Apartamento super central, podemos visitar toda a Sevilha a pé. Acomoda 6 pessoas e tem absolutamente tudo o que é necessário para o dia a dia. Voltaria sem dúvida a este apartamento.

This place is in a good location. It is safe and surrounded by cute restaurants. BUT the apartment is outdated and dirty. The upstairs bathroom has two showers-One with a tub one without. Which one works? No idea, it’s up to the guest to figure that out. Once we figured it out the shower flooded and it didn’t get fixed until the next day (good thing there was another bathroom downstairs). It smelled stuffy and like backed up sewer for a bit probably the flooded shower. The place is outdated. Furniture and appliances are old. It could use fresh paint and a deep cleaning. The walls and floors were dirty.

The apartment was really clean and nice! The location is also fantastic. We do really recommend this flat for families!!

Location was incredible! We saw everything we wanted to see all within walking distance / scooter. Check in was simple, house was clean, beds were comfortable. Not noisy at all even tho it was in the center of town.

Wanderfull position!!! The apartment is clean and fresh and it´s located in a very silent street near the most important monuments and near restaurants and bars!! We recomend it you very much!!

Location is unbeatable. You step outside and are in the middle of the city but the unit is far enough off the street that the noise is not an issue.

Ubicación excelente, Limpieza la justa, al apartamento le falta una buena mano de pintura, huele a cañerías y la calefacción es muy mala, pasamos frío. Me pareció bastante caro paro lo que ofrecen. Lo más destacable es la ubicación en pleno centro ... el resto es muy mejorable para el precio que pagamos

L´appartement est très bien situé. Propre et bien entretenu (à ce propos les salles de bains sont rénovées par rapport aux photos sur l´annonce). Nous avons été accueillis par Carmen qui a été extrêmement gentille et cordiale. Notre séjour dans cet appartement a contribué à notre agréable séjour à Séville.

The apartment is in an excellent location very close to the cathedral, quiet and spacious, offering everything needed. The only thing that bothered us was the smell, perhaps due to bad plumbing, that caught up with us at times.

When we walked in this apartment it smelled so strongly of mildew/poop we gagged. We tried to be optimistic and thought maybe the apartment had just been closed up for too long so we ran around opening all the windows (the windows that worked anyway..one of the bedroom windows upstairs is broken). I commented on the bad smell to the agency rep that met us at the apartment but that was met with a shrug. (I will say though that the agency rep met us on time and was very nice.) We tried to see if we could make it work with the smell. We left all of the working windows open, there was a can of spray deodorizer left right out in the open next to the TV (which may indicate the smell is a reoccurring problem). After several hours of trying to make it work with the smell we just couldn’t. We were getting headaches. So I contacted the agency and they immediately responded. Kudos. They sent an emergency rep to the apartment that night and she agreed it smelled but then actually said it’s just the way Seville smells. Lol. I can assure you that millions of people wouldn’t come to Seville if it smelled so badly of mildew/poop that it gave you a headache. I was legit worried for health reasons at this point. What was mildew doing to my sons allergies and to all of our lungs? However, since it clearly smelled they sent someone over the next day to do a treatment. The treatment worked but only partially. The smell was tolerable if you left all of the windows open. Problem was we closed them at night on the first floor so when we woke up the house smelled super gross again. I will give props to the agency staff for trying to fix things immediately but I think it’s BS that even though something was majorly wrong with the apartment they would only give us 50% of our money back if we left that first night. And we tried calling to get a room at many hotels that first night but they were all booked. (Christmas season) That’s how badly we wanted to leave because of the smell. We even offered to stay in another one of their properties that didn’t smell but they said none were available. It was a bad situation. But we had no place stay. So unless we were going to sleep on the streets with our kids we had to stay there, so we did. As for the the rest of the apartment it was pretty shabby. Dark, but I knew about that from prior reviews. Old stained shower downstairs, old stained tub upstairs, the walk-in shower in the upstairs bathroom was fine though. The towels are stained and need to be refreshed. The two chairs in the living room area are a joke. Throw those out right now. The couch is super uncomfortable and a bit stained but I guess passable because it’s better than the chairs. The lampshade next to the couch appears broken. Because of the smell we never cooked in the kitchen. The place was too gross to cook in IMO. (because of the smell) We slept in the bed in the book room. The room is small, so the bed is small but I thought it was pretty comfortable. At least that room had an ounce of character. The other two bedrooms were soulless. As for the positives, the location is right in the center. My recommendation is to eat your meals a little further out though. There is a lot of tourist food right around there. (The agency gave a list of recommendations for food in different neighborhoods which was nice.) And make sure you have a reservation for dinner every night. And if in a busy season maybe even for lunch! We struggled finding places to eat lunch. The city was very crowded for Christmas. The location was fun though. Another positive was the rental agency. Yes it sucks they wouldn’t let me back out of staying on day one without me losing 50% of my money even though something was really wrong with the apartment. But they met us on time and were very responsive trying to fix the smell problem. We have been staying in Airbnbs and other home rental services all over the world for several years now. I have to say this was the worst one we have ever stayed in. I’m sure a lot of it was the smell but it just felt gross. Bottom line: super nice and professional people but not a good apartment.

O apartamento é um duplex muito espaçoso. Melhor do que aparenta pelas fotos. Perfeitamente apropriado o para a nossa família: 2 casais e 2 crianças. Há um quarto no térreo que foi útil para os meus pais que não podiam subir escadas. Importante: há ar-condicionado central!! Isso é um luxo sem tamanho no verão de Sevilha. Além disso, a localização é excepcional.

This is a fantastic apartment for exploring Seville from. It is super central but very quiet and cool in the hotter weather. The way the space has been used is very clever and we loved the mezzanine wardrobe! We chose to sleep in the library room instead of the master due to this and the cosiness of the space. The huge shower was also lovely and has left us with ambitions for our own!! Thank you Pablo for a comfortable and so memorable stay in your beautiful city.

Pablo’s flat is perfectly located, just a moment from the Cathedral. It’s located in a beautiful building and was a great little flat to use as a base during our 3 days in Seville. We were a bit disappointed that the flat was so dark, it felt a bit tired, and that there was a smell in the back bedroom, but in the end it didn’t bother us too much and we had a great time in Seville.

A perfect communication before and during our stay. One of the most qualitative welcome we ever had. Lot of tips and advices, it was great ! The apartment is awesome, the girl who welcomed us also ! We would come back in Sevilla, we would do it with your place !

The unit is well located in a quit street, close to most attractions. It is an old refurbished duplex, clean, comfortable, the kitchen is small but equipped. The AC works well.

Great stay in a fabulous apartment right in the centre of Seville, with easy flat walking to all the historic sights. Seamlessly met by Mariano as part of the Genteel Homes transfer service and taken back to the hotel - very prompt, friendly and professional service. Comfortable beds, good wifi and clean, fresh apartment in beautiful old building. Thoroughly recommend - plenty big enough for us as a family of 5 with 3 teenage children. We went on a Devour walking tour and watched a flamenco show at La Casa del Flamenco in the picturesque Santa Cruz district. Children enjoyed views from the top of the Metropole Parasol. We could not have been happier with our apartment. The location was perfect and the accommodations were great. We were three couples traveling for a month and rented several apartments. Ferdinand Y Gonzales was exactly as promised. We had very good communication with a Genteel Homes, which is so important. The building inside was stunning and the apartment very modern. We needed the washer and dryer! The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was quiet. But being in the heart of a Seville was the best part. Restaurants, shopping and major sights were all within a few minutes walk.

The apartment was a bit smaller than the pictures suggested, and had some minor damp affecting one room, but in an excellent location for exploring the main sights of Seville and had a very well equipped kitchen. .
During our visit there was some unexpected construction noise nearby but Genteel reacted immediately and ensured that this didn´t spoil our holiday in the slightest. Very, very satisfied with the way they looked after us.

The apartment was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped with dishes, glasses and cookware. The apartment was exactly the same as was shown in the photos. The location was very close to the attractions, but was totally quiet because of the courtyards and the stone building. Genteel-Home staff was friendly and efficient. When we mentioned that there was no electric kettle, the friendly lady returned with a brand new one in 10 minutes. The staff promptly came fixed a slight problem we had. We loved the door and the bedding was very comfortable. I´d return in a minute, I highly recommend this apartment.

This apartment is perfectly located for a visit to Seville. One can walk to virtually every location one might want to visit and is near public transportation as well. In addition, even though the apartment is right off a busy plaza, it is in the rear of the building, so it is very quiet. Guests should note that the apartment is not nearly as large as the photos suggest, is a little bit dated around the edges, does not get much natural light, is somewhat oddly constructed and the kitchen is tiny. Also I would recommend guests watch any children carefully on the slippery marble steps to the second floor. But, those small issues aside, overall the apartment is really fabulously located, neat and clean and was very comfortable for a three day stay for our family of four. Elsa, our Genteel greeter was very pleasant as well.

Location is absolutely perfect! Close to everything but quiet because it´s in the back of the building off a private courtyard. The apartment was a good size for our family of four--we didn´t use the small "double" beds--but a larger group would likely feel a little cramped. Very clean and well-equipped; nice to have two bathrooms. The kitchen was very very small, but that´s pretty typical. The washing machine is very difficult to understand--use the internet to look up the instructions! I´d definitely stay here again. Seville was wonderful!

Muy buena experiencia con Geentel Home: proactividad en la búsqueda de alojamiento cuando contacté con ellos para pedir disponibilidad en las fechas que necesitaba. La ubicación del apartamento es inmejorable, acceso muy fácil un entorno muy bonito. El apartamento en muy buenas condiciones de entrga, la persona del check in de trato exquisito. Por poner un punto de mejora, el apartamento no es muy luminoso por su disposición.
