The apartment is located in the most beautiful part of the city, in the Jewish quarter of Seville, in Santa Cruz, where the Alcázar, the Cathedral, etc. are located.
On the ground floor there are the living room, the kitchen and a small toilet. Getting to the second floor, we find both bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1.35 x 1.90 and the other with two beds of 0.90 x 2.00. On the same floor there is a complete bathroom. Going up some stairs from the second floor you access the private terrace, with a first area with a small table and two chairs, perfect for a glass of wine, and another area with two sun loungers to enjoy the sun of Seville.

Upon entry of the home, the unit did not have electricity. The property representative did not know how to fix it. We had to wait an hour for the service person to come and fix the issue. As mentioned previously, the bathrooms smelled like raw sewage. I assume the property management had knowledge of this issue due to the automatic deodorizers installed. When I called management to address this issue, no one answered the call. I booked this property due to my faith in the Marriott brand delivering a quality product and I can say emphatically this was NOT delivered.

La situació excel·lent. El pis és gros i queda repartit en diferents plantes. S´agraeix tenir dos lavabos, ja que érem 5 persones. La sortida a la terrassa, un punt extra. Es pot veure la Giralda. Cuina equipada.
La queixa que tenim tots és el tema de l´olor a clavegueram. A vegades es notava més, a vegades menys. Entenem que deu ser algo comú en el barri ja que el sistema deu ser antic però l´únic remei que hi havia al pis era un parell d´ambientadors. La ubicación
Mucho olor a desagüe en el baño de abajo. El horario de entrada era a las 15:00, llegamos 15:00 y recién estaban limpiando el piso. Tuvimos que esperar una hora más hasta que terminaran. No funcionaba la luz del baño de abajo y tardaron dos días en repararla, teníamos que usar la luz del móvil para alumbrar. Dos veces nos dijeron que vendrían a solicitarlo y no vinieron. Los bordillos de los escalones de la escalera estaban rotos y podías engancharte los vestidos. En el baño de abajo no estaba la barra para colgar la toalla de mano. Se oye muchísimo el ruido de afuera.

The whole house smelled awful. The bad smell came from both bathrooms´ sewages. The property is inside a small alley and difficult to find. We had a car and was told to unload our luggage in a nearby plaza. We asked the host agent to meet us in the plaza to guide us to the property. We were shocked and were told they would not do so. Our group had to split up, passengers were with the unloaded luggages and the driver drove off to a parking structure. Half hour later, the driver reunited with the passengers. The host agent eventually had to meet us at the plaza and guided us to the property. I can´t imagine we were dragging luggages and tried to find an obscure door of the property in a winding and interwoven Alleys with street names in foreign language. Meanwhile, the host agent is wasting her time waiting for our arrival. BTW, Google maps will not help in small alley due to incomplete GPS signals. We were thankful she eventually met us at the plaza and guided us to the property.

Apartamento muy oscuro, con un olor a desagüe muy fuerte,permanente y persistente ( no sirve de excusa decir que ha llovido porque no es así ya que en la escalera ya huele muy fuerte y al entrar am apartamento ya es exagerado).Muchísima humedad en todo el piso, sobretodo en las habitaciones de arriba y el aire acondicionado de la habitación doble de arriba no funciona para poderla calentar un poco, la taza de wc rota, los colgadores del baño rotos, el ruido de los difusores de olor es exagerado y además no sueltan ambientador, con lo que son inservibles; en el sofá cama no se puede dormir ya que no hay cortinas tupidas ni persianas para evitar la luz. En resumen, el apartamento no vale para nada el precio que tiene.

We arrived at 3 pm and took luggage to apt. In e mail we wee told to have photo iID. I just brought my driving license as this is valid in Ireland Unfortunately not acceptable under no circumstances would we be allowed to stay in apt even though my husband had his passport. I ended up having to take 2 taxis to police/ passport. Eventually got into apt at 7-30 pm So crazy !!!! Also on booking . Com said parking but no details ofwhere parking was. Unfortunately it was quite a distance. Parking was one of reasons we booked same. The only problem in apt was that there was smell of sewage in toilet and bathroom which was a shame as the apt was of superb quality otherwise

The building is old and it has a terrible smell of sewer. Same smell was in the 1st floor bathroom of the apartment. I tried to contact gentel home a couple of times complaining about that but they didn’t answer.

Era un problema de las cañerías del edificio y ya se avisó a la comunidad para que puedan solucionarlo a la mayor brevedad. Respecto al agua caliente, tengan en cuenta que se trata de un termo eléctrico, por lo que si todos los ocupantes se duchan al mismo tiempo es posible que se hubiera agotado la capacidad y necesitara un poco de tiempo para volver a recargarse. Esperamos que, a pesar de ello, hayan disfrutado su estancia en Sevilla. Saludos
The hygiene was TERRIBLE. The toilets didn’t flush. The place SMELT from the drains as soon as we entered the door. The electricity went off the first night and we had to find the mains to reset it. They said housekeeping came in to clean every two days. Not once did they turn up at least to give us clean towels in the three days we stayed there, even after confirming.
The location was fantastic. Service was impeccable and quick. The accommodation was very good.
The premises smelt of sewage throughout our stay.
