Il dispose de 3 chambres à coucher, une avec un lit double de 1,50 * 1,90 m, et deux autres avec 2 lits simples de 0,90 * 1,90 m, l’une avec une salle de bain complète avec douche en suite. L’autre salle de bain complète avec douche est indépendante. La cuisine, qu’est entièrement équipée, est séparée du salon, mais sans porte séparant les espaces, et elle donne accès au salon avec canapé-lit et salon et salle à manger séparés, très lumineux et bien éclairés donnant sur une rue très calme.

La ubicación es ideal, en pleno centro cerca de los monumentos mas importantes. La casa era cómoda para dos familias.
Las fotos de la pagina al realizar la reserva no específica que no sean de el apartamento que te va a tocar. También a tener en cuenta si llegas a partir de las 21.00h que tendrás que pagar 30€ extra. En la reserva lo pone por algún sitio pero personalmente yo no lo vi en su momento.

The location was amazing. Right in the centre. Cathedral, Alcazar , restaurants, cafés , supermarkets just walking distance from the apartment. The apartment had everything .
It would be great if the housekeeping facility is provided during the stay to clean the apartment once . But otherwise all was great .

Fantastic location, walking distance to everywhere. The property is in a mixed use building so we were on the same corridor as a haematologist, lawyers, digital services company etc. But they seem to operate sporadically and mostly in the morning, the rest of the time the building is quiet. It is on a quiet street which opens directly at one end to the cathedral and the Giralda. At the other end it opens on to Calle Arfe and the lively bars and cafes of El Arenal. Whether you want an authentic breakfast experience, a snack at lunchtime in a deli, or dinner out at a lively Taberna, it’s all within very easy waking distance. There are also great little supermarkets and bakeries close by. The apartment itself was very comfortable, modern and spacious. The cleaners came every 5 days and changed our bedsheets and towels, which was great. For 4 of us, all adults, it was very comfortable. Thank you to the staff who manage the apartment for being responsive to all our needs, any query we had was dealt with quickly and efficiently. We were actually booked into an apartment on the other side of the cathedral but 2 days before our arrival there was a major plumbing problem and we were offered this apartment instead. Thank you for finding us such a great alternative so quickly!

Perfect location close to cathedral. Quiet location, superb air-conditioned apartment which was easy to find, felt very secure and easy to get around on foot. Great communication in advance and we were met by the lovely Rocia who was both helpful and knowledgeable. She was there to meet us when we had telephoned from the airport to let her know we were 30 mins away. Swift key handover and simple instructions. Even though there were a couple of minor plumbing issues, help was sent quickly and problems sorted with little fuss. The property was an excellent base while settled my son in Seville for his year abroad.
Slight difficulty locating dustbin to put rubbish into having been instructed to do so. Very low importance.

En el check in, no nos permitieron dejar las maletas a las 13 horas y al estar lejos el aparcamiento tuvimos que hacer varios viajes para trasladar las maletas.
