This apartment has lots of space! Staff were friendly. One draw back is that you have to pay 30 euro extra to check in between 9 pm and midnight. This was not listed on the booking, so we were not aware when we made our travel plans. Would be nice to know ahead of time. Also, there is very limited hot water for the shower.
Only found out after we booked that we would need to pay an additional €30 as we were checking in after 9pm

Location was great and apartment was large. It was well appointed and had everything we needed for a two week stay. Genteel homes were exceptional in helping us and were very prompt with all of our needs.
We were there in January and the apartment was cool especially the floor but the space heater helped. It backs onto a school so it can be noisy during the day.

Het grote souterrain met veel bewegingsvrijheid, aan te raden bij langer verblijf om thuis te relaxen ook. Sfeervol met ramen en planten op patio. Daarnaast locatie.
Wat rumoerig in de ochtend door andere bewoners die zich klaar maken voor werkdag en schoolplein vanaf 8.30 ook geluid. Voor ons geen probleem maar doordeweeks uitslapen is er niet bij.

Un petit cocon douillet et au calme dans cette merveilleuse Seville. Depuis la réservation nous avons été guidés jusqu’à notre arrivée. Accueil chaleureux, tout est simple, indiqué, expliqué, avec même des adresses bon plan. L’appartement est splendide, propre et conforme aux photos. Le personnel est aux petits soin ils répondent à vos demandes sans être envahissant. De grote ruimte. De ramen, de groene planten buiten, de stijl van de inrichting. De locatie is geweldig, erg leuke buurt, rustig, authentiek, niet overlopen door toeristen. Het appartement was schoon, de check in was erg aardig en informatief.
Een tweepersoonsbed was fijner geweest, het zijn nu 2 eenpersoonsbedden die uit elkaar schuiven. Het was ook een beetje koud ´s nachts, een extra beschikbare deken zou fijn zijn geweest (als je niet met de verwarming aan wilt slapen). Tip: laat even het slot aan de binnenkant nakijken of oliën, het functioneerde moeilijk.

Era muy amplio, luminoso y precioso. Una maravilla.
La Calefacción ni se notaba y estaba al máximo que permitía de nivel, el frío fue insoportable y tuve que dormir con el abrigo puesto. Al tener techos altos aún eran mayor la sensación de hielo, hacía más frío que en plena calle y estaba deseando de que amaneciera para irme. Había un pequeño calefactor de baño pero eso allí no causaba ningún efecto.

Spacious apartment that was fully equipped. very full kitchen, fine cupboards for suitcases. Son had a great time because there was lots of space and nice books in the bookcase. Nice baby cot.
here and there some things that needed replacing. It wasn´t very clean. from a few days before arrival, guests will be asked about arrival times.

A little bit noisy, but no problem.
Il sistema di riscaldamento ad aria è assolutamente insufficiente per affrontare l´inverno. Nemmeno dopo 3 giorni di uso continuo l´ambiente era abbastanza caldo per dormirci la notte. Abbiamo chiesto di avere delle coperte e una stufetta supplementare, e in un primo momento lo staff è stato davvero poco disponibile. Dopo la telefonata all´assistenza booking le cose sono cambiate. Positivo è che almeno ci hanno accordato uno sconto del 20% per l´inconveniente. Pochissima privacy a causa della ampia vetrata che dà sul cortile. Praticamente bisogna sempre tenere le tende chiuse. Il parcheggio è un vero problema, e a meno di spendere €20 al giorno, un posto gratuito per la macchina si trova a circa 25 minuti di camminata dall´appartamento.

Estimado huésped, sentimos mucho que su estancia no fuera satisfactoria y que se haya visto afectada por ruido de obras de la calle. Lamentablemente, no teníamos constancia de las mismas ya que dichas obras habían acabado hace meses y desconocíamos por completo que se hubieran retomado. En cualquier caso, aunque dichas obras están fuera de nuestro control, si nos hubiera informado de ello con gusto le habríamos mirado opciones para reubicarle en otro de nuestros apartamentos en los que tuviéramos disponibilidad. Le pedimos disculpas por ello y esperamos que en otra ocasión podamos ofrecerle una mejor estancia tal y como se merece. Saludos.

Ruim para estacionar o carro, ruas sempre cheias, muito difícil arrumar vaga. Poderia ter um espelho de corpo inteiro no apt e produtos de toilete, fora isso ,perfeito.
Podrían poner un televisor para verlo desde la cama, sería "lo más" ;)

Regendouche deed het minder goed door kalk helaas. Er waren bouwvakkers bezig, nu zijn wij vroeg wakker altijd maar wel veel geluid. Handig als het even gemeld waS. Er misten wat haakjes in de badkamer maar daar kwamen we ook wel weer overheen :). Geur in appartement was wat minder.

Sin embargo, y a pesar de que no menciona nada negativo sobre el apartamento o su estancia, nos sorprende la baja puntuación que nos ha otorgado, por lo que no sabemos si se debe a un error. Saludos
Única coisa que senti falta foi uma iluminação maior no banheiro. Não havia luz no teto mas apenas no espelho. A luz era suficiente para iluminar com conforto, porém para fazer maquiagem era meio incômodo.

Ambiente spazioso e illuminato, angolo cottura e bagno perfetti.
Essendo in un condominio l´ambiente dovrebbe essere insonorizzato meglio.
Entorno amplio y luminoso, cocina y baño perfecto.
Al estar en un condominio, el medio ambiente debería estar mejor insonorizado.
