Antonia Diaz II is a spacious and bright 3 bedroom apartment, which has been decorated taking care of details and comfort.
Upon entering the apartment we find a hall that give access to a fully equipped bathroom with shower, and the living room, which has an L-shaped sofa that is also a sofa-bed, and a dining area. From there we go out to the balcony, where we can enjoy privileged views of the Maestranza bullring, and gives the room a great natural light.

appartement très propre et fonctionnel, bien situé, quartier sympa! Literie très confortable Idéal pour notre séjour en famille à 7.
ascenseur un peu lent… mais bon pas de quoi gâcher le séjour! si j’avais une suggestion, peut-être un « fond de placard », avec sel/poivre/huile/vinaigre?

Carece de estacionamiento y antes de reservar no lo señalan. Tienen un acuerdo con un Parking cercano donde pagas 18 eu por día, el problema es que en su portada aparece el estacionamiento como parte del servicio y luego te indican la modalidad y el costo.

Por otro lado, le damos las gracias por destacar la calidad de nuestras instalaciones y nuestra excelente ubicación. También aprovechamos la oportunidad de aclarar que tenemos un acuerdo con un parking a solo 500 m del apartamento. Reservándolo con nosotros los huéspedes puedes disfrutar de un descuento especial.

Verdaderamente, nuestro apartamento está situado en una zona inmejorable y que permite a los huéspedes disfrutar de los lugares más especiales de Sevilla.

Reservamos 2 apartamentos: uno de 3 dormitorios en calle Antonia Diaz y otro de 2 dormitorios en Callejón Iris. Los dos apartamentos eran amplios, bien decorados y estaban perfectamente equipados. El de Antonia Díaz era más nuevo y con una decoración más bonita, pero el otro también estaba bien. Al lado de la Maestranza, en pleno centro. Bien insonorizados. Habitaciones amplias y camas cómodas. Tienen ascensor. Buena comunicación con los propietarios. Sin problema para coger las llaves. Repetiré sin duda.

Tha apartment was in amazing as new condition and had all the facilities we need and look for.
The jug that boils water in the kitchen has no auto off function. Minor but could be dangerous.
