We had got the whole house with 4 stories equip with everything. There is also an outdoor rooftop, which is very good place for relaxing. The location is very good.
The street in front of the apartment is quite narrow. Difficult to carry all the heavy luggages upstair, since there are 3 bedrooms on the 3rd floor.

Absolutely beautiful home in the perfect location to explore the city. We loved everything about the stay from the incredibly friendly and helpful staff to the comfort and cleanliness of it all. Exceptional.

The apartment has two roof terraces so you can follow the sun anytime of the day.
We recommend this apartment for larger groups and those who like plenty of space……we had a fantastic stay.

L´insonorisation des chambres côté rue. Attention, la maison est configurée sur plusieurs niveaux (rez de chaussée, 1er étage, 2eme et 3eme étage), pas très adapté aux familles avec enfants en bas âges.

Thank you very much for your review Lisa, we really appreciate it. It´s wonderfulto know you and your group have enjoyed your stay. About the problems your have mentioned at the apartment, we kindly asked you to take the responsability of the damages because that´s the way to proceed, because we ca not ask for a deposit for all the possible damages. After our guest leave, we clean up the apartment, and actually we don´t use to claim anything to them, but after your leaveing, our colleague from the cleaning department told us about the damaged objects, and we told you about and you accepted the charge of the cost of the new pan (we didn´t charge you for the rest) The rest wasn´t charged to you even when it was ok before your arriving. We work very hard to offer the best service we are able. Best regards

It´s true houses in Seville are built in order to be fresh during the summer, but our house is perfectly equipped to enjoy a warm winter inside, and it´s the first time some of our guests complain about being cold inside the house, We are sorry you didn´t let us know on time because we would had sent you hitters for all the rooms if the split wasn´t enough for you and your family. It´s been great to rea how much you have appreciated the beautiful architecture of our home. Regards!
