Entering through the main door we find a diaphanous area composed of a beautiful living room, superbly decorated with every detail, and exterior, facing Marin Garcia street. The living room has a double sofa bed, which gives the apartment a capacity of up to 6 people. In the other part of the room we have the dining room, with a table for 6 people.

• Reception and luggage custody service. Monday to Friday from 10:00h. to 15:00h. Included in the price.

El apartamento necesita una actualización de los aparatos de climatización, en el dormitorio de dos camas no funcionaba, en el resto regular. El colchón del dormitorio de una cama, hacían mucho ruido los muelles, necesita un cambio. El baño pequeño no tenía la repisa de debajo del espejo tampoco enchufes, el mueble del lavabo en mal estado, el difusor de la ducha regular. En general va necesitando una reforma. Para 6 personas puede ser interesante, pero para 2/4 en las condiciones actuales no.

The lady who runs it is amazing. She’s really helpful and nice. The location of the apartment cannot be beaten. It’s in the middle of all the action and stores.
It was pretty much perfect. I can’t think of anything.

The apartment was SUPER clean and cosy! We loved interior design and the kitchen was fully equipped. Beds very comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was very convenient. Perfect location - just a 2 min from main market square with fresh exotic fruits and vegetables <3 Next to the market there are great churrerias. Almost all main attractions in walkable distance. Great restaurants around! Windows are very soundproofing so we could sleep restful. Special thanks for the owner who was super nice and recommended us the best places to visit :) Surely I will recommend this apartment to all my closest friends. It was a magic stay ❤️

Great and cosy place. Location right in the city Well furnished
Building doesn´t have parking
The location is excellent for anyone without a car. Spacious apartment close proximity to the Larios felt like a very safe area
Initial impression were excellent -however a few things need attention/ maintenance which are only noticeable once you are in the apartment We have stayed with other companies with apartments of a higher standard but not as good location

badkamer was heel klein. Met een gezin van 4 best lastig

Es un apartamento muy bien decorado . El sofá cama y las camas eran muy confortables .Estaba muy limpio y muy céntrico. A pesar de estar al lado de la calle Larios era muy tranquilo .
Éramos 5 adultos y había un solo baño que , además, era pequeño . Aún así nos organizamos .
