Total Disappointment: We booked this "Duplex with Pool" expecting a luxurious and peaceful stay. First the Pool was Unavailable : main reason why we booked this apartment but the pool is not accessible until June 1st (mentioned in tiny text, easy to miss). We were surprised to notice that the Apartment was still Under Construction : Upon arrival, we found unfinished renovations (poorly finished concrete flooring,Cracked concrete left debris everywhere, socks turned white within minutes), and construction tools still around in the house .Also We heard very loud music from downstairs neighbors, and a bar on the street blared loud music late into the night. the wost part was the host showed no sympathy. Despite proposing an apartment change, their lack of transparency made trust impossible. This stay was stressful and misleading. The experience felt more like a scam than a vacation. We strongly advise against this property for anyone seeking cleanliness, quiet, or responsive support.

We immediately proposed appropriate solutions to address the situation, which you kindly accepted. However, we regret that despite our efforts to make your stay as comfortable as possible, this was not enough for you to enjoy your time with us.
