The apartment is located in a typical Sevillian house, completely restored and renovated to guarantee the full comfort of the guests, but the architectural and structural elements of the original House have been respected.
It’s located on the main floor of the house, even though it’s bright and very quiet, and the original wooden beams that support a high ceiling of more than 3 meters high can be seeing from above. The living room has been furnished in detail contrasting classic furniture with more modern elements, and it has a sofa bed, dining area, and the kitchen is open to the living room, equipped with everything our guests might need.

Location is perfect. You can walk everywhere. Plaza de Espana is about 15-20 min by walk. Cathedral is about 8-9 min. Apartment is at ground floor ; no mosquito nets. Bedroom windows open to the appartment general air ventilation area so it is not a problem. Host is helpful & responding fast. Floors were not so clean.
Worst thing was bad smell in the appartment. It could be a humidity as well as bad smell was coming from kitchen. We washed the clothes and they were not dry after 2 days even we heat it up the appartment. (We stayed at the beginning of April- outside temperature was about 20-25 C during the day. We would not prefer jsut because of this because it was not pleasant to stay in but again location is perfect so 1 or 2 days can be tolerated. (We stayed for 4 nights)

Las fotos de booking son engañosas, ojo que si eliges la casa con solo un baño no habrá espacio exterior que ves en las fotos sino un tragaluz en medio de la casa, un baño muy pequeño y además de dos camas individuales juntas un sofá cama grande.

Por buscarle pegas, es un piso que igual por ser en planta baja huele un montón a humedad y tienes que estar ventilado para disipar ese olor. Excelente alojamiento! El apto es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. La ubicación muy buena, fuimos caminando a tdoso los lugares. Está muy bien decorado, con todos los detalles de buen gusto. La chica que nos esperó nos dio todas las recomendaciones necesarias para conocer la ciudad, fue muy amable y simpática. Estuvimos en un apto de un dormitorio con sillón cama donde durmieron los chicos, ellos son grandes y estuvieron muy cómodos a pesar de compartir la cama. El dormitorio con cama súper confortable. El baño muy bien. Nos dejaron algunas cocitas para comer y un vino de la ciudad como atención. Fue el único alojamiento que nos dejó una reserva en el estacionamiento para poder llegar en el coche tranquilos sin tener que dar vueltas buscando parking. Todo excelente!!!
Estuvo todo perfecto, lo recomendamos!!! Lo único para que revisen es un poco de olor que sintió un día que proven+ia de la cocina.

La ubicación, una calle tranquila pero céntrica
El apartamento no estaba preparado cuando llegamos. Y a no estar preparado me refiero con que NO LO HABÍAN LIMPIADO siquiera (y una de las camas tampoco estaba hecha, ni siquiera con la ropa de cama para que la hiciéramos nosotros). Tuvimos que limpiar nosotros al llegar y lo notificamos al personal. Todo fueron palabras amables y promesas de compensación que mes y medio más tarde siguen sin cumplir. No es un apartamento barato y, desde luego, lo que menos nos apetecía después de cruzar la península era coger escoba y fregona porque el suelo daba asco. Debajo del sofá y en una esquina del salón aparecieron un calcetín sucio olvidado y varias gomas del pelo llenas de pelos... No era el souvenir que esperábamos de Sevilla, desde luego

Nel soggiorno c´era un odore molto forte di chiuso e di muffa. La casa, essendo posta al piano terra, è molto buia.

the flat was very pleasant and the location made it a very convenient place to stay.
having paid the non-returnable fee, I felt like I was being sandbagged to be presented with a compulsory questionnaire about who we were, together with extra conditions for staying at the flat. I was told by the person who brought the keys that I should just ring the office if I had difficulty in arranging a taxi, and it would do it for me. but when I contacted the office it just said it didn´t provide that service. I also reported pre-existing damage and faulty lightbulbs, which were "noted" - contrast customer service where we stayed in Cordoba whose response was, "when can we come to replace them". so, nice flat, nice location, pity about the customer service.

The ground floor apartment is as described. Very clean, well equipped and ideally located in a very quiet street just steps from the Cathedral. We were very nice. The ground floor apartment had a lot of moisture in the walls and rooms. There appeared to be some delayed maintenance and one sink leaked which had obvious signs of prior leaks with attempted repairs. Although host offered to send technician we were leaving next day so declined. My kids said the sofa bed was uncomfortable (and they are use to sleeping on sofa beds when traveling).

Doskonała lokalizacja: cicha uliczka w sercu starego miasta, bardzo blisko do okolic najważniejszych zabytków, komunikacji miejskiej, sklepów i lokalnych restauracji. Komfortowa przestrzeń z dobrym wyposażeniem i dbałością o szczegóły.
Apartament położony na parterze. Na wyższych bodaj dwóch piętrach apartamenty tego samego gospodarza. Nieco ciemny, co z pewnością jest atutem w sezonie letnim. Kwestia smaku, ale trzeba zaakceptować, że mury tej kamieniczki mają zapewne kilkaset lat, więc do panującej w niej aury (wilgotność, zapach) można się przyzwyczaić.

We had a black out for a few hours. The woman who came thought it was our fault, thinking we left the aircon on for 24 hrs because apparently it will cause a blackout if you leave on the aircon for 24 hours. So she was rude at first a little bit accusing us that the black out was our fault. She did however apologize at the end. However we were already inconvenience with the black out, we didnt need to be treated rudely. Also when we were washing the dishes, their pipe in their sink broke causing all the water flooding in the floor. We also need to throw all our trash 500 meters away from the apartment which is not very convenient
