Francos V Terrace is an apartment of modern design, as well as confortable. Located in the top floor of an exclusive building situated in the street Francos. It is a two-floor apartment. In the first one, and once through the front door, we access a confortable living room with a double sofa bed, for two people, as well a modern kitchen fully equipped, which is accessible from the living room. Also in the first floor are located two bedrooms and a separated bathroom.

The location is perfect. The apartment is spacious, bright & well laid out.
It needs some upgrading. The awning on the terrace was broken when we got there, we were there a full week & it wasn’t repaired or replaced. The kitchen needs some attention, there’s a broken floor tile that is dangerous, we reported it but nothing was done. There are only about 3 matching wine glasses, 1 chopping board, no tea towels. The stool covers are torn. Small things that don’t cost much to do but make a difference. The kitchen bin was broken & the bathroom drain was slightly blocked but they were attended to promptly. I think the service company does a good job, they were responsive, but I suspect the owner doesn’t want to spend money. That’s a shame because it is a lovely apartment in a superb location that could be really excellent with a little attention.

Amazing central location, walkable to all the sights . Three spacious bedrooms (the one upstairs is on an open plan mezzanine level ). Well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area. Lovely roof terrace and the two downstairs bedrooms had balconies. The check in was in person and very thorough. Beds incredibly comfortable.

The property is in an excellent location, less than 5mins walk from both the cathedral and the Setas de Sevilla as well as around 25mins walk to Plaza de Espana. Although not located on a road with vehicular access (a positive in my view) it was only 2mins walk from where the taxi dropped us off. The property itself was a good size, although given we were travelling as 4 adults and 2 infants the kitchen was a little cramped. The shutters meant the rooms were very quiet and dark at night, a big plus when travelling with infants. The lounge and dining area was a good size and practical and the hosts very kindly arranged 2 high chairs and travel cots for the infants. The rooftop terrace was a bonus, the view from it was pretty good but just having a large outdoors and safe area for our kids added real value to the property. Lovely and warm in the February sun but I imagine a bit too hot in summer. There is step free access via a lift to the apartment on the 2nd floor (note it is a duplex so those staying on the top floor will need to climb stairs, was fine for us).
The property was a little more tatty than the pictures suggested, the ´Genteel Home´ chain very much portrays a high-quality/high-spec brand but in reality this particular property could do with a bit of redecorating and the bathrooms both look quite tired and in parts, grubby. There was some internal noise from surrounding properties, but this didn´t spoil the stay for us. The main negative was that the upstairs bedroom was not ´closed off´, it was more of a mezzanine with a rail which a) made it very dangerous for anyone with a kid (a bit of a death trap, very easy for young kids to fall through/off) and b) meant privacy was a little bit lacking if you are travelling with friends. Going back through all the photos, there isn´t one that explicitly shows this arrangement and for that I´m a little frustrated. Some of the sockets/electricals looked a little dodgy/broken, I think the hosts should seriously consider getting them looked at as they could be very dangerous for little fingers.

The apartment was extremely comfortable and the outside terraces were a real bonus with lovely views across the rooftops and the Cathedral. We were in easy walking distance of tourist attractions, shops and lovely bars and restaurants. Apartment was a short walk from a supermarket which even had a lovely bakery.
Not a complaint but the only thing missing from the kitchen were egg cups.

Thank you for your review Nikita. We have pt a lot of effort in the decoration, and do our best to give the nicest welcoming to our guests. First of all I want to apollogize for the inconnviniences caused for the neigbour, she ie very sensitive to the noyse, and we have been told she is looking for a solution. And I beg your pardon, again, for not answering you sooner (you wrote me at 10 pm and and I replayed you at 9 am) I gave you another telephone number just in case I couldn´t answer my phone when I wrote you the day after you checked in, so it´s a pity you didn´t try on that one. We are pleased to know you have appreciated the location and facilities of our apartment, and hope you have a good memories from your trip to Seville.
Everything about the place is wonderful. However on the top floor bedroom, there were a ton of ants in the bed, pillow cases and bed sheets. We have to literally take off all the bed sheets and remove the ants so as to have a good sleep. It was gross. Later on in the day we found more ants in the bottom floor bathroom. Don´t know where they came from. But this made the stay uncomfortable.
