Les chambres disposent de deux salles de bain avec douche, l’une avec un lit double de 1,60 * 1,90 cm et l’autre avec deux lits simples de 0,90 * 1,90 cm.

I normally do not do reviews, but this will be an exception. We has such a perfect stay that I want to spread the word. Contact with the property was perfect. We were met at the agreed on time by a friendly and informative host and the apartment had absolutely everything we could wish for. No luxury, but a great place for a short stay, and on a quiet street, in an apartment with plenty of space. But the star of the show here is the location. No real coffeemaker. It had been broken by previous guests.

Unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. They do not have a luggage room, nor the possibility to leave the suitcase a couple of hours after check-out. however there are some nearby storage facilities which are quite expensive.

The location of the apartment was ideal for exploring the old town. It was conveniently located to main visitor attractions, shops, restaurants and bars. Everything was in a easy walking distance. The facilities of having a fridge and tea/coffee making equipment was good and useful.
The apartment was small and in the bathroom/shower areas you did not have room ´to swing a cat´. This made it very difficult when two of the guests were 6Ft 2". Ventilation in one of the bathroom areas was by opening a window - due to this the ceiling above the shower area had obvious mould and was unsightly. I would warn guests to be careful when using Booking.com that the 35 images do not clearly represent which apartment you will be using when booking. The communication from the provider showed me 1 image that matched the Booking.com website and unless you worked for the company you would not know which one that correlated to. We were disappointed with the apartment we got because it was not what we thought had been booked. Every day is a school day!

- l´étroitesse de l´appartement et le manque de confort - les équipements et matériaux qui n´ont pas l´air de très bonne qualité (vitre cassée dans la cuisine) - le manque de place dans la salle de bain, pas possible de poser même une brosse à dent - la description du loueur n´est pas conforme : la taille de l´appartement est bien inférieure à ce qui est mentionné (45/50m² au plus et non pas 75)

Bijou apartment, in walking distance from all the tourists attractions, restaurants and local amenities. The apartment was big enough for 4 people with 2 bedrooms (double and twin rooms) and 2 bathrooms. The kitchenette was adequate, just enough equipment to prepare a breakfast and a light snack. The apartment is within a 10 - 15 minutes walk from the shops and the Cathedral and Alcazar. We would definitely consider using the apartment again when we return to Sevilla.
Booking and check-in had to contact too many different people. One single contact would be better.

Creo que siempre hay que avisar, si no se trata de un piso en planta baja, si tiene o no tiene ascensor, por si viaja una persona que no pueda subir escaleras. Por lo demás, todo genial.
