En cuanto al diseño del apartamento, el carácter de dúplex y sus características están claramente detallados en la descripción de la propiedad y en las fotos mostradas durante el proceso de reserva, dado nuestro compromiso con la transparencia en la información transmitida. Sabemos que algunas personas prefieren estancias más accesibles, por lo que siempre animamos a nuestros huéspedes a revisar cuidadosamente las descripciones de las propiedades para asegurarse de que seleccionan la que mejor se ajusta a sus necesidades.
Respecto a los utensilios de cocina, agradecemos su comentario y revisaremos si es necesario actualizar o mejorar el menaje en para garantizar el confort de nuestros huéspedes. En cuanto a los platos de ducha, es importante destacar que nuestras instalaciones cuentan con bañeras en lugar de platos de ducha, lo cual se refleja en las fotos y la descripción del inmueble. Lamentamos cualquier malentendido que haya podido experimentar al respecto.
En cuanto al ascensor, lamentamos si experimentó un inconveniente puntual con su funcionamiento. Aunque este servicio depende de la comunidad de propietarios, estamos comprometidos a verificar y asegurarnos de que cualquier problema se solucione lo antes posible.

Ev çok merkeziydi her yere yürüyüş mesafesindeydi. Eve yakın bir sürü restoran ve kafe vardı. Personel kapıda karşılayıp girişimizi yaptı. Tüm bilgilendirme çok güzel ve anlaşılır bir şekilde yapıldı. Ev genel olarak temizdi. Mutfaktaki ekipmanlar çok yeterli ve temizdi. Oturma alanı rahat ve konforluydu.
Üst kattaki odanın kapısı olmadığından ses konusunda biraz sıkıntı yaşadık. Alt kattaki oda da genel avluya baktığından sabah dışarıdaki sesin hepsi odanın içindeydi. Resimlerde bir kaç tane daire var bize denk gelen daire resimlerdekiler gibi ferah ve aydınlık değildi. Banyoların elden geçmesi lazım özellikle küvetli banyo bayağı eskimiş.

the apartment exceeded expectations - the location was fantastic- about 10 minutes walk from the main attractions in a lovely area with great bars and restaurants close by.The apartment was very well equipped and the outside area was amazing - a perfect place for breakfast and a siesta !

The location was perfect. Bedrooms comfortable, big lounge, bathrooms are good, heating and air con work well. Lots of restaurants all around and a locker store and taxi rank very close. Hosts very helpful and on hand to help.
The sofa bed covers on the sofa bed could do with a clean. But everything else was very clean. Nothing to do with the property itself but to be aware that there is noise transfer from neighbours mainly shutting their front doors which can be loud as the complex design means noise will echo due to marble floors. Would stay here again though.
