Apartment had everything I needed plus an unbeatable location. Staff was very responsive and gave excellent recommendations for restaurants.
Due to no fault of the property, the tapas bar downstairs is currently being remodelled and started work a bit early in the morning.

Location was perfect and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Surrounded by a ton of restaurantes, shops and the main monuments. Right next to the cathedral and Royal Alcázar, very easy to walk everwhere in the city.
Parking recommendation: they suggest only one option which was an expensive one when there was less expensive options and closer. Check-in process was slightly stressful, a lot of messages asking my time of arrival, felt pressure to get there as soon as possible.

La ubicación es ideal. La cama muy comoda.
Podría estar un poco más cuidado, el apartamento está muy bien, pero necesita una mano de pintura. En las fotos parece amplío y es muy estrechito, es lógico ya que está en el casco antiguo y las casas son antiguas, pero podría estar un poco más cuidado. La manguera de la ducha pierde agua con lo cual es complicado ducharse porque llega la mitad de agua. El baño podría estar un poco más limpio encontramos algún pelo no nuestro antes de usarlo, da un poco de reparo, no digo nada de la escobilla del wc porque daba muchisimo asco...me sabe mal decirlo pero estas cosas se tienen que vigilar un poco.

The apartment was in a great location and very convenient with access to restaurants and attractions.It was very comfortable and clean .
The sofa was impossible to sit on and needs replacing as it is so old and uncomfortable .

There is a high humidity at the bed room and for people with allergy as me was a bit hard evenings. May be the Owners could think to put some equipment to avoid such .Also will be very good is slippers are available .

Lo peor de todo fue el sofá-cama. Cuando reservé el apartamento indicaba que era para 4 personas, ya que dos duermen en la habitación y 2 en el sofá-cama del salón, pero no es así. El apartamento está bien para 2 personas, pero para 4 se queda pequeño. Además, como decía, el sofá-cama es una tortura. El colchón es muy fino y se clavan los hierros de la cama al dormir (para mí el descanso es fundamental porque cuando viajo paso mucho tiempo andando para ver la ciudad, por lo que necesito descansar para estar fresca cada día. Pero en estas circunstancias no fue posible). Además, en la reserva el piso se ofertaba como silencioso; la habitación sí lo era, pero el salón no. Había ruido en la calle hasta altas horas de la madrugada y el hecho de tener un bar debajo tampoco ayudaba. Por último, la nevera era demasiado pequeña (lo justo para guardar alguna cosilla, pero la esperaba más grande).

Ciertamente, el apartamento de 1 dormitorio situado en la calle Placentines cuenta con un dormitorio, por lo que su ocupación ideal por sus dimensiones es 2 personas a pesar de que demos la opción de alojar hasta 4 personas gracias al sofá cama, si bien es cierto que esto es más idóneo en el caso de familias con niños pequeños que en el caso de 4 adultos. Por otro lado, la calle Placentines es una pequeña callecita estrecha generalmente muy silenciosa a pesar de ser muy céntrica como bien han comentado otros huéspedes anteriores, y el único bar situado en esa calle no abre durante la noche. A pesar de todo, le pedimos disculpas si, dadas las fechas festivas en las que estamos, pudo excepcionalmente sentirse más ruido de lo habitual procedente de la calle, afectando a su descanso. Lamentamos que estos aspectos le hayan impedido disfrutar de una estancia placentera y nos alegramos de que al menos la ubicación y el detalle de los pasteles a su llegada fueran de su agrado. Struttura dell´appartamento piuttosto datata, con lungo corridoio stretto e inutile. Con una ristrutturazione intelligente si migliorerebbe la vivibilità. Cortile interno da dimenticare.

Muchas gracias por su comentario Sr. Fanrong. Lamentamos muchísimo la incidencia que tuvieron durante su estancia con las llaves. Efectivamente, una de las llaves no funcionaba correctamente, cosa que desconocíamos ya que no habían fallado hasta entonces y, que arreglamos en cuanto tuvimos constancia de su incidencia. Desafortunadamente, cuando salieron del apartamento solo cogieron ese juego de llaves que estaba defectuoso y no habían apuntado el teléfono de emergencias 24 horas que les proporcionamos, con lo cual no pudieron comunicarse con nosotros hasta la mañana siguiente. De haber llamado al teléfono que le indicamos, habríamos ido en ese mismo momento a abrirles la puerta, por eso siempre insistimos durante el check in en la importancia de anotarlo y llevarlo siempre encima, para evitar incidentes como este. Realmente sentimos mucho que tuvieran que pasar la noche en otro alojamiento y espero esto no impidiera que disfrutaran de su estancia en Sevilla.
Estaremos encantados de recibirles si deciden volver a la ciudad.

Respecto al agua caliente, el apartamento cuenta con un termo eléctrico y es posible que, si intentan ducharse todos los ocupantes seguidamente, se agotara su capacidad y necesitara un breve periodo de tiempo para volver a recargarse. Le bruit de restaurant en bas de l´appartement était gênant ( pour le coté de canapé lit), du coup on était obligé d´utiliser des bouchons d´oreilles. Le canapé lit est un peu petit pour deux adultes.

Appartement pas vraiment adapté à une famille avec des jeunes enfants. Compliqué de cuisiner ou même préparer un petit déjeuner...petite kitchenette. Appartement plus adapté à un jeune couple avec un enfant.
Le logement Placentines est très bien équipé (nous étions deux adultes) et il est très bien situé pour visiter Séville.
Nous sommes également très satisfaits des prestations de Genteel : de la réservation, à l’accueil en passant par le service linge et nettoyage, tout a été parfait !
Warning: Other sites required us to meet at their offices to sign a contract. When got to those apts, the wifi wasn´t working, they did not have 2 sets of keys, and some utilities were not in working order. it wasted a lot of time and was an unpleasnt start.
The apartment was stylish, well-appointed and spotlessly clean. Although we did not cook, the kitchen appeared to have all of the necessities. The air conditioner blocked the street noise on a Friday.

Imejorable precio para un apartamento en esa localización, con un pequeño balcón con vistas a la Giralda.
Por poner un pero, un poquito de ruido hasta las doce, en fin de semana, por las terrazas que hay un poco más arriba en la calle. Desde el salón se escucha algo de ruido, pero desde la habitacuón no se oye nada.
La persona que nos atendió de Genteel-home fue muy amable y toso perfecto. No dudaríamos en volverlo a reservar.
