Central, large space, 4 rooms, air con, walking distance to all key locations.
Top floor has a dangerous stairs, a loose handle bar not secured correctly and the ceiling on the stairs is low for average plus height. So watch your head. So not ideally somewhere you want to go with a few drinks on board. No toilet upstairs which adds to the top room issues. This also impacts the use of the balcony, we didn´t use it for this reason. But it looks great.

On the other hand, I lament reading the lack of communication you experienced prior to your arrival. I would like to take this opportunity to clarify that, even though we are partnered with Marriott, we do not have access to any e-mail or phone call addressed to them. We send a confirmation email with the e-mail address and telephone number of our Customer Service team, whom received you. From Genteel-Home we try our best to reach to you with the information provided to us by Marriott in order to organize your arrival.
I understand how you could have felt in a foreign country with your family and not knowing whom to contact. And I am also very sorry that on this occasion factors that are totally out of our control have affected your stay with us. I hope and beg for your understanding that as soon as we were made aware of your location, it took our team as little as 15 minutes to meet you face-to-face.
As a valued customer, you are in the best position to help us better our services in offering short term home rentals. The experience you described is not characteristic of the level of service we provide and we would like to apologize, since perhaps there was a misunderstanding,

It is very well equipped with everything you could need, with a small supermarket just a few feet away.
The staff were excellent and provided recommendations of places to eat, and visit.
We had a fantastic week in July and will be looking to stay here again.
