Le scale sono un po’ strette con passaggi aperti, come da una camera all’altra. Nulla di grave, basta fare un po’ di attenzione. In uno dei bagni c’era una tenda semi trasparente senza le persiane, e non era del tutto chiaro se oscurasse completamente o meno dall’esterno.

Good location close to cathedral etc
This should have been a wonderful break in a beautiful city as we had hoped to have the “luxury” accommodation advertised! Previous reviews when we made the original booking were positive however moor recent reviews are negative To say we were disappointed is an understatement The property was dirty which we highlighted during the stay, it was tired and not well maintained - photos available to back this up. There is a problem with cockroaches- this had been identified in earlier reviews and I explicitly contacted before to ask for reassurance , as a result we spent our stay looking out for them! There was a bright street light shining into the bedroom all night so it was like daylight at night as there were no shutters, also it was very noisy at night so sleeping was disturbed , sadly The bathrooms need refurbishing, the sealant in the shower mouldy,again mentioned in previous reviews with the promise it would be looked at. In one of the bathrooms there was no shelving or anywhere to leave items… a problem due to the cockroach issue The air con units were full of dust and debris, the hand control wasn’t fixed properly to the wall There was only one bedside lamp in the double bedroom… different than the pictures advertising the property There were not enough dining chairs if there were more than 5 There is only seating in the lounge area for 4 - the accommodation is advertised as being able to accommodate 6 plus The sun umbrella on the terrace had no cover on it and was therefore useless, this was identified in the day of arrival but never replaced There was no safe for valuable items When we highlighted the issues there was the offer of sending maintenance and cleaning all of the issues should have been addressed prior to our stay I am really disappointed by the accommodation which

This unit is very dark, had cockroaches, and a smell of sewage in two bathrooms. It had lights that didn’t work and an electrical plug issue in kitchen.

La ubicación es muy buena en el Barrio de la Cruz. La casa es bonita y a pesar de las medidas de modernización que se han llevado a cabo, ha preservado parte del encanto de las casas antiguas de Sevilla. (por ejemplo las baldosas, la puerta de entrada). La distribución de la habitación en varios pisos es muy atractiva.
Había mucho ruido por la noche debido a la ubicación, que es muy popular entre los turistas. En la habitación de arriba del techo hacía muchísimo calor a mediados de septiembre sin aire acondicionado. Sin embargo, algunos preferimos el calor del aire acondicionado, bastante ruidoso.

Don’t be misled by the photos of this property. It is much smaller than it looks. The roof terrace was unusable for most of the day as there was no umbrella and the comp at did not even respond to my request enquiring about it’s whereabouts. I was disappointed by this accommodation.

That whattsap was received and read from your phone and we got no more response, so we understood that you found it. If this was not the case, we would like to apologize and we would have liked to have indicated it so that our staff would go to your apartment. Limpieza excelente, habitaciones confortables y camas muy cómodas. Totalmente equipado.
No hay calefacción y pasamos frío. Solo hay aire acondicionado con calor y no es suficiente para los meses de febrero y marzo. El cubo de basura estaba al lado de la puerta con basura hasta arriba todo el fin de semana

Estimada Cristina, gracias por su comentario. Nos alegra mucho saber que les ha gustado el apartamento en cuanto a a su limpieza, confort y completo equipamiento. No entendemos mucho a qué se refiere cuando dice que han pasado frio al tener sólo aire acondicionado con calor. Hemos revisado los splits de la casa y funcionan correctamente, tanto para frío (aire acondicionado), como en modo calefacción. Quizá se debió a qué no sabían como configurarlo de manera correcta. Por otro lado, nosotros no podemos controlar donde el ayuntamiento coloca los contenedores de basura, pero precisamente esa cercanía resulta muy cómoda a la mayoría de nuestros clientes a la hora de poder tirar la basura sin tener que desplazarse apenas. En cualquier caso, nos alegra saber que han disfrutado de su estancia. Saludos
