Great apartment and fantastic location. The apartment was large, clean and modern. Everything was as per the photos of our booked apartment. We were able to walk to most attractions around Seville, if not, the bus stop was opposite. We had a minor situation with the shower, however, Eugenia from Guest Experience quickly got a maintenance guy over and sorted it out immediately. Speedy communications.
Two things that sort of bugged us a bit was the random motor noise from the air conditioning unit and the bedroom facing the noisy road. Once in a while a truck or bus will pass, and the windows/shutter would violently rattle.

Excellent Appartment. Great price. Had most facilities that you might need. Modern kitchen, comfortable living room, shower room with toilet etc. Two bedrooms with four single beds/ double. Superb location near coffee shops, bars, small supermarkets and most main Tourist attractions within 10 - 15 minute walk. Great instant communication with owners. Well done.
Maybe could do with Nesspresso machine in Kitchen. Shower has a fault with shower arm. Landing light not working. These are only minor faults and do not lessen the great impression we had of our stay in Sevilla

The house was very comfortable and very well equipped. It was very well designed. The instructions and guidance from the host were very good. They were very helpful in everything.
There are a few problems at home that are overlooked. The zippers on the armchairs had burst and the cabinets were detached from the wall connections. I don´t mean this as a bad comment, but as a small detail that needs to be taken care of. The location could be a bit better.

The whole property was very practical. Fine bathroom and kitchen
It was very noisy even though the windows were closed. So could not sleep in the bedroom in front but fortunately in the second but small bedroom. The balcony was much narrower than expected. There was only one person who could stand in the way.

El único inconveniente es la mala insonorización y al estar en una vía con mucho tráfico hay mucho ruido por las noches.

Verdaderamente nuestro alojamiento está ubicado en una de las zonas más céntricas, cerca de los lugares de interés y lamentablemente es imposible controlar los niveles de ruidos al estar en este lugar tan excepcional.
