This is a very nicely appointed and comfortable apartment. There are four levels, so just make sure you are OK with stairs. The terrace was just perfect. Bed are comfortable. Overall a wonderful place to stay.
This is a beautiful four-level apartment, in an excellent central (yet quiet!) location. Just inside the door on the first level, there is a bedroom with two twins pushed together. This room has an en suite bathroom (the largest and nicest in the house), but since it´s on the first level, the light isn´t as nice as the bedrooms upstairs. On the second level, you have two additional bedrooms - one with a queen-sized mattress, and another with two twins. The bathroom shared by these rooms is smaller, without much counter space. On the third level, there is a spacious living room and kitchen, and then the laundry room (with another half bath) is up on the roof, along with the excellent patio. The only drawbacks were not a big problem for us, but could be for others so I´ll mention them here: we were told that the elevator was not safe to use, so it was a bit of a hassle moving suitcases up and down the stairs. Additionally, there´s a patch of mold high up on the wall of one of the upstairs bedrooms - was not a problem for us on our short stay, but could be a problem for anyone with asthma or similar. It´s a beautiful apartment with old-world charm - definitely recommended.

Walkable to everywhere but still quiet for sleep. Beds were comfortable, it was well furnished, and the property we were in had an elevator, which was very helpful since it was distributed on several levels and the stairs were steep. Hosts were very responsive, they helped us reserve parking nearby and gave local suggestions. The house was also impressively clean.

The apartment is very well located. It is easy to reach the historic heart of the city and explore the whole center from the apartment. Bars, restaurants and supermarket are also close to the apartment.
At the reservation, we received messages asking if we were coming with a group or with family. After stating a stay with friends, we were told to make no noise in the apartment during our stay, that verbalising was common, followed by an express request to comply with the rules or cancel the reservation. After accepting these first conditions not mentioned in the ad, we received a second message informing us that at a late arrival there is a surcharge to pay of 30€ after 21h, 50€ after midnight. Again these conditions were not mentioned in the ad.

Fully appointed home with everything we needed to enjoy our travel to Sevilla. It was extremely hot during the days we were visiting, so the air conditioning was welcome and vital. We loved the roof terrace in the morning and the elevator came in handy for the occasional moments someone was lazy. The road was very quiet as were the bedrooms. The house was elegant, stylish, and impeccably clean in a prime, safe, location in the center of beautiful Sevilla - within walking distance to the most important sites - the Cathedral, the Alcazar; and tons of restaurants, tapas bars, markets, and shops. It had all the amenities we could wish for, including a stocked kitchen, and a charming rooftop terrace with a full restroom, shower, and washing machine, and an elevator to all levels except for the roof. Communication was great - helpful agent met us promptly for check-in with a map and suggestions for nearby restaurants, sites and stores. The only thing I would add would be an electric coffee maker. We would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again! Thanks for the fabulous hospitality!

Le foto sono molto meglio che la struttura dal vivo. l’appartamento si sviluppa in altezza, non è spazioso come sembra. ogni piano ha una stanza (tranne il primo che ne ha due)e le scale sono molto ripide. non comode per niente. cè un ascensore interno ma a mio avviso quando si è in tanti uno spazio ampio che privilegi la convivialità sarebbe meglio. terrazzino ok ma il sole va via nel pomeriggio (maggio) e comunque se fa troppo caldo non si sta. noi eravamo in quattro invece che in sei perché due hanno dovuto cancellare all’ultimo per ragioni di salute. non ci è stato fatto nessuno sconto (comprensibile) per cui il prezzo è risultato eccessivo per quattro persone. potrebbero fare più attenzione ai dettagli. cè una sola moka per 12 persone… aggiungerne una più piccola sarebbe carino… ci sono cialde per il caffè ma non c’è la macchinetta, quindi abbastanza inutile metterle…

El apartamento está muy bien situado y rodeado de bares y restaurantes. También tiene una terracita arriba la mar de agradable.
Las tuberías del baño olían francamente mal. Tampoco nos dejaron guardar las maletas hasta la hora del vuelo, creo que es un servicio que se debe prestar. Nos cobraron 50€ (un precio francamente abusivo) por hacer el check-in a las 00:15.

Quando chegámos a limpeza nao estava ainda feita mas foram muito profissionais a lidar e resolver o problema tendo-nos deixado ficar mais umas horas no check-out e até oferecido alguns géneros alimentares. Muita simpatia e profissionalismo compensaram o contratempo

Фотографии на сайте светлее реальности . Квартира темная и не уютная . Но может быть такая темень в жару для кого то будет положительным моментом . По моему мнению квартира оправдывает себя , если едут отдыхать 6 МОЛОДЫХ друзей . Всем остальным за такие деньги я бы советовал найти другой вариант . В день выезда я посмотрел на сайте букинг , что эти апартаменты не заняты ни кем после моего выселения . Я написал в 9 утра принимающей стороне просьбу выселиться в 12 часов , а не в 11. Я до сих пор жду ответ на свою просьбу ))))))))...... итог : квартира очень средняя . а принимающая сторона очень .... странная ( чтобы не написать хуже )

Although we try to know previously the estimated arrival time of the clients to organize our time, there may be unforeseen delays due to external causes or changes of last-minute plans of the clients, so we ask that they confirmed us again 40 minutes before the arrival to Seville. In this way we make sure we can receive to our guests at the exact time of their arrival at the apartment and that they do not have to wait. We are sorry that in your case it was not like that and had to wait to our colleague who was at that moment receiving other guests who arrived at the same time, this is not usual and we will work to improve and that does not happen again.
About the house, it does not seem dark to our previous guests, as it has a lot of light outside in the living room, kitchen some bedrooms and in the private terrace. It is true that for families traveling with small children it can be uncomfortable for the stairs, but in these cases they can use the elevator in the house.

Very convenient for visiting the main attractions. Numerous bars and restaurants nearby. The accommodation is in a very quiet area which we appreciated, especially when sitting out on the terrace in the evenings.
La ubicación y la tranquilidad del lugar. Tiene un ascensor hidráulico. Muy buena decoración y claridad.
Tuvimos que esperar para que vinieran a darnos las llaves. Los baños no tienen calefacción. Las puertas son antiguas y no cierran bien. Armarios poco equipados. Escaleras empinadas.

Estimado Miguel, Muchas gracias por su comentario! Lo cierto es que es una casa rehabilitada del año 1885. A nuestro gusto es una preciosas. Se han intentado conservar vigas, puertas, azulejos y algunos elementos originales más. Lo cierto es que hemos ido a comprobar las puertas y cierran bien...no conseguimos ver ningún problema. Respecto a la espera, tal como le informamos previamente es fundamental llamarnos antes de llegar pues ahí no hay recepción, es una Casa inidividual, y por ello no tenemos forma de saber cuándo llega a menos que nos lo informe... Lo lamentamos en cualquier caso y espero que por lo demás hayan disfruta de la Casa y de Sevilla. Esperamos volver a verle

Property had an elevator! No coffee machine
一栋袖珍的四层楼住宅,一楼门厅加一间房配浴室,二楼两间房配浴室,三楼是客厅和厨房,四楼是洗衣房和阳台。袖珍的住宅里还有仅容1人的电梯。该有的都有,住三晚,做了四餐饭,洗了两次衣服。拿钥匙需提前40分钟跟房东沟通,似乎房东不止这一套外租住宅,所以要提前说一下订单号之类的。很满意,喜欢塞维利亚。
W sypialni i łazience na parterze szaleje pleśń, a ściany są zawilgocone, w łazienkach momentami bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji. Wnętrze ciasne, co ma duże znaczenie przy większych grupach, np. w mniejszej sypialni na 1 piętrze ciężko jest otworzyć choćby pojedynczą walizkę, nie kładąc jej na łóżku. Powierzchnia użytkowa jest znacznie mniejsza niż podane 140 m2.
The location was perfect. The beds were very comfortable.
It would have been better if basics are left in the kitchen for example like coffee tea and milk and water in the fridge for the first night. It would also be a good idea to place a mirror in the double bedroom upstairs.

De nao poder usar o elevador e ter muitas escadas um pouco dificeis de subir sobretudo com crianças

Nós sentimos o inconveniente causado por não poder usar o elevador, mas teve um desarranjo específico, com a má sorte de coincidir com sua permanência, e nós estávamos esperando para o técnico para resolver isto. Beautifully furnished, lots of room, rooftop dining area, not far from attractions and shopping, everyone had a bed! No sofa beds or blowup beds Lovely place to enjoy the area but just to relax in after lots of sightseeing. It was fantastic. Would definitely stay again
Апартаменты расположены в самом центре. Фактически квартира оказалась 4-х этажной, с собственным лифтом! Спальни на 1-2 этажах, с отдельными ванными и туалетными комнатами, третий этаж - гостиная и кухня, в которой было все, что необходимо для приготовления пищи + комфортная зона отдыха/ Четвертый этаж - потрясающая терраса, на которой каждый вечер мы приятно общались, попивая вино и играя с детьми в настольные игры. Однозначно рекомендую!
