El apartamento está muy bien, con una decoración moderna y nueva, tener tres cuartos de baño te facilita mucho cuando somos 8 personas, todo muy limpio y bien insonorizada la casa. La ubicación perfecta.
Entiendo que no le cuesta nada al alojamiento dejar algo de gel y shampoo para facilitar la estancia, solo dejaron 6 botecitos para los 8. Tampoco tiene utensilios de cocina para cocinar para 8, otro pequeño detalle que facilita que la estancia sea mucho más cómoda.

The property had sufficient rooms for a group and was comfortable. There were heaters and air-conditioners in every room. The balcony was lovely. The location was very good as it was halfway between the tourist area and the train station.
I this property does not have enough hot water for a large group. A couple of times the water ran out or went just lukewarm.

La ubicación en Granada, muy cerca de la catedral y la zona de casco antiguo para visitar es perfecta. El apartamento en sí es precioso, muy amplio con 4 habitaciones (todas con camas grandes y cómodas) y 3 baños; totalmente reformado y con una decoración de estilo nórdico preciosa. Tiene una terraza de un tamaño aceptable con vistas laterales al convento de San Jerónimo y a Sierra Nevada (que si está nevada como cuando fuimos es aun más precioso). Dispone de útiles más que suficientes para la cocina y los baños, y mantas, toallas y almohadas de sobra y en perfecto estado. En general, la relación calidad-precio fue altísima.
Al ser un piso antiguo el ascensor es muy (muy) pequeño y de dificil utilización (cerrar varias puertas para poder utilizarlo, etc.); y el sistema de entrega de llave, si se tienen varias propiedades que gestionar y por tanto, que entregar, teniendo en cuenta que el acceso a granada centro es dificil (tuvimos problemas de cortes de tráfico que nos hicieron tardar un poco), lo mejoraría con una caja fuerte de acceso con código, etc. para no dejar nunca a los huéspedes esperando en la calle (más de 40 minutos) como nos pasó.

El apartamento es perfecto para grupos grandes ya que tiene 4 habitaciones y todas con una disposición muy amplia y con mucha luz. La ubicación es perfecta ya que está cerca de todos sitios andando en menos de 10 minutos. La experiencia ha sido totalmente positiva y el trato con la anfitriona rápido y sencillo. Sin duda lo recomiendo!

+ /Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones Muy cómodo y limpio Apartamento muy amplio para 8 personas
- /WiFi muy lenta y no suficiente para 8 personas Ascensor muy pequeño y antiguo. Poco práctico para subir maletas
-/ there was 8 of us but only 7 cutlery. next door there was building works meaning that the terrace was covered in dust everyday and quite a lot of noise, but obviously that´s out of the owner´s hands. also being a large group neither of the main 2 bathrooms have a lock, which made it tricky.
El piso era acogedor, muy limpio y con una decoración muy bonita. La terraza es amplia y soleada por las mañana. Estuvimos 10 amigas y disfrutamos de una estancia en Granada estupenda
El único inconveniente, por poner alguna pega, es que olía un pelin a humedad y que el ascensor de la finca es súper pequeñito.
