Property was ok although bathrooms were poor. However at £250.00 a night could have stayed in a much better quality hotel room for the money. So a bit disappointed.

We really liked the decor in the apartment and we had everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels, pillows etc. Having a roof terrace was the icing on the cake. It’s a spacious area, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Genteel Homes were extremely professional as always and communicating with them could not have been easier. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit to Seville.

Schoon, alles aanwezig, sanitair functioneerde goed, keuken prima, advies om van de koelkastdeur de draairichting te wijzigen.
Weinig ruimte rondom bed en daarmee ook weinig ruimte als doorloop van woonverdieping naar balkonterras. Natuursteentrap mooi, maar een leuning aan de wand zou wenselijk en veiliger zijn. Balkonterras prima qua opp. maar Inrichting hiervan incl. zonbeschermingdoek is niet gelijkwaardig aan inrichting appartement.

The beds were so comfortable, I can’t express enough the best sleep we had here because of the mattress and pillows- amazing! The apartment had everything you would need and more. We loved our stay here and the location is 100% perfect!
Being super picky we were not impressed with the tv - we would have loved to have watched Netflix after a long day sightseeing but the tv is Ariel only BUT do not let that put you off - we would 100% stay here again.

- The location of the flat is very central and yet quiet. All important sights and the city centre are within walking distance.
- The flat looks exactly the same in real life as in the photos on the internet.
- The flat is well equipped
Negatives:
- The bathrooms are very small. That´s probably why they didn´t put hooks for towels and shelves for toothbrushes etc., even though the available space would have allowed it.
- There is no ceiling lamp in the upstairs bedroom, only a bedside lamp.
If the two problems mentioned above were solved, I would unreservedly recommend the apartment!

No me gustó la limpieza del portal porque en la noche del sábado al llegar estaba llena de cucarachas( 6 o 8 por lo menos). Me dió mal rollo. Unos papeles en el suelo de propaganda electoral no se recogieron tampoco del portal.

Le damos las gracias por señalar la limpieza de nuestras instalaciones y la excelente ubicación del apartamento. Lamentamos sinceramente leer que encontró cucarachas en la entrada del edificio. Tenemos en marcha un plan de control de plagas regular y trabajamos duro a diario para evitar su presencia dentro de nuestras instalaciones. Sin embargo en ciertas épocas del año, en función de la climatología de Sevilla, la presencia de insectos en la calle es por desgracia completamente inevitable.
Una vez mas, le damos las gracias por hacernos llegar su opinión, nos ha servido de ayuda para conocer los puntos en los que todavía podemos mejorar la experiencia de los que vienen a visitarnos y realmente esperamos tener la oportunidad de darle la bienvenida de nuevo en su próxima visita a Sevilla.

La falta de precisión en la reserva. En cuanto reservas y pagas te mandan un mensaje que te pide validar normas ultra exigentes: el hecho de que el apartamento esté en una residencia, lo que es el perfil y la edad de los viajeros, el silencio que se requiere desde las 23h y hasta que no se a qué hora. Me enfrió directamente y sin embargo no estuve allí para salir de fiesta. Hay que confirmar estas normas antes de validar la reserva. Si estás allí para divertirte evita. Lavadora que no funciona.. - Una sombrilla en la terraza sería perfecta.

Unica pecca le scale, perché l´appartamento si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore.

Consiglierei di mettere delle mensole porta oggetti in bagno e degli appendi asciugamani nel bagno del piano superiore.

Wat plankjes bij de wasbak in de badkamer zou handig zijn. Nu moet je je spulletjes proppen op de wasbak en de WC.

הכל היה מצוין, בעיית חניה למגיעים עם רכב
Nous avons apprécié le logement car très propre et très bien équipé.de plus le logement est en plein centre Et à proximité des sites à visiter.
Le seul petit bémol concernant le logement est que les salles de bain manquent de rangements pour les produits de beauté .Dommage également qu il n.y est pas de parking au niveau de l établissement .certes il y a un’ parking proche mais c’est un coût supplémentaire. Autre point, nous avons séjourné 3 jours et la 2e nuit une voisine est venue interphoner à 3h30 du matin nous accusant de faire du bruit et la fiesta alors que nous dormions avec nos 3 enfants et notre bébé.le bruit venait de terrasses voisines .Du coup pas top car notre bébé s’est réveillé.nos enfants ainsi que nous mêmes avons flippé en pleine nuit, pas cool!

Logement très propre, bien décoré et équipé. Une super situation dans une rue calme du centre ville à deux pas d´un parking couvert. Très bon accueil, personnel réactif

Fifth bed not made when arrived (sofa bed)
We loved the layout of the apartment + it had 2 bathrooms which was awesome. It had a great terrace on the roof & in addition to the tiny one off the kitchen & a little balcony on the front. The kitchen was nice & well furnished & even had a little bar with stools. We would definitely stay here again & recommend it to others.
Just that it was a bit pricey
Pas de connexion wiffi, problème de boitier .?
