great condo, incredible location, only minutes from everywhere

Amazing!
Location is amazing and right by the cathedral. The apartment was quiet, clean and all updated. Plenty of space in bedrooms and bathrooms. 3rd floor terrace wa perfect for an outdoor coffee. Would 100% recommend. Managment company was so responsive - very impressed

This was wonderful- the apartment was beautiful. The view and location was gorgeous. There’s a little store for groceries and a coffee shop right downstairs!

Precioso apartamento, mejor cuando haga calor
El apartamento está nuevo, bien renovado, excelente ubicación, excelente ropa de cama y toallas. Cocina completisima, lavaplatos, lavadora, nevera combi integrada, horno, placa y microondas. Camas cómodas, ducha amplia, sillón muy cómodo, Butacas, sillas de comedor.... Es un apartamento precioso.
La climatizacion no funciona, hacia un frío terrible. En teoría lo arreglaron, pero la temperatura máxima que conseguimos fue 17,5 grados dentro de la casa. Andábamos envueltas en los edredones para resistir en el sofá, era muy incómodo. Es una pena. Se me cayó un cable y miré bajo la cama, estaba el suelo muy muy sucio.... Son cosas subsanables, cuando todo esté funcionando será un sitio fantástico para alojarse.

Great location for all of the local restaurants and amenities. Relatively quiet street and central with a great atmosphere. Silvia and the management company were super responsive when required. Only reason we have not given 5 stars is there were a few problems in the flat upon arrival that should have been picked up before we checked in. There were also a few problems during our stay which were generally fixed but detracted from the holiday experience. We were also a party of four adults and would not recommend any more than that to stay given the size of the kitchen/living room area.

La ubicación
El mantenimiento, habia una puerta de la ducha atascada y no funcionaba el aire acondicionado de la parte de arriba y no es normal encontrarte el cubo de la fregona y el recogedor en el armario de la habitación, tendrian que tener un armario solo para la limpieza (sitio hay) Es muy inpersonal la entrega de llaves, no ves a nadie y los codigos de acceso son muy largos, si por casualidad te quedas sin bateria en el movil, te quedas fuera.

Great location for being in the thick of it…

Apartment was in great location very close to the Cathedral, Alcazar and lots of bars and restaurants. It was comfortable and well equipped. We did have an issue with no hot water when we arrived but the host was easy to contact and it was repaired quickly.

We loved this stay, it was absolutely charming♥️ the location was perfect! Near all the major sights to see. The hosts were responsive and helped us whenever we had questions or concerns. I would definitely come back here and highly recommend! Thank you ☺️

Great place to stay with a group - centrally located, and has everything you need. The apartment building is modern, clean and calm. The apartment itself has a comfortable living space and kitchen - the rooms have comfortable beds and balconies overlooking the streets of Sevilla. Air conditioning was excellent for the summer hear and Sylvia and her team were very responsive. Highly recommend for groups or families traveling to Sevilla and wanting to be in the city center.

Beautiful location in the heart of Seville. Everything that you need is walkable - and some of the best of Seville is just a few steps from the property. We spent most nights on the roof overlooking the city and the Cathedral of Seville. It was so beautiful The food scene is outrageous. You can eat at a different restaurant every meal and still have options. Tons of shopping - some of the finest of Seville is within seconds of the front door. We are a family of five adults and we cooked our own meals about half the time. The kitchen is small, but very functional. Note that there is no parking near the property. We had rented a car and had to park in a garage about .5 miles away (at $20 euros per night). We had issues with the hot water not working in the showers. I think that we realized it may have been connected backwards. Not a big deal since we were there in the hottest time. Overall, 5 stars. We would come back.

The location is perfect - right in the middle of all the major attractions.

Nice apartment in a good location. 5 minute walk from the nearest public parking. Lots to see and do, no need for a car. Rooftop was nice, no umbrellas or shade so I waited until the sun went down to go up there. The area outside is peaceful at night and there were no mosquitoes. The stairway from the lower apartment to the upper bedroom was circular and very steep, the younger members of our family had no problem with it, but it could be a problem for older people. The apartment is newly renovated but we did run into some issues. Kitchen sink kept clogging, upper level shower was unusable because the water temperature went from extreme heat to cold and we were unable to regulate it, whereas the lower level shower with the same fixtures worked normally. The result was that everyone ended up using the shower on the lower level. Also, the lower level is a single air conditioning zone, so while the living room was comfortable, I found the bedroom too cold.

Host provided informative help while didn’t constantly contacting us which is a big plus for me . Other than that the location is perfect. Super new and clean apartment and the patio has some amazing views of the cathedral!

Nice place

Exactly as in the pictures. This is a great place for a larger group. We each had our own bedrooms and were happy with the space.

Perfect location next to tons of restaurants and the main attractions. The private rooftop decks give you a view of the entire city. Down the street from a small Plaza, above a restaurant, and on a cobblestone alley makes you feel like you´re in a movie. Very responsive hosts.

Amazing apartment, so lovely for a group trip in Seville. Perfect location. Great communication and help from the host/management. Would definitely recommend!

all is great

This Apt is in a perfect location in the center of everything and yet very quiet. It seems fairly new and outfitted specifically for rental. Air conditioning was great as the days were hot. Steep spiral staircase to the primary bedroom may be an issue for some. We did have a couple of issues including the second floor shower and inability to control the temp (either freezing or scalding) which resulted in us not using it at all. Also, the main hallway lights had no evident central switch so the hallway was pitch dark in the evenings. We had to use phone flashlights to see our way up. We loved the roof deck and spectacular views of the cathedral. One other note that would´ve helped early on: This apt. is managed by a third party (Genteel Homes) and not an individual, but they were great with communication and arranging to let us in. Easy check in and out.

très bel appartement, en plein centre mais du coup, difficulté de trouver un parking proche et donc difficile de transporter les bagages très bien équipé, avec les produits de 1ère nécessité disponibles gros problème : le mitigeur de la douche à l´étage était défectueux et nous avons dû partager à 5 la salle d´eau restante le problème a été signalé mais non résolu la terrasse était très agréable et bien équipée

We loved the duplex that we rented in historic Seville. The apartment was beautiful and the location was fabulous. So much to do and see. Cafés and restaurants all close by. The 2 roof decks were the icing on the cake. Just fabulous. I would highly recommend this location and unit. The team was very responsive to any issues that came up. Thank you
