It is a beautiful duplex with two bedrooms and a bathroom, with a private terrace, located in a historic building in the center of Granada, which has been completely restored, respecting the architectural elements of the facade.
Upon entering the apartment we directly access the living room, decorated with quality furniture and which has a 1.50 cm double sofa-bed, side table, chairs and 50-inch Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room and has all the necessary utensils to make your stay more comfortable. Next to the kitchen there is a dining table with seating for 4 people. This room is very bright because it has 3 balconies with views of Mesones Street and Placeta de Santo Cristo.

Falta de flexibilidad en el checkin, así como en la custodia del equipaje: aún poniendo en la plataforma que disponen de servicio de custodia de equipaje incluido en el precio de 11h a 21h, hemos tenido que insistir y reclamarlo (con la molestia y malestar que ello conlleva cuando se está de vacaciones para disfrutar y no para andar peleando por algo que anuncian como disponible) teníendo que dejar finalmente las maletas en una oficina cercana... Por otra parte, en el apartamento hay que ventilar continuamente porque huele mal,, afortunadamente no hizo demasiado frío durante nuestra la estancia....

Lo mejor fue la ubicación, muy céntrico y cerca de todo sin necesidad de transporte. La decoración de la casa muy bonita y cuidada. La chica que nos recibió al llegar muy simpática y servicial.
La limpieza en general bien salvo el suelo de todo el apartamento y cajón del baño, que estaba todo lleno de pelos y se veía que le faltaba un buen repaso. Toallas y sabanas muy limpias. Lo que no nos gustó nada fue que el sofá cama estaba roto y nos tocó poner el colchón en el suelo.

Duplex très bien décoré. Très bon emplacement. Tout peut être visité à pied. Bonne climatisation. Salle de bain spacieuse. Appartement bien équipé. Canapé et literie de la chambre du bas confortables. Matelas un peu mou à l’étage.
La cuisine n’était pas très bien nettoyée à notre arrivée (sucre séché sur le comptoir). Les murs n’étaient pas très propres et mériteraient d’être repeints. Canapés de la terrasse non nettoyés (miettes de nourriture dessus). Nous avons eu beaucoup de difficultés avec la clé d’accès à l’appartement qui nous donnait grand peine à ouvrir la porte. Appartement restant bruyant en soirée du fait du simple vitrage mais cela est également du fait de sa bonne localisation en centre ville.

Estimada Francisca: En primer lugar, nos gustaría agradecerle los comentarios tan positivos que ha compartido referente a su reciente visita a nuestro apartamento, en especial por resaltar la maravillosa ubicación en la que se encuentra. Estamos encantados de saber que tanto el apartamento en sí como la atención de Elvira fueran capaces de cumplir con sus expectativas. Una vez más le damos las gracias por compartir su experiencia con nosotros y esperamos poder servirle de nuevo pronto.
Lo que más nos gustó fue la cercanía a todos los lugares que queríamos visitar, además de ser un apartamento completamente nuevo, de hecho los accesorios de la cocina estaban sin estrenar.
Por poner alguna pega, al ser un edificio antiguo y restaurado, no disponía de ascensor.

Perfect stay, great location, beautiful terrace, nicely decorated and super comfortable apartment. We loved it.
The automatic light in the staircase was very disturbing at night. A tray to take items up to the terrace would be useful.
