment is stylish and very comfortable - they get all the major things right.
Just a few small things that could easily be fixed - no shelf in the shower for soap or shampoo ( tricky!), no ice making compartment in the otherwise ample fridge (I needed an ice pack for a sprained ankle, and had to go begging for ice to the bar next door). Main door code was long and a bit of a worry to remember. But don´t hesitate to stay there!

Great location. Very well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the little kitchenette was very useful. The roof terrace was fabulous, well looked after and lovely sunny warm place in mid January.
No cloths for drying dishes. Apparently a hygiene issue but unusual for rentals.

I wanted to love this place, the apartment itself is great, in a great location, has everything you need and the bed is comfy.
Two things entirely ruined our stay: 1) THE BELLS!!! This place is situated a stone´s throw from the city hall, and very close to the cathedral, both of which have bells. These bells, sound like they are in the apartment, and during the holiday period (Jan 5th -8th) rang ALL NIGHT LONG, every 30 mins, we did not sleep at all. Secondly, there is a really bad smell from the drains that fills the apartment, maintenance came to ´fix´ it, by putting standard drain cleaner down the shower, which helped for all of an hour (he said it would last 5 days). The team refused to move us and insisted every day that the bells would likely stop the following night. It felt torturous honestly, ZERO sound proofing.

For many, this is a unique experience that adds to the atmosphere of Seville and connects them with its rich history. We understand that it can be unsettling if you´re not accustomed to it, but we hope you can appreciate that it is a characteristic of staying in such a central and historic area.
Regarding the other aspects mentioned, we would like to highlight that the presence of odors can sometimes be influenced by the weather, and during certain times of the year, humidity or rain can unfortunately intensify them. We did everything possible to address the situation, but we regret that the solution was not more effective. We had a great time in Seville and Genteel made the process as easy as could be. Right in the middle of Plaza de San Francisco and close to Plaza Nueva, it couldn’t be more convenient. Everything was walking distance and the food close by was fabulous!A note for Americans who may be choosing this location, as we are not all accustomed to European accommodations:1. Setup your WhatsApp and make sure you have notifications turned on. It will be your primary mode of communication2. There is a washing machine in the apartment, which is awesome - but no dryer. Being a slightly uninformed American, I didn’t know what to do, until they informed me of the drying rack and it worked great!

L´appartamento è luminoso e restaurato di recente (è tutto nuovissimo), ha una bella terrazza all´ultimo piano comune a tutti gli ospiti. La posizione è centralissima, a due passi dalla cattedrale. Temperatura all´interno perfetta, nonostante l´alta temperatura esterna, non abbiamo nemmeno acceso l´aria condizionata. Il letto è molto comodo
