The lift is very small but this isn’t a negative as lucky to have a lift. I don’t think there was a kettle which would have been good but I maybe wrong as I may have not found it . Once again this isn’t a negative as I think it’s usual for continental properties not to have a kettle .

The apartment was nice and in a good location.
The management team, Genteel Homes, were difficult and unreliable. On arrival they said a cleaner would visit the apartment on the Monday. The cleaner came the day before when the family were still in bed, so were sent away, and then Genteel Homes did not rearrange this back to the originally stated day.They refused to supply more dishwasher tablets (we were given 4 tablets for 7 days and for a family of 5 people; in addition, there was no plug/basin for the sink). The TV didn´t work (we were visiting during the Paris Olympics) and wasn´t fixed - despite chasing up a number of times. The communication from them was poor, sometimes rude, and they simply weren´t proactive following our reasonable requests. Finally, we were disappointed that one of the bathrooms had literally been built within the kitchen, which seemed unhygienic.
The location is excellent as it is off the main shopping street. We walked from the train station after getting the train from the airport-it took about 15 mins and was easy to find. It is situated overlooking a lively and attractive plaza which offers great eateries. The check in process was easy as the communication with the host was very good. The apartment itself is spacious accommodating 6 of us easily.
The oven did not work. The shower head in the main bathroom was broken meaning we had to tie it up. There wasn’t an iron.

This is purely a practical comment regarding a group booking…..we were a party of 4 adults and didn’t think about this issue until the second day when we were leaving and entering the property at different times to one another. To leave the property you needed to go down to the ground floor, unlock a lovely cream gate and then unlock the main door, so basically you cant leave without your keys. To re enter you obviously require the same keys. We had 2 sets of keys for 4 of us and at one point both keys were in use so i was locked inside the building until they came back, which is not ideal. So my biggest tip, which I wish we had done, was to ask for a set of exit/entry keys for all of us. An easily solved issue which we would definitely ask for next time.

Es una vergüenza la empresa que gestiona este apartamento. Viajo constantemente por trabajo y siempre busco apartamentos de categoría superior. Esta empresa no se preocupa del mantenimiento de varios elementos que sólo están superpuestos para que en cuanto los toques se te caigan. Lo más grave: un elemento de sujeción de la contraventana está falsamente colocado. Es metálico y muy pesado. A mí casi se me cae y, de haberlo hecho podría haber matado a alguien teniendo en cuenta que es un ático. Se lo comunico amablemente junto la falta de mantenimiento de elementos del baño, manilla de puerta y les adjunto fotos. No contesta nadie. Ya no les dije que el toldo de la terraza no cierra, o que teniendo en cuenta que somos 5 han dejado solo dos botecitos mini de gel por baño, o que uno de los dos llaveros no abre la cancela interior, por lo que te quedas colgado si regresas tarde a casa y llevas ese juego de llaves. Pero ahora viene lo peor: está la señora de la limpieza esperando en la puerta. Meto lo que cabe en el lavavajillas. Salimos y llama una señora para decirte qué cómo no has sacado la basura!!! Que has dejado la cocina con migas por el suelo y el apartamento hecho un desastre porque no lo has dejado como te lo encontraste! Me toca discutir con esta energúmena que yo cuando salgo suelo dejar las toallas en el suelo, las camas sin hacer y sobre todo no me pongo a limpiar la cocina y con mis maletas no me llevo la basura! Sobre todo por no hacer esperar más a la señora de la limpieza que está en la puerta desde 5 minutos antes de la hora oficial de salida. Un bochorno espantoso!! Te llaman sólo para amargarte la estancia placentera que hayas tenido!!! Ningún otro sentido! En un apartamento de entre 250 y 400 € la noche!! No se puede dejar la gestión de un apartamento a chonis que sólo atentan contra los propietarios de los pisos de alquiler con el trato. Bochornoso!!! Nunca más iré a un apartamento gestionado por esta agencia. Llévese la basura, con sus maletas!!!

Los elementos de la terraza que menciona que parecen sueltos y peligrosos están correctamente anclados y su función es la de sujetar las contraventanas girándolos. En cuanto al resto de desperfectos, tomamos nota de ellos cuando nos los hizo saber para repararlos a su salida, ya que no nos comunicó que quisiera que entráramos en su apartamento durante su estancia.
Acerca de sus quejas sobre la limpieza, nuestro personal acude a los apartamentos a la hora de la salida para prepararlos para los próximos huéspedes y pacientemente esperó a que abandonaran el apartamento para entrar en él. Lamentamos si hubo algún malentendido durante la conversación telefónica, ya que el objetivo de la misma era preguntarles si tuvieron algún problema y si necesitaban asistencia; en ningún momento se les solicitó que limpiaran el apartamento.
Estamos muy consternados al leer las palabras que nos dedica, sobre todo porque sus comentarios no reflejan el estándar habitual que nos esforzamos en ofrecer a nuestros huéspedes y que puede leer en otros comentarios. Sin embargo, puede estar segura de que sus palabras se han compartido con nuestros jefes de departamento para informarles al respecto y actuar en consecuencia.
Una vez más, realmente apreciamos el tiempo que dedicó a informarnos sobre los inconvenientes que experimentó durante su estancia y esperamos sinceramente que nos dé una nueva oportunidad para demostrarle nuestro verdadero nivel de hospitalidad e interés en servirle adecuadamente en el futuro.

המיקום מדהים - בין העיר העתיקה לנמל. לא יכולנו לבחור טוב יותר! הדירה מאוד גדולה ומעוצבת בטוב טעם רב..הריהוט יפה מאוד וגם נוח. אחלה מיטות ויופי של זרם במקלחת. המארחת שקיבלה את פנינו הייתה מהממת - שמחה, נעימה וחיובית ועזרה לנו מאוד עם המלצות - מראש ותוך כדי כשהיו לנו שאלות המשך על הדירה והעיר (התכתבה איתי בוויפיי). המרפסת של הדירה פשוט מושלמת. רואים ממנה ים ויש בה מלא אויר שמש ואור.
מכונת הקפה לא עבדה מה שהיה קצת מבאס ויש טיפה תיקונים קטנים שצריך לעשות בדירה - ארונית במקלחת שקצת התפרקה וכאלה. מעבר לזה באמת שמושלם ומומלץ בחום.

We loved the terraza, the views and the location. It was clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The shutters and double glazing meant it wasn’t noisy despite its central location.
We loved everything about the property. We would love to stay longer another time, however unfortunately it would be too expensive for us for a longer stay.

La anfitriona muy amable y cercana, atenta a nuestra llegada. Desde las fabulosas vistas, nos comentó los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad ya que se veían desde la super terraza del ático y nos comentó sitios típicos de Málaga para comer. La casa espectacular, mezcla de sabor antiguo y moderno. Y la terraza nos encantó sobre todo a mis hijos. Cerca de todos sitios en el centro, solo tenias que cruzar para llegar a la calle Larios y al igual que el Paseo Marítimo, las vistas eran a la izquierda el centro con su Catedral " La Manquita", un poco más al centro La Alcazaba y el Castillo, y a la derecha el Mar. En la misma plaza hay un parking aunque suele estar abarrotado, en horas puntas tienes que esperar un poquillo,.
El único fallo que vi, fue que éramos 5 y solo había 2 frasquitos muy pequeños de jabón y champú. Pero hay tiendas muy cercanas. Por otro lado al ser tan céntrico, en el barrio del Soho, lógicamente hay mas ruido, sobre todo del hotel de al lado que como se lleva ahora de moda tiene zona de copas en la terraza, aunque cerraban no muy tarde y podías tener las ventanas abiertas, pero si te molesta las ventanas son buenas y no se oye nada al cerrarlas.
