The apartment has two bedrooms, both with double beds of 1.50 x 2.00 meters, two bathrooms with a shower, a modern and well equipped kitchen with everything you might need during your stay, a magnificent and spacious living room with a double sofa bed of 1.40 x 2.00, and a beautiful private patio furnished and decorated to enjoy your time outsite.

The operator of this accommodation is obligated to provide, alongside the accommodation service, the following services:
• Catering service whose menu can be consulted here
• This establishment offers its own luggage storage and custody service from Monday to Friday (except holidays) for premium customers, with collection by our staff at the apartment. The rates are 5€ per item. On Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, you can use the service of other companies at designated locations, at approximately 5€ per suitcase.
• Weekly periodic cleaning and change of bed and bath linens, mandatory for stays longer than 6 nights. Included in the price.

The check in process. When we arrive Sevilla, I try to contact vía email and phone to get the check in instruction and didn’t have luck. Anyway we took transportation to the address on the reservationn with the hope to find someone who could help us. Luckily we could spoke with one of the guest and he gave us other phone number where finally we could communicate with someone who send us vía whatsapp the information. In other way we could not get into the property. So stressfull moment!!

Il était très bien équipé avec cafetière et quelques capsules, petit panier de bienvenue, shampooing et gel douche, serviettes pour la plage, seau et pèle pour jouer à la plage... L´appartement est collé au quartier de santa cruz :)
Un des deux lits est un peu trop dûr mais ça c´est question de goût Finalement on n´a pas eu de reponse concernant le parasol qu´on aurait bien utilisé car on avait deux petits enfants.

Appartamento accogliente situato nel centro storico, anche se non centralissimo. Ho apprezzato molto trovare acqua fresca nel frigo, le capsule del caffè, una piccola dotazione di sale, olio e aceto. I letti erano comodi ed ho apprezzato l´assistenza anche se soltanto tramite whatsapp.
Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un problema di blatte in casa. Ne abbiamo trovate una nel patio ed il giorno successivo due in casa. Ho riferito il problema e mi hanno cambiato appartamento al piano superiore. Ma la sera stessa anche nell´altro appartamento abbiamo avuto la visita di un paio di questi insetti. Ho vissuto con disagio questa vacanza e suggerisco vivamente un intervento di deblattizzazione. È vero che c´era tanto caldo ma non è normale che una casa debba essere infestata dagli insetti.

Die Haupttüre war nicht schliessbar, was unangenehm war, v.a. weil die Wohnung (schliessbar) im Erdgeschoss war. The location of the apartment was great and the dimensions of the apartment too. Overall, the apartment matched the photos on the booking. It had the necessary utensils for a short stay.
The smell of pipes that the apartment had. It needs to be more airy and there are some improvements that should be taken into account: The refrigerator made an abnormal noise and thawed, there was still no water coming out of it. Only one spout sign works. The room door handle by the yard needs fixing, the plates are very big and do not fit in the washing machine.

We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. In Sevilla, especially during the summer, dealing with cockroach issues is common due to the warm climate. To address this problem, we regularly carry out fumigations following strict guidelines.
Regarding parking, we understand that the central location of the apartment can pose challenges in this regard. The lack of free parking in the historic center of Sevilla is a common difficulty, and we provide information on nearby parking options, such as the possibility of using a private parking. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Regarding the refrigerator and stove, we will review the condition of the appliances and take steps to ensure they function correctly.We would have liked for you to have informed us so that we could have provided a solution as quickly as possible during your stay. Falta cuidado na apresentação do apartamento e a limpeza do mesmo tem que ser melhorada, assim como a existência de baratas ( devido ao calor certamente mas tem que existir o cuidado de aplicar o produto para as mesmas). É necessário fazer pequenas reparações no apartamento que poderiam valorizar o mesmo. Existe máquina de café e houve o cuidado de deixarem as respectivas cápsulas, no entanto não existem chávenas.

Regarding the insects, we are really sorry, it is unusual to see them in our flats, but it is true that there has been an outbreak in the city and therefore, we have already done a very detailed fumigation and treatment and we have not seen any for some time. We are sorry for the occasional inconvenience.
Regarding the coffee machine and capsules, we´re glad you found those amenities thoughtful. However, we apologize for the oversight in not providing cups.
We would have liked to be aware of these issues during your stay in order to provide you with a prompt and suitable response. Nevertheless, we are taking note of them to improve our services and offer a better experience to our future guests.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut. In nur wenigen Gehminuten war man im Zentrum der wunderschönen Altstadt. Das Master-Bedroom mit eigenem großen Bad war schön geräumig und komfortabel . Die Küche mit Ess- und Wohnbereich waren gemütlich und modern gestaltet. Das 2. Badezimmer war sehr klein.
Die Bilder der Wohnung bei Booking.com waren doch sehr vorteilhaft fotografiert. Unsere Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern war im EG. Ein Schlafzimmer lag direkt zur Straße und man konnte bei geöffneten Vorhängen beim Vorbeigehen direkt von außen auf das Bett sehen. Der Außenbereich war nicht sonderlich gemütlich. Die Auflagen der Sitzlounge müssten mal dringend gereinigt werden.

The apartment is on the ground floor. There are 2 rooms and 2 toilets/ shower rooms (one of which is an ensuite). The air conditioning units are in good working condition which was great as the weather was hot. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine but we didn’t use these. We enjoy walking to explore the city so for us, the apartment is in a good location.
Nothing. Even though the door handle in the shower room by the kitchen was broken, it didn’t cause us any problems. We were told this will be sorted out by their maintenance team.

We met the host at our arrival and she handed us the keys. Everything went smoothly. The beds were very good and the terrace was very cosy.
Unfortunately, when we travelled to Spain in September 2022, the country was facing a cockroach plague due to a wet spring and very hot summer. Despite the cleanliness of our room, we saw one crawling around. After notifying Genteel Home Appartments, they immediately came with a solution. They cleaned the entire appartment and relocated us to a new appartment. Communication went very smoothly and we are really greatfull for all the effort they put in to making our stay as comfortabel as possible.

L’emplacement, l’appartement est à proximité d’une galerie, des monuments, de la station de gare, des rue piétonnes… très simple d’accès La Clim dans toutes les pièces pratique en août !
La porte d’entrée du hall principal en fer au Rez de chaussée épouvantable Wifi défaillante pendant notre séjour mais nous avions été dépannés La literie peu confortable La salon de jardin en rdc joli en photo mais pas agréable (entre 3 murs d’une hauteur de 3 à 4 étage) et ses balcons donnant juste au dessus avec parfois des fumeurs ! Les peintures sont à refaire Seulement une savonnette dans les salles de bain, trousse de toilette complète à prevoir Couette pas très propre tachée…

appartement un peu sombre, du fait du rez de chaussée. mais nous avons fait ce choix pour pouvoir profiter du patio. attention le patio est particulièrement sonore…. on a fait attention à ne pas faire trop de bruit, pour les autres appartements du dessus. (c’était un choix stratégique 😅) on préférait ne pas subir l’éventuel bruit de locataires peu attentionnés aux voisins.

Very well equipped, clean apartment close to some great Tapas. Thank you for providing toiletries in the bathrooms as it always nice to have a shower on arrival. Genteel Home Baños was quick to answer any questions I had by text. Has 3 air conditioning units which we had on warm as the weather was cold.
Would have preferred a more firm bed and some English language TV. This ground floor apartment is probably very cool in the hot summer as it gets no sun.

bathrooms need renovation. there is mould in one of the bathrooms and the drain doesn’t work properly. water will be everywhere after shower. it’s also smelly which is not great when it’s en-suite

The patio is pointless as it doesn´t receive the sun and is at the bottom of a 4 storey building. My fault in not interrogating the photos in more detail but no use if you want to sit in the sun. Front bedroom is on main pedestrian route so at ground level can be noisy.
Modern/Contemporary design, handy for bars/restaurants. Very comfy beds.

Dear Tetyana, we are very sorry to have made you wait 30 minutes to do the check in, but we ask you to understand that the girl of the check-in department was attending other guests in another apartment away from yours. On the other hand, regarding the price of parking, as we said before the check in, the special price is for 3 nights, so the standar hourly price is beyond our control and it depends on the parking. We are sorry that this inconvenience made you to value us really badly in personal and value for money because we do our best to make our guests´ stay as pleasant as possible . Helaas bij aankomst bleken er werkzaamheden aan de weg te zijn dus een domper op het eerste gezicht, dit gemeld en binnen een uur kwamen ze met de perfecte oplossing om na t weekend te verhuizen naar een ander (nog mooier) appartement, taxi’s, contacten alles was meer dan perfect getekkeld! 由于在一楼,有一个卧室面对马路会有点吵。感觉没有图片上这么大和舒适,如果住塞维利亚应该有更好的选择。

Situé près du centre, beaucoup d´espace. Equipement complet. Le patio de l´appartement du rez de chaussée
Une des douches était bouchée, de l´eau envahissait la pièce.Problème signalé et résolu très vite. Pour 4 personnes une petite cafetière à l´italienne (pour deux tasses) le matin .... Certains Espagnols sont très bruyants et confondent le jour et la nuit .Difficile de dormir quand le voisin du dessus en rentrant à 02.00 du matin met la musique à fond et doit crier pour parler...
El resto súper bien. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y prácticamente a estrenar. El salón amplio y luminoso. Y la terraza muy acogedora. Y la localización muy buena. Muy céntrico y barrio tranquilo.
1/设施很新,空调很给力。基本晾着的衣服,靠空调一晚就能干,空调开到26度,房间里穿短袖就行。 2/房间很大,设计很干净,家庭入住非常方便,洗手间有两个。 3/工作人员很专业,会把一切跟你交代的很清楚。
1/酒店储水式热水,所以洗澡不太方便,一会儿水就没了,感觉是西班牙和葡萄牙公寓通病(巴塞罗那的公寓倒是没有这个问题)。 2/酒店的电磁炉不好用,真的非常不好用,按键不灵敏以外,常常自动跳停(并没有违规操作,自己家也是电陶炉,其他住的公寓也都是电磁炉,都没有这个问题) 3/位置有点偏,步行范围只有一个小广场,倒是旁边就是英国宫,但没什么好逛的。所有景点都要打车,步行太远了。

DISPONER DE UNA CONSIGNA PARA EL EQUIPAJE INCLUIDA EN EL PRECIO TOTAL DEL APARTAMENTO Y PROXIMA A LA UBICACION DEL PISO SERIA UTIL.
El alojamiento tiene una ubicación estupenda a 3 minutos de la plaza nueva. Es zona cómoda y sin ruidos. Cerca hay restaurantes, cafeterías y markets. La casa estaba muy limpia y tenía todo el menaje NUEVO. Colchones muy cómodos y ropa de cama buena. Un gusto excelente en la decoración. Cogimos el apartamento bajo con 2 dormitorios y patio. Uno de ellos más pequeño (pero bien de tamaño) y el principal más grande, con baño privado. Hay amenities en el baño y secador de pelo. El patio era amplio y cómodo, con mesa grande y zona de descanso.. Hay WI-FI en la casa. La cocina preciosa, moderna y con todo detalle, incluyendo mini dosis de aceite, café, azúcar y sal. A nuestra llegada, nos estaban esperando en el portal y nos dieron mapa con ubicación y recomendaciones de restaurantes. La chica que nos atendió fue muy simpática y amable. Fuimos 4 adultos con 2 niños y estuvimos muy cómodos, la verdad. Sin duda, repetiríamos nuestra estancia.
Al viajar 4 adultos con niños, nos hubiese gustado tener más televisiones en la casa. El alojamiento sólo cuenta con un TV en el salón (muy demandado por los niños).
