Pleins de cheveux au sol et des poils sur les wc, et l’intérieur du Wc pas nettoyé avec la balayette, poils dans la salle de bain et poils et croûtes sur les deux matelas du canapés lit. Plein de poussière…. Pour un appartement qui se dit « luxe » la propreté n’était pas du tout à la hauteur du « luxe » qu’on attendait !!!!

Location is great, practically step out to Zacatin St and shops. Reuben was super nice and fantastic, met us on site and gave a clear and detailed briefing of the apartment and area. Attic apartment is cozy, kitchen well equipped. I love the good quality bath towel.

La cama king size, gigante gigante. El sofá cama muy cómodo no era ninguna carraca. Menaje completo: cafetera, tostadora, hervidor de agua...secador de pelo, plancha y tabla, tendedero.
Las cortinillas son un poco frágiles, pero las vistas del ático flipantes, así que se hace lo que se puede para cerrarlas. El baño minúsculo pero ducharse mirando al cielo de Granada por una ventana y ver los tejados de teja lo perdona todo.

A pleasant apartment right in the centre of Granada. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had the "Attic" room, which meant that we had 20 windows looking out onto the surrounding buildings and rooftops and could see the cathedral quite well and a little bit of the Alhambra. The rooms were well equipped and there are several smallish grocery stores within easy distance. The building is in a small set of narrow passageways with Arabic shops, which is really interesting and a great place to potter around in. One of the shops on the ground floor of the building sells teas, herbs and spices, which is a wonderful smell that hits you as you go out through the back door. Lots of bars and restaurants within a stone´s throw of the property - plenty to choose from.
The property has shops on the ground floor with three floors of three apartments and then one attic apartment at the top (where we were). There are two doors, one to a very small vestibule containing only a lift, the other to a set of stairs. The lift goes only as far as the third floor, we then had to go up some stairs to the attic room, so be aware that you cannot avoid having to carry your luggage up the last 18 steps, if you book this room. We tended to use the stairs most of the time anyway, and there are 74 of these from the apartment down to the ground (or up, when coming back in again!)

Me encantó su ubicación, en pleno centro histórico y cerca de los principales monumentos de Granada. Como estaba alojado en el único apartamento del ático, las vistas eran magníficas: se veía la Catedral y la Torre de la Vela de la Alhambra. El apartamento era nuevo y estaba decorado con mucho gusto (pavimento hidráulico, alfombras, plantas, techos madera, etc ); la iluminación era perfecta tanto de día, por la gran cantidad de ventanas, como por la noche, con múltiples luces en cada estancia; cocina perfectamente equipada (horno, microondas, lavavajillas, 2 máquinas de café distintas, nevera, lavadora, plancha,...); excelente insonorización; habitación muy espaciosa, con televisión (también había en la sala de estar) y un montón de cojines. El baño, pequeño, pero más que suficiente.
Lástima que no me pudiera quedar más días.

Retraso por parte de la chica que nos recibió a la hora de entregarnos las llaves del apartamento. En cambio, nos hizo gran hincapié en que no nos retrasaramos en la hora de salida el mismo. Mala información, por no decir ninguna, para informarnos acerca del acceso, llegada y parkings cercanos al apartamento que nos ha ocasionado gastos extras innecesarios.

We are very disappointed to hear that you felt we underperformed on this occasion. All our team members usually are praised for their friendliness and helpfulness, and without doubts are one of our greatest strenghs. We would like to take the opportunity to point out that the person who met you at the apartment did help you with the luggage, and did show you the apartment and its intallations. We are upset to read that somehow your impression was affected by how the person was dressed and what kind of accessories had.
Regarding the use of hot water we are quiete surprised about your comments, as we have had families staying in the apartment and we haven´t had these kind of feedback so far, and our team has double checked that there were no technical problems with it.

Si vas en coche, hay que planificar bien donde dejarlo. Hay parkings suficientes. El parking más cercano es el de San Agustín pero suele estar lleno.
