It consists of a spacious living room with sofa bed of 1.35 * 1.90 m and design dining table and chairs; the kitchen, which is open in the same room as the living room, and has all the utensils and appliances necessary for cooking. The bedroom has a double bed of 1.50 * 1.90 m and television, and bathroom with shower in suit.

Posizione davvero strategica dell´appartamento, comodissimo raggiungere il centro e ogni altro luogo (vicinanza alla tramvia). Pulito. Dotato di elettrodomestici. Per niente rumoroso (si trova sopra a un locale di flamenco che si sente a malapena)
Avrei fatto trovare agli ospiti qualcosa per colazione (fette biscottate e marmellata) e qualche tovaglietta per mangiare. Il tavolo è di vetro ed è facile sporcarlo.

Very noisy. The street is busy with a flamenco club over the narrow road. Additionally the bin collection is is very early and noisy. Windows could do with some additional soundproofing. The facilities in the apartment were good but the decor is tired and needs some attention

Cleanness. Facilities/appliances are not in a good shape, some of these are ready to be renewed. If you are coming by car, plan your trip carefully, especially how you’re going to reach apartment, as it in city center, old town where all the streets are one-directional and pretty narrow.

We did not like the attention of the person on the phone, he did not guide us well to park knowing that there was a parking lot in front, the sofa bed did not open and it was dirty. The apartment was comfortable, only for two people and it was missing blankets for the cold.

It was a little noisy, from street cleaners, construction & emptying the rubbish but this is just due to being in an inner-city location. Just a side note, we had the wrong coffee pods for the type of coffee machine.

The location was close to everything and very central. The apartment was very clean and staff were helpful. Having air conditioning was a blessing.
- Although the location was very central, it was a problem for the noise level at nights. The windows of the apartment is not very well insulated. We could hear very loud pedestrians coming back from bars, the flamenco shows just across the street or even the garbage disposal which happened every night. - Another point was that we did not realize that the one bathroom of the apartment was located inside the bedroom, so for accessing it you need to disturb others who are sleeping inside. - The bed soffa was ok but not very comfortable.

Leider sind sowohl das Bett (sehr klein) als auch die Couch im Wohnraum zum Schlafen unbequem😞. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer sind wirklich sehr hart (höchster Härtegrad), die Kopfkissen ebenfalls störend fest, das Bett ist sehr filigran - Kopfteil aus Holz knarrte bei der geringsten Bewegung.
A localização é excelente, perto de tudo! Da pra fazer tudo a pé. Estávamos de carro e tem um estacionamento pago quase na frente. O apartamento é bem equipado e tem itens básicos para limpar e cozinhar. Camas confortáveis e acolhe quatro pessoas. E Sevilha vale muito a pena!

Very clean apartment, convenient location and has all the required facilities for a good stay.
AC units makes a little too much noise late at night. Bed is creaky, probably due to the wooden bed head. Water pressure of the shower can be better

City center, with paid parking very close to the apartment. Clean an cosy with modern facilities.
I didn´t enjoy waiting 20 min for the check-in, in the hot sun with my pregnant girlfriend, in spite of comunicating with the host 1 hour and 15 min before arrival our ETA. She had to check-in another apartment and she mentioned this while we were wainting in front of our apartment. With better comunication this inconvenience might have been avoided and the review would have been exceptional.
Leider sind sowohl das Bett (sehr klein) als auch die Couch im Wohnraum zum Schlafen unbequem😞. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer sind wirklich sehr hart (höchster Härtegrad), die Kopfkissen ebenfalls störend fest, das Bett ist sehr filigran - Kopfteil aus Holz knarrte bei der geringsten Bewegung.

Ubicación excepcional. Al lado del ayuntamiento y de la Giralda. La persona que nos recibió súper agradable. Contacto directo por WhatsApp en todo momento. El equipamiento del apartamento completísimo. Limpieza perfecta .
Por poner un pero, la cama me pareció un poco dura. Pero sobre gustos no hay nada escrito.

The shower swamps the floor due to the dodgy shower doors, but it should be a pretty easy fix.
La douche était défaillante avant notre arrivée. L’eau s’écoulait sur les côtés et inondaient la salle de bain. Nous avons passé 3 jours avec des serviettes trempées par terre. Pas agréable du tout. Inacceptable !

Demasiado ruidoso. No es accesible para el carrito del bebé hasta el ascensor, puesto que hay que subir varios tramos de escalones. El suelo del baño es excesivamente resbaladizo. Tuvimos un par de caídas.

Sentimos que haya percibido ocasionalmente el ruido exterior, al tener el apartamento una ubicación tan céntrica y haber estado alojada durante toda la Semana Santa puede ser comprensible que se perciba algo más de ruido exterior. Es una época excepcional, y en otra temporada, por lo general suele ser muy tranquilo. Esperamos que a pesar de esto hayan disfrutado de su estancia. Saludos
The apartment was very clean and nicely designed. Full kitchenette was very convenient to have, stocked with cleaning products and equipment. Nice coffee machine and coffee provided. Also had clothes washer/dryer and detergents. Location is walking distance to many of the tourist attractions. Lola met us on time to check us in and give a tour of the apartment.
The location was great for being so close to the attractions, but it was quite noisy at night being so close to the bars. The elevator was a little clunky needed to be extra careful with our 2 year old as the elevator door would not stop from closing until it pressed against someone or something. The elevator at times would also not stop at our floor. We were fine climbing the stairs but sometimes needed elevator for the elders in our group. Also, just a note...the clothes dryer has only one option which took about 1 1/2 hours, if you try to stop the dryer and remove your clothes before the cycle is complete the door gets locked and you can´t open it. We lost a little bit of clothing because of this.

Le matelas du lit était très dur, la douche fuyait et la propreté n’etait pas nickel partout (sous la canapé, sur les étagères ...)

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und von tollen Bars und Restaurants umgeben. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es mangelt absolut an nichts. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief ohne Probleme und die Gastgeberin hat uns noch zahlreiche Tipps gegeben. Wir waren wirklich ausserordentlich zufrieden!
