Seville was such a beautiful area! My husband and I enjoyed everything being close by and within walking distance. Cristina was a pleasure to work with and answered all our questions and concerns. We arrived early, and she was able to take our bags until the apartment was ready. We will certainly be back!

Nice location. Needed some upgrading. There was mold in the shower, it smelled smokey, the air conditioning control was broken (see pictures) and the kick panel under the dishwasher kept falling forward. The dishwasher wasn´t fastened in, so when you opened it, it would fall forward.

Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean. Our baby was lying on the floor and her hands were covered in hair and other dirt. The host offered us to clean it again, which was very kind. However, we did not take it because we had all our personal belongings in the apartment. The washing machine smelled and this smell stuck to our washed clothes. My husband had to throw a couple of clothes in the trash. The ventilation was also bad and some of the clothes were still damp after two nights. There were some ambiguities with the parking lot. At first, we were only advised about the nearest parking lots. When we were almost there, we were only told that the host´s contracted parking lot is located almost a kilometer away from the accommodation.

The air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its on and switched it’s self off during the night and would not come back on until 8am We even download the instructions but could not over ride the timer.

It’s very central in a pedestrian street and only 5 min away from the cathedral or the shopping streets. Just 5 min from taxi as well. Clean and nice welcome pack. Staff always available, even when we had a problem with A/C at night we could talk to someone helping us to fix the issue.

Bonito apartamento con ubicación perfecta! Equipación correcta. Muy céntrico, con supermercado cercano. Fácil comunicación con la empresa que lo lleva y muy amables.
En general nos gustó bastante. Lo único que solo tiene una mesa para dos, y encimera con sillas para dos. Por lo que al ser una familia de cuatro no nos podíamos sentar juntos.

Quand nous sommes rentrés dans l´appartement il y avait des odeurs d´égouts et cela a perduré tout le long de notre court séjour malgré que nous laissions aérer toute la journée et nuit... Le ménage était correct mais sans plus. Et surtout le logement n´a rien avoir avec les photos... nous étions dans l´appartement du 2eme étage porte A. Très déçu par rapport à ce à quoi je m´attendais et vu sur les photos de l´annonce booking.com... pour un séjour surprise d´anniversaire de mon conjoint, je souhaitais un logement "high standing" on était très loin de cela, très honnêtement j´ai eu des hébergements sur Airbnb bien mieux et pour bien moins cher. De ce fait je ne recommande pas pour le prix que c´est.

Aunque esta publicado y advertido, se puede suprimir si tuvieran check-in online y una caja de seguridad para recoger las llaves. Het appartementencomplex ligt midden in het centrum van Sevilla. We werden supervriendelijk onthaald na contact via whatsapp en kregen duidelijke uitleg over het appartement en de omgeving. Het appartement is van alle genakken voorzien: glazen, kopjes, bestek, pannen, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat (cups), oventje, kookplaat, vaatwasser, wasmachine... top! Het bed lag heerlijk!
Twee puntjes die een beetje tegenvielen, waren de bank (is een slaapbank, doorgezakt) en de putlucht die vooral ´s ochtends in de badkamer hangt. Maar naast alle pluspunten konden wij deze puntjes prima door de vingers zien.

Nothing not to like, it couldn’t have been more perfect. It is in an ideal situation being a short walk to all the historic sights, bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean, beautifully furnished and in a very quiet street. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was lovely to have a Nespresso machine with some pods provided. Genteel Home staff were all very helpful and available for emergencies or queries. It was very hard to leave but hopefully we will be back.

Location very central. Everything within walking distance. Clean apartment with all amenities. App contact with Genteel Home staff was very good. We had some questions sometimes and these were answered quickly.
We had 3 times our arrival time confirmed and unfortunately we still have 20 minutes to wait in front of the door. Apartment above us has a staircase above the bedroom. When one walks on this, the sound is deafening. Loud creaking. This was unpleasant. We found the place to throw out the trash, but all the bins were locked. We only put our pockets on other pockets on another street.

Está muy bien situado en el centro. Se llega caminado fácilmente a muchos sitios importantes de Sevilla. La cocina es amplia, aunque no la usamos y nos dejaron una botella de agua, lo que es un detalle que se agradece.
Nos cobraron 30€ extras de "late checking" por llegar después de las 21:00. Nos pidieron que avisáramos al llegar a la estación y también al coger el taxi, para darnos las llaves. Aún así cuando llegamos al portal tuvimos que esperar en la calle. Que no pasa nada, pero ya que cobras 30€ al menos, no hagas esperar. O luego no cobres los 30€. Por email insisitieron en que no se podía hacer ruido, ya que era una comunidad muy tranquila, e incluso nos hicieron decir qué tipo de grupo éramos y preguntaron las edades. Nosotras no hicimos ruido pero los pasos en la planta de encima del dormitorio sonaban como si fuera a caerse el suelo. Así que nosotras no molestamos a los vecinos pero los vecinos sí nos molestaron a nosotras.

The location is excellent: very central, yet the street is calm and quiet (just shops, no noisy bars in the immediate vicinity). The apartment has been decorated to a high spec and well equipped. It was very clean and spacious (for a couple). We did enjoy the coffee machine.

However, there is no soundproofing. We could hear everything from the apartment next door. This included running up and down stairs that reminded us of cattle being herded through the apartment. It was so bad that we checked into a hotel for the last 2 days of our 2 week stay to get a good nights sleep.
Really a pity as its a nice apartment....especially when no one is next door.
Sorry, I would not recommend this apartment.
