Upon entering the apartment we directly access the living room, decorated with quality furniture and which has a 1.50 cm double sofa-bed, side table, chairs and 50-inch Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room and has all the necessary utensils to make your stay more comfortable. Next to the kitchen there is a dining table with seating for 4 people. This room is very bright because it has 3 balconies with views of Mesones Street and Placeta de Santo Cristo.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral - mitten in der Innenstadt-, in einem traditionellen Haus, ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit grossem Bad, hell und gut ausgestattet. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte persönlich, sehr freundlich und man wurde noch mit einigen Tipps für die Stadt versorgt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von der Wohnung aus gut zu Fuss erreichen. Wir waren in der Semana Santa dort und konnten vom Balkon die Prozessionen verfolgen - ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis!

Fernando was super friendly and helpful. The flat is super well located close to all amenities in Granada. The flat was very clean and has everything you need. It’s great to have a restaurant at your doorstep!
I read the reviews before about the noise at night. It is really noisy, all sort of noises so be prepared for that. I did heard every noise but our 8 year old didn’t got bother by the noise at all so I guess it does depends on every person!

Como algo que objetar,quitar un poco de polvo de algunos muebles y las almohadas muy blanditas.

La decoración y la ubicación son dos de los puntos fuertes del apartamento. La localización ideal para conocer la ciudad de Granada. Además, el piso ha sido decorado con mucho gusto. Tiene todo lo que se necesita en cuanto a menaje.
Un punto muy importante que hay que valorar antes de coger este alojamiento es el ruido EXCESIVO durante toda la noche (de madrugada). Se hizo prácticamente imposible descansar por el exceso de ruido procedente de la calle: bares, gente, gritos....

new appartment, beautifully decorated, the whole building is renovated, everything smelled new and clean, comfortable on the whole, all appliencies new, at hand, all worked, great location for restaurants, shops, sights, everything that one may need is at a short stroll away, mostly nice streets in the area, one good cafe&restaurant even for breakfast just next door and many others nearby, don´t need to cook
very busy and noisy outside from 10am - 2pm and closed windows won´t help much, but that´s one of the colours of the city

Really nice decorated apartment with a great location right in the centre of the city with many restaurants and shops nearby. Appreciated the spacious bathroom, the full-length mirror in the main bedroom as well as the wardrobe with lots of space.
Would improve the cleaning, as we found a very bad smell probably coming from the sofa that also had animal fur on it. The smell stayed even after leaving the windows open for a while. Also the extra bed (sofa) was not made but I think it is a common thing in Spain as it isn´t the only apartment that didn´t have the extra bed ready.
