Upon entering the apartment we find a very spacious and bright living-dining room that consists of Smart TV, side table, armchair, double sofa-bed and dining table with capacity for up to four people. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and has all the necessary utensils. At the end of the living-dining room we find a small terrace with outdoor furniture and views of Magdalena Square, a very quiet and recently renovated square.

• Catering service whose menu can be consulted here
• This establishment offers its own luggage storage and custody service from Monday to Friday (except holidays) for premium customers, with collection by our staff at the apartment. It was a shame there were a few faults, I.e the double door shutters wouldn´t work so we didn´t get as much light in the apartment as we liked but that is a minor matter.

The delivery of keys and communication with the adm was great. The apartment is in a very well located and well kept building. It has a nice view to a cute plaza.
We had a couple of problems but they were solved very quickly and we didn’t have to worry much about it. The customer service is very efficient and quick. They were having works done in the entrance street and they let me know weeks before we went to see if we were ok with it and we did any problem with it, the only thing is because of sand the house got a little dirty because of it.

We only had 1 and a half toilet rolls so more of them would have been better as we had to purchase from super market. Again more dish washer tablets also as 2 for a 4 night stay wasn’t enough. The cleaning lady did turn up at 10 when our check out time was 11 also.

newly renovated apartment, very clean. great location, our apartment was right next to a well stocked supermarket and bakery was also just across the street. very friendly and hard-working staff.
The apartment was a bit noisy, no luggage storage until departure and I had to give our arrival time 3 times.
