Toda una experiencia, fuimos toda la familia, con mis suegros y sobrinos. Estuvimos muy cómodos, cerca del centro de Sevilla. Nos proporcionaron unas recomendaciones para comer y cenar, que fueron todo un acierto. Las vistas desde la terraza inmejorables. Toda una experiencia que recomiendo.

We were a three generation party, teenagers, parents and grandparets. All ages were bowled over by the house, beautiful and full of character, spacious rooms, very well appointed bathrooms, a wonderful rooftop for sun-bathing and for viewing the stars, excellency equipped for eating in, and very well served for eating out; an ideal situation right in the heart of historic Sevilla

Très belle résidence pour un groupe de 14 personnes Manque quelques instructions pour le tri des déchets et l´emplacement des points de tri du verre, des emballages, de l´organique, et du reste. Un plan localisant ces points serait un plus !

Perfect House for a Family Christmas
We really loved the house! The neighborhood, which is in a very old historic district of Seville, Santa Cruz, is really within walking distance to everything you want to see in this part of the beautiful city. For all else, we used Uber and the public trolley. The house gave each person or couple a bedroom and private bath, which was perfect. Of course, since it was winter, we were unable to use the pool but I imagine that it would be a great boon in the heat of summer! The kitchen was so well stocked that we could have cooked every day had we wanted to, but there are so many restaurants, both indoors and out, that there was no need to cook except for those who wanted breakfast. The dining room was large enough to seat 12 and there were enough dishes, bowls, glasses, cups, to accomodate all. Dishwasher made cleanup easy. Living room or grand sala offered enough seating and lighting for socializing, games, or quiet reading. The only complaint I can offer was the failure of easy communication given that we had 11 people coming from all over the world but nowhere to store our luggage until we could enter at 3:00. When we did get in, it was very disappointing to see that the entry foyer was a huge empty space that could easily have accommodated all of our luggage from the time our various planes landed until we could enter the house. Towels were in abundant supply except for in the kitchen where there was no towel to dry off dishes, nor a drying rack. Easy fix!

Amazing and truly unique home. The home has been completely updated. With modern amenities and is located in a pedestrian zone of historical Santa Cruz neighborhood , so you’ll have to walk at least a few hundred meters to get to it . Steps from the old city wall and aqueduct. Truly amazing home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pablo’s house. It was such a large space for our family. The beds were extremely comfortable. We slept so well! Sadly we were caught in the serious storms that hit Spain and had 3 days of rain. The house is open on the inside with an open courtyard so sadly it got very cold. The house is well equipped with everything you could need. We ate in a couple of times and had breakfast in every morning. The location was amazing, in walking distance of the cathedral and palace and very central to Seville. The roof terrace was beautiful but sadly we only had one afternoon up there due to the weather. There was a tumble dryer and washing machine plus helpful additions of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and shower gel, dishwasher tablets, washing liquid, toilet rolls and washing tablets. Our towels and bedding were changed halfway through our visit. I would definitely recommend this place to friends maybe at a warmer time of year.

Our trip was greatly enhanced by the perfect location, beautiful & spacious home, abundant amenities, rapid & complete communication throughout our entire stay! We’re a group of 6 women that travel together every few years, this home was absolutely perfect for us. Each with our own private bedroom & en-suite bathrooms, beautiful compact kitchen with more kitchenware & supplies then we needed - including lovely plastic wine glasses & fridge on the roof top terrace, great living room to gather and large dining table for the one night we decided to stay in for dinner. Sunsets on the terrace & dipping our tired feet in the plunge pool after a day of walking the city was a treat we looked forward to daily. The location was perfection (although there was a bit of construction down the block that came down our typically quiet street in the mornings awakening those on that side of the house). Communication was rapid and thoughtful. Would book again for large group without hesitation!

Superbe appartement idéalement situé à 5 mn à pied des principaux sites à visiter. Conforme à nos attentes avec un toit terrasse aménagé d´un bassin très agréable Parfaitement équipée, très propre. Chaque chambre est équipée d´une salle de bain avec wc et cet appartement est d´un confort parfait. Rien ne manque en plus d´être très calme ! Lien constant avec le loueur, récupération des bagages mis en sécurité pour profitez de la dernière journée libre A louer sans hésiter !

La casa espectacular. Muy cuidada, limpia y esta nueva. Es muy grande y es como en las fotos. Está muy céntrica, fuimos andando a todos sitios. ¡La recomiendo!!!!

We had a wonderful stay here in Seville. The apartment was in a quiet street in the old town of Seville. The apartment itself provided everything we needed, rooms were all large with ensuite bathrooms. Loved having private access to the rooftop pool and outdoor space. The location was incredible, less than a 5-minute walk to the cathedral and Royal Alcazar. I would definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Seville.
