Entering through the main door we find a diaphanous area composed of a beautiful living room, superbly decorated with every detail, and exterior. The living room has a double sofa bed, which gives the apartment a capacity of up to 6 people. In the other part of the room we have the dining room, with a table for 6 people. Continuing through the dining room we reach the kitchen, independent and fully equipped with everything you need.

Location was excellent; right in the heart of old town with excellent restaurants 20 metres down the street. It was so easy to get to the beach, the fort, the historic sights and shops. The hosts were excellent and communicated regularly with us prior to arrival. There are lockers close by; handy for luggage.
Just to flag that, as the streets are pedestrianised, you have to walk about 80 metres from taxi to apartment. It was no problem for us.

The location was fantastic - could walk everywhere through the cute Old Town. Parking wasn’t too far away (about 170 metres) so good for day trips. Gemma who welcomed us was amazing and flexible (we had a little internet issue during the day that made it difficult to communicate) and went the extra mile in welcoming us to this beautiful city. The olive oil sachets were much appreciated!

Bellissimo e nuovo appartamento in pieno centro a Malaga. Posizione centralissima (in una laterale della via principale della città) ma comunque molto silenziosa, e vicina a un parcheggio sotterraneo (a pagamento ma molto comodo). Due camere matrimoniali grandi e dotate di ogni comfort. I proprietari sono stati gentili e ci hanno fornito prima dell’arrivo informazioni sul parcheggio; inoltre, ci hanno lasciato caffè per fare colazione, molto apprezzato. En cuanto al equipaje, nos gustaría aclarar que, dado que no tenemos una recepción física, no podemos ofrecer servicios de almacenamiento de equipaje. La tardanza en dicha respuesta sobre la posibilidad de dejar maletas se basó en que necesitábamos confirmar si teníamos alguna reserva para el día de su salida, para poder ofrecerles una ampliación del check out, pero lamentablemente en su caso no fue posible, ya que teníamos que preparar el apartamento para los siguientes huéspedes. En estos situaciones solemos recomendar siempre opciones de taquillas cercanas para que los huéspedes puedan guardar sus maletas antes del check-in o después del check-out. Lamentamos cualquier inconveniente que esto haya causado durante su estancia.

El departamento bellísimo y super cómodo. Todo se notaba bastante nuevo y bien cuidado. El edificio tenia ascensor, lo cual nos permitió subir sin inconvenientes nuestro equipaje. Su ubicación excelente, los lugares gastronómicos y comerciales super cerca, como también atracciones y acceso al transporte publico.

La ubicación era perfecta, justo al centro de todo, nos permitió llegar fácilmente a todos los lugares que queríamos conocer.

The apartment was very nice, it was located in quiet a location, although with a Bar below, there was respect towards people and the bar closed after a certain hour. From my past experiences in other apartments, this one had a lot of accommodations. Also Near the main shopping avenue were it was full during the night.
One comment from my side I noticed that the building Water pump was always kicking in during the night, maintenance is needed and the AC vents are very dirty all 3 AC need urgent cleaning ASAP. Overall all problems that can be solved within an afternoon.

Posizione centrale, appartamento pulitissimo, curato con stile e gusto in ogni particolare e veramente accogliente. Cucina ampia (separata dal living), saloncino e ambiente pranzo... tutto molto vivibile e gradevole. Proprietaria veramente gentile, accogliente e attenta a tutti; disponibile a venire incontro alle eventuali esigenze, e a dare indicazioni sulla città. Assolutamente da consigliare.
L´appartamento è dotato di un solo bagno e non ha il bidet. E´ perfetto per un gruppo di quattro persone; mentre per una famiglia di sei è necessario usare un divano letto in salone, non particolarmente comodo per chi non è capace di un minimo di adattamento.

Aunque lamentamos leer su desilusión con el apartamento, agradecemos el tiempo para escribir una reseña sobre la misma. Parece que algunos aspectos no han estado a la altura de sus expectativas y nos gustaría aprovechar esta oportunidad para aclarar algunos aspectos:
Tanto en el anuncio previo a realizar la reserva como en nuestra toma de contacto tras la misma, informamos de que se tendrá que mostrar una tarjeta al realizar el registro de entrada y que nos guardamos el derecho, siempre informándoles de antemano, de cargar el importe mencionado en el mensaje a modo de fianza. En ningún momento se solicita fianza infinita o ilimitada y siempre actuamos dentro de la legalidad vigente. Nos tomamos muy en serio la privacidad y protección de datos de nuestros clientes, por lo que cumplimos toda la normativa vigente dentro de la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales. Asimismo, nuestra empresa cuenta con el certificado de cumplimiento PCI-DSS de seguridad que garantiza la eliminación de los datos de la tarjeta de nuestros clientes dos días después de la fecha de finalización de la estancia.
Por otro lado, nos sorprende que sugiera que nuestro equipo no hiciera nada para ayudarle con el agua caliente, ya que fuimos personalmente en repetidas ocasiones durante los dos días que duró su estancia en el alojamiento con un técnico para identificar el problema. Tras estudiarlo, como le explicaron, no existía problema; solo se había consumido toda el agua caliente y el termo eléctrico necesitaba un tiempo prudencial para calentar más agua.
Nos entristece que tras los esfuerzos y toda la atención personalizada nos puntúe con tan baja nota. Nos esforzamos para ofrecer servicios de calidad a todos nuestros huéspedes.
Gracias nuevamente por su visita y críticas constructivas, nuestro objetivo principal es que asegurar a nuestros huéspedes se sientan cómodos y disfruten plenamente de sus visitas. Estamos ansiosos por tener la oportunidad de recuperar su confianza.

We rented this property for 2 weeks at the beginning of January. It was perfect. Very well located, close (walking distance) to everything: restaurants, market, monuments, Mediterranean, shopping, taxis, etc. The apartment was very clean, comfortable - including the beds - and the kitchen was stocked with various staples (coffee, salt, olive oil...) which is not always the case in other rentals. A big plus also was that it was very quiet even though close to the Calle de Larios which is a busy street. The bathroom is a bit small but it was fine and functional for the three of us. The building is nice and clean with an elevator. Finally, the communication with the manager/hostess Maria José was absolutely wonderful. She was pleasant, very responsive to any question or request, made wonderful suggestions for restaurants, activities and guides. We had a great time in beautiful Malaga!
