The kitchen was lacking basics as if it had never been used. Please put something on feet of dining room chairs. Ridiculously loud & could hear them screeching upstairs in middle of the night. Nowhere to put luggage in master bedroom (full of extra bedding). It’s such a beautiful apartment but lacking a bit of basic functional comforts.

Regarding the bathtub, we regret any inconvenience this has caused you. The bathtub is specifically designed for relaxing baths and is located inside the room, next to the bed, to avoid incidents and water splashing in the surrounding area. Therefore, for a more functional shower, the flat also has a shower in the bathroom. However, we are sorry for any confusion and that this has been an inconvenience for you.

Muy estrecho. faltaban fregonas, papeleras, las sillas y mesas de noches tambaleaban como si estuvieran cojas , calurosa, la habitación principal que nos tocó no es de uso familiar, incomodo mi hija se pegaba con todo, resbaloso, muebles inestables, una bañera pegada de la cama, el agua salía a presión haciendo un reguero en la habitación.

Sin embargo, Lamentamos los inconvenientes que haya experimentado durante su estancia, pero nos complace saber que nuestro equipo de atención al cliente pudo satisfacer sus solicitudes el día de su llegada respecto a la falta de suministros de limpieza y papeleras, entre otros. Lamentamos también, que haya encontrado el apartamento con poco espacio, sin embargo, queremos señalar que la descripción y las fotos del apartamento, incluida la distribución y ubicación de la bañera que nos menciona, están disponibles en nuestro sitio web. Es posible que la percepción de espacio limitado se deba a la petición de colocación de dos cunas, lo que naturalmente reduce el espacio disponible.
En cuanto al tema del calor, lamentamos cualquier confusión. Nuestro sistema de calefacción centralizado también funciona como aire acondicionado, lo que permite a los huéspedes ajustar la temperatura según sus preferencias.

Me hubiese gustado que hubiese ducha en ambos baños. En adición el edificio tiene problemas de electricidad aparentemente ya que en varias ocasiones se fue la luz, aunque llegó rápido. En adición pero tuvimos que bajar todas las maletas por las escaleras ya que el accesor no estaba funcionando. También deben mejorar el horario de atención al cliente ya que si existe algun problema de acceso u otra cosa solo te responden hasta las 9:00pm. también tuvimos problemas con el acceso con codigo de las escaleras el cual no funcionó.

En cuanto al acceso y los problemas con el código de las escaleras, nos crea un poco de confusión ya que se pudo comprobar el correcto funcionamiento del mismo. No obstante, agradecemos sus comentarios y los tendremos en cuenta para asegurar que el acceso sea lo más conveniente y eficiente posible para todos nuestros huéspedes. Queremos recordarle que nuestro equipo está disponible las 24 horas del día a través de llamadas telefónicas para cualquier emergencia, ya que el servicio de WhatsApp no está disponible después de las 21:00.
