Excellent location, minutes from Real Alcazar and the Cathedral. Member of staff who welcomed us was friendly and helpful. All rooms comfortable, ensuite and well equipped. Sitting room really lovely. Kitchen well equipped although we mostly ate out as so close to many wonderful options.
The door and grill was a bit idiosyncratic but we allowed a few extra moments to lock or unlock. The location can suffer from a little noise at night as people don´t realise its a dead-end and walk along talking, but it´s a small price to pay for such a central location and wonderful house.

Great location, right in the centre so can walk to all the sights. Top floor was lovely for relaxing and bedrooms on ground and first floor were good size. All rooms had air conditioning.
The outside terrace overlooking the alcazar was very small and only had two chairs, we were a party of four so could just fit on for night cap. Taxi couldn´t drive to front door as pedestrianised so make sure you know how to get to it on foot.

Brilliant location for exploring city. Well maintained apartment and very spacious. Lots of room and a sun terrace at the top. If you are a larger than a couple party, this is the ideal space for you. Four bedrooms (all ensuite), kitchen and living room area as well as sun loungers on the roof!

Apartment was perfect for our group of 8, with 4 bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. Location could not be beat in the heart of the Old quarter. The apartment is literally built on the wall of Alcazar, and the balcony gives a private view into the grounds. Amazing at night to see it and in the morning before the tourists have access. Would absolutely recommend this unit to everyone. We were two families and it was perfect for our little humans!

Amazing location - right in the middle of the main attractions (Alcazar, Cathedral, etc) and in the quaint old quarter yet still quiet and private in the apartment. Everything is extremely walkable. AC was very good to have. Loved the mix of modern and quaint. Great space for a group of friends - having 4 bathrooms was super nice!

Superb location, charming old house on 3 floors with 2 terraces, one overlooking the Alcazar gardens. A visiting peacock. Lovely ambiance.
Being an old property, the rooms are quite small and there is no nearby motorbike parking. However, the location and charm far outweigh the inconveniences.

There were a few downsides. First, there is no accessibility to the property by car. It is a 5 minutes walk from a near square, not very comfortable with luggage or for people with disabilities. In addition, there is no option for a late check out, and nowhere to leave the luggage, except a luggage store which is 700 meters away. It was very disappointing. We also had to throw out garbage ourselves and if you want cleaning it is an extra charge. The house is smaller than expected, but the rooms are quite spacious. Living room is on the last floor which isn´t very comfortable. The kitchen is nice and big.

As it is common in the heart of the oldest quarter of the city and due to the nature of the streets, access on foot is required as cars cannot drive through the narrow streets.

This property was in the best neighborhood in Sevilla. The bed rooms are on the small side and the property is very vertical so know that. Lovely, bright decor and lots of windows. The one upper deck is on a slant which is as kind of odd and made it less usable and the other small balcony has an amazing view of the alcazar but The owners should update the furniture on that deck because it’s one of the prime parts of this property. I would definitely stay here again and seriously you cannot get better in terms of location.

La ubicación es unica. Una joya dentro del barrio de la Judería y con vistas al Alcazar. Te envuelve de lleno en el centro de la ciudad. Los recovecos, las calles empedradas, el muro vista de una de las torres del alcazar dentro de la casa te trasladan a otra epoca. Las terrazas son increíbles ( sobre todo la que da a los jardines del alcazar) y por las mañanas el repique de campanas te ambienta y te da la sensación de estar en un pequeño pueblo en vez de una gran ciudad. Cada habitación tiene su baño dentro. Tiene sabanas y toallas incluidas junto con gel y champú. El personal es majísimo y muy disponible. Pudimos tener las llaves antes ya que no había entradas la noche anterior.
La casa es grande pero las habitaciones son pequeñas. La habitación de matrimonio se ubica en la planta baja y vienen ráfagas de olor de alcantarilla o de fosa aséptica. Creo que no tiene mucha solución pero se debería de cerrar ese cuarto o advertirlo antes ya que el olor es muy fuerte a ratos. Sugerencia: La cocina podría estar equipada con un microondas para calentar rapido y una cafetera de capsulas.

hank you very much for your review Andrew! It’s great to know you had a pleasant stay and enjoyed your time in our apartment! The apartment is located wall to wall with the Alcazar Palace, looking directly to its gardens, one of the oldest parts of the city, on the Jewesh quarter, and as it happens in other cities with the same type of quarters, it´s impossible to park, and this is whywe give recommendations of parkings close to the apartment. We hope you and your family have loved Sevilla, and would be pleased to have you back!

Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire Malik!. Nous sommes heureux de savoir que vous avez apprécié votre séjour dans notre appartement. Nous regrettons que vous ayez été dérangé par le bruit de la rue. Séville est une ville avec beaucoup de vie et un peu d’agitation est parfois le prix à payer pour un endroit aussi magnifique que celui de notre maison. Genteel Home Team

Merci beaucoup de votre commentaire. Cela nous aide toujours à améliorer notre service aux clients. La Casa Alcázar est en fait une petite maison typique du quartier Santa Cruz, au centre ville de Sevilla. C´est pour cette raison qu´on doit bien comprendre cet aspect, puis qu´il s´agit d´une maison avec charme et histoire, mais c´est n´est pas une grande maison moderne entouré d´une ambience rurale. Malgré cela, la Casa Alcázar dispose de 4 chambres, 4 salles de bain complètes, une cuisine confortable et une très bonne salle. Tout rénouvélé et nouveau. En fait, on a eu des séjours pour 8 personnes et les guests sont toujours très satisfaits. Bien sûr, si vous nous l´auriez communiqué, on vous aura fourni des utensils de cuisine nécéssaires tout de suite. En tout cas, on vous remercie beaucoup votre visite et on est ravis de savoir que vous avez profité votre séjour.
