Location was excellent, could walk to all the attraction.
Ground floor flat, Windows opened directly on a busy road which was very noisy at night. There were no net curtains or blinds ,so even though it was bright outside we could not keep the windows open which made the flat very dark. Few broken gadgets. second sofa bed was on mazzenine floor and stairs leading to it very unsafe.

Unfortunately, the apartment is at street level. They have tried to abate the noise, especially in the bedroom, but a group walking by in the late night hours would definitely wake you up. Sunday our first stay was especially noisy until 3:00am . Reasonably quiet the next couple of nights and then the Davis Cup had a replay of Spain about a block away and you could hear the cheering and shouting. Without some efforts, earplugs sleeping aids etc. sleep was elusive. If you are not a light sleeper this place is great. If you are bring some remedies.
