There is a living room, which has a separate living and dining area, and an integrated kitchen equipped with everything you need. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1.50 * 1.90 m, and another one with twin beds of 0.90 * 1.90 m each. It has a full bathroom with shower. All rooms are very bright, and decorated to detail.

Des travaux au marteau piqueur dans la rue de 7h45 à 17h30. Quand on a un enfant de 1 an qui a besoin de faire une sieste le matin et l´après midi c´est très compliqué. Je pense que ça devrait être précisé lors de la réservation qu´il y a des nuisances sonores dû aux travaux qui ont commencé en juillet. La propreté n´est pas au rendez-vous, le tapis du salon était rempli de miettes par exemple, le canapé est taché d´une substance plus que douteuse. Les photos de l´annonce sont retouchées. Sur les photos, l´appartement semble très lumineux, les meubles neufs alors quand réalité ce n´est pas le cas.

The apartment looks the same as in the photos. The staff is really helpful and responsive. The location is great. The AC was working and super helpful. The parking was pretty expensive (we parked the car in Plaza Nueva parking) but we understand this is city center and Seville so that’s not a bad thing.
1. When we arrived, the property was not ready although it was already check-in time. So we were waiting for 30 minutes so the cleaning was finished. The cleaning lady didn’t clean everything (maybe because we were there) and in the end the apartment was poorly cleaned. We notified about that the staff and they returned us money for the cleaning which is really good. 2. There was not enough shower gel and toilet paper for all the time being but when we notified the staff, we received new ones which is also good. 3. We didn’t like the coffee machine (it was Italian style). It would have been great to have some real coffee machine like Dolce Gusto or something like that.

Location was confusing and took us a long time to find the entrance thru the street. The staff waited for us to hand over the keys but she lacked the information about whether car can enter the street or how are we suppose to access the building entrance. Idéalement placé pour visiter Séville, l’appartement est fonctionnel et adapté à une famille de 4 personnes. Décoré avec goût , il est suffisamment équipé.
Certaines nuits, le quartier peut être un peu bruyant et malgré un 3ème étage, nous pouvons entendre certaines voies venant de la rue.

Once the reservation was made, we were warned that the building seemed unsafe! or that they thought we could be dangerous! The reception and the "person" who received us on the contrary was very kind, correct and everything went very well!

The elevator is weird, it only goes to the 4th floor then you have to descend to the 3rd floor. It never came to the 3rd floor so you always had to take the stairs

la atencion de la anfiotriona Paula fue muy buena, muy amable y bien predispuesta, nos ayudo con tips relacionados a la ciudad, siempre atenta al wsp ante cualquier requerimiento, antes y durante nuestra estadia. El departamento es muy comodo, bien equipado, limpio, muy bien ubicado, comodas camas, buen servicio wi fi, nos consiguieron parking cercano con descuento. Muy recomendable para una agradable estadia en Sevilla.

La lavadora-secadora hace ruido infernal mientras está funcionando. Durante la Semana Santa esta zona de la cuidad está cerrada al tráfico. No se puede acercarse al apartamento con el coche o taxi. Es mejor saber esta información antes de hacer reserva.

2 verdiepingen lager waren ze nog nieuwe appartementen aan maken. Hierdoor smorgens vroeg al veel lawaai rond 7/7.30 uur
Great location. Within easy walking distance of most amenities. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had good quality crockery etc. The management were very good about arranging an early check in for us-shame our plane was diverted due to bad weather and we arrived late but they were very understanding. We wouldn´t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit. It was pleasantly quiet during our stay which was surprising given the city centre location.
The only major complaint was the blinds (or lack of) in the bedrooms They were flimsy white drapes which looked lovely but did nothing to make the bedrooms dark enough to be able to get to sleep quickly and obviously they let light in in the mornings also. Also, they could lose the row of dim lights over the beds which couldn´t be switched off at all.

The apartment was better equipped than we expected. It had a proper espresso maker and ground coffee. Dishwasher tablets and washing powder were provided. It also had Netflix and HDMI cable for the TV. Clean and comfortable.

Die Wohnung ist leider sehr hellhörig (Fenster zwar dicht, aber der ganze Straßenlärm kommt Innen voll an. Für uns kein Problem, und sogar unsere 6 Monate alte Tochter hat ordentlich geschlafen. Die Rolläden sind komplett dicht.
