Larios is a magnificent and bright apartment located in a historic building but completely renovated with great detail. It has 3 large bedrooms and high ceilings.
At the entrance of the apartment we find a spacious hall, which leads to the first bedroom on the right hand side, which has 2 single beds of 0.90 x 1.90. Then we have the living room, totally exterior and with designer furniture. It has a seating area with a TV and a dining area. In addition, it has a double sofa bed, which gives the apartment the capacity of up to 8 people. In the living room we find a window that communicates with the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. The kitchen is spacious, modern and bright.

The only thing to maybe improve is a better isolated window on the back bedroom as the A/C from other apartments can be noisy at night, I had no problem with that noise but my parents in law did. Also to give new painting to some walls in bedrooms

Hosts: easy and nice communication, always very responsive, easy handover of keys, many tips on restaurants. Location of the apartment: super! The old town with all attractions was perfectly within walking distance. There are many restaurants and bars and stores in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is on a side street, so it was quiet in the evening. Apartment: as in the photos, well equipped, spacious rooms, large closets, everything very clean.
We were a little surprised that one bedroom had no outside windows. This was not visible in the photos.

Key handover was prompt at the arranged time and took the time to show us round the property and answer any questions and gave us some recommendations for restaurants. The apartment was in a fabulous location, and exactly as pictured. Kitchen was well equipped and products left for dishwasher and washing machine which was so helpful. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and well equipped. Would not hesitate to stay again at this apartment or use Genteel Home again.

Er zijn 2 kleine verbeterpuntjes: - warm water is met 3 boilers. Dat is snel op als je doucht. Wij waren met 6 volwassen en 1 kindje van 3. Na 4 echt snelle douches en een wasmachine, had je enkel nog lauw water. - met het douchen loopt het water onder de douche deur door. Gevolg is een hele natte douche. Oplossing is een trekker neerzetten, zodat je het makkelijk kan nadrogen. Verder is het wel gehorig. In Malaga maken ze de straten elke dag schoon. En dat hoor je. Je hoort de straten de geveegd en schoon gespoten worden en het riool wat leeggehaald wordt. Hier kan niets aan gedaan worden. In de master bedroom heb ik er overigens geen last van gehad. Maar ik slaap ook makkelijk. Internet (Wifi) ontvangt slecht tot niet in de master bedroom overigens. Wel in de rest van het appartement.

Excellent accommodation on the 3rd floor, accessible via stairs or elevator. The harbor (and beach), the shopping street, the large cathedral, bicycle rental, taxi rank and the bustling center are within walking distance. Ideal for a long weekend where you can do a lot without much effort.
The noise from outside (including city cleaning and going out) may be somewhat disturbing at night in the front bedroom when sleeping.

De locatie, hartje Malaga, echt ideaal! En de inrichting is prachtig. Daarnaast was er goede en snelle communicatie. We mochten ook al eerder inchecken, wat heel fijn was.

Excellent location, very spacious and comfortable. Excellent facilities, WiFi worked well, plenty of hot water, all four of us loved coming back to the appartent after our days out.
Minor issues. We would have found tea towels useful as only ate breakfast there so dish washer never used. Shower door in main bedroom leaked. A squeegee would have helped dry the floor! Provide more loo rolls! A couple of spare light bulbs as at least one side light had one missing. It was a luxury flat so little extras as mentioned above should be normal.

Estimado Angel, gracias por su comentario. Sentimos que el ruido exterior le haya impedido disfrutar al completo de su estancia con nosotros. El apartamento cuenta con la mejor de las insonorizaciones, contando todas las ventanas con doble acristalamiento. Sin embargo, debido a que se encuentra en pleno centro de Málaga en una de sus calles más concurridas y siendo su estancia durante el Puente de Todos los Santos en el que la ciudad estaba al 100%, puede que fuera inevitable percibir algo de ruido procedente de la calle. Esperamos que a pesar de ello hayan podido disfrutar de su estancia. Saludos.
