Su due piani, cucina poco accogliente e camera con bagno (entrambi maleodoranti causa cavedio puzzolente) al piano terra, salotto piccolo e molto scomodo con camera con bagno e terrazza al primo piano (con scala ripida). L’avevamo scelto dalle foto per passare due giorni di comfort con i nostri figli (inoltre pioveva e abbiamo passato del tempo in casa) ma si è purtroppo rivelato una (dispendiosa) delusione. Non è una scusante il fatto che sia una casa “antica” perché è stata completamente ristrutturata.

The property was perfect for our stay in Sevilla. The localisation is incredible and the little pool on the rooftop is great. Overall the apartment is confortable for 4 people and well cleaned.
We would have appreciated a bit more kitchen tools (no tool to peel the vegetables, not enough coffee mugs, only 2 sunbeds for 4 people) and the pool could have been a bit bigger.

Apartment is super tiny, also it is split across 2 levels with a very steep staircase. This may be an okay setup for 2 couples or friends, but pretty much unusable for families with small kids. Kitchen is also tiny even for basic cooking. We let hosts know our arrival time in advance but no one was there to greet us, took a couple of phone calls and 30 mins waiting until someone finally showed up. We were provided with no apology and quite an attitude from both hosts. Moreover, the cleaning lady was still inside frantically trying to finish the job even though it was way past check in time.

Sehr schön gelegen, hübsche Terrasse mit Wasserbecken..zentral..
Leider ist die Wohnung in der kalten Jahreshälfte nicht ausreichend heizbar, die Gäste frieren. Der TV Remote und ein Korkenzieher haben gefehlt, wurden nach Auffordern aber dann sofort gebracht..☀️

The location perfect for sight seeing.
Sparsely furnished the kitchen was poorly equipped - the ´private´ terrace was beautiful but shared with another apartment.

la terrasse, l’emplacement
les odeurs de canalisation très fortes, l’accueil moyen, le manque de vaisselle et d’ustensiles pour ce prix, le lit double en 140, les salles de bain trop petites avec aucun espace autour du lavabo, pas assez de rangement dans la chambre du haut( seulement 4 cintres et pas d’étagères ou de commode), le bas du duplex très sombre qui n’a aucune ouverture sur l’extérieur et qui donne sur le hall, un canapé trop petit en haut, la salle de bains n’était pas très propre.
