Thank you for taking your time to share your review with us. We are really sorry to hear about the difficulties you encountered during your stay. We understand that sometimes can be difficult get to the apartment, especially if you go by car, due that our apartment is located in the heart of the city, near the most important monuments and just in the heart of famous Plaza Nueva square of Granada, the access could be a bit difficult because most of the streets are pedestrian. Regarding the odor, we do apologize about it, sometimes due to the weather is impossible to control it, but we always are working hard to avoid it aplying some products and making a good cleaning works. We would have liked to have some information about it during your stay in order to have given you an adequate response to the problems you mention before. Finally, we are sorry about the missunderstanding with our cleaning staff, normally check out time is at 11, that is the reason why our staff go inside to the apartment after that time, she didn´t know that you were still inside. We are aware that after the inconvenience you were allowed to check in late and we hope this has made your departure more pleasant. We value your feedback and will take immediate steps to address these issues to ensure a better experience for all our future guests.
