Apartment was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had all of the essentials for my family - i.e. espresso machine, cups, plates, extra bags, soap, towels, washing machine, clean pool, nice deck area, cozy bed & linens, etc. The location was ideal, with a few local restaurants, cafes and bars just below. It was never too loud (e.g. we were there during Espana vs. France Eurocup game - soundproof windows blocked out cheering fans from bar below, although my kids went out on balcony to hear them cheer when Spain scored). General street and area felt very safe, clean, and friendly. It was just over the bridge from several major attractions with river views and plenty of lovely strolling areas. We easily visited the cathedral, Alcazar, and Museo de Flamenco from this location. The receptionist was always friendly and helpful. My family of 5 highly recommends this location and host.

This property is superb. It is finished to a very high standard & beautifully decorated - more a luxury hotel feel. It is spacious & comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped & spotless. Bottled water left in the fridge & Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. The view from our 2 bed apartment is stunning & I will miss waking up to it. The reception staff were friendly & professional and offered suggestions on restaurants. Checking in was quick & easy. The location is excellent with the main centre about 10-15 minutes walk. However you are spoilt for choice with ample restaurants, bars on your doorstep. We also visited the terrace upstairs & had a lovely chilled beer & some light snacks. Delicious. Cannot recommend this properly enough, our children are 19 & 16 and commented this is the nicest property we have stayed in ever. High praise indeed.

Nos encantó todo. El apartamento no puede ser más bonito, todo nuevísimo, de calidad, moderno y decorado con muy buen gusto. Elegimos uno que da al río y tiene unas vistas geniales a la Torre del Oro, al río y a la Giralda. El pequeño edificio tiene una azotea con una pequeña piscina y una cafetería muy coqueta. Con sólo cruzar el puente ya estás en el centro. El personal amabilísimo. Para repetir, desde luego!
