Lo que no me gustó es que había algo de moho en la habitación y en el baño, me faltaba un poco más de limpieza en el baño.

Great location, and we were pleased to be able to check in early.
Communication was a little confusing - sometimes had to ask twice before getting a clear answer. The terrace shown on the photos is not the one belonging to this apartment and the terrace wasn’t in great condition when we arrived. I appreciate the keypad entry is good for the management company as they don’t need to have anyone there for check in, but it is annoying having to enter 2 different 8 digit codes every time you enter the apartment. A physical key alternative would be appreciated to make life easier after the initial check in. I also wasn’t clear that there were no real views from either apartment or terrace. We felt a bit hemmed in as all windows are interior.

В доме есть проблемы с канализацией. Утром на первом этаже всегда плохо пахло. Не берите номер с терраской. По факту это не часть апартаментов, а отдельный ключ, который позволяет выйти на крышу. Aceptan perros y todo estaba muy limpio.
Cogimos el apartamento con terraza - acceso externo y será que no lo entendimos bien al hacer la reserva, pero nos llevamos una decepción cuando vimos que para acceder a la terraza hay que salir al rellano y subir un piso. Pensábamos que estaba en el mismo apartamento. No merece la pena coger esa terraza, es pequeña, de pésimo acceso y solo tiene vistas a paredes. La ubicación está regular, cerca de las setas pero lejos del resto de puntos turísticos (unos 20 minutos andando). El parking en la zona complicado, cogimos un bono en el parking de Escuelas Pías.

El departamento tenía una distribución muy cómoda, con todas las facilidades, súper limpio y moderno. Cocina y baño equipados . La ubicación fue excepcional para visitar ambos extremos de la ciudad. Llegamos en auto por lo que estacionamos en un parking privado ya que en las inmediaciones no era fácil encontrar lugar .

Appartement bien situé : à 5mn de la Setas et 10mn de la cathédrale. Logement très confortable, bien équipé et très bien isolé des appartements voisins (on entend rien). Décoration très moderne et terrasse privative accessible au 3eme étage. Tarifs négociés au niveau du parking Concordia (le plus proche).
Les chaises sont trop hautes pour manger sur l´ilot central. On se "casse le dos". Manque de ponctualité lors de la remise des clés.
