We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is located in the atmospheric Barrio de Santa Cruz neighborhood. The area has a feeling of stepping back into medieval times with its very narrow cobblestone narrow streets. However, you are still only a few minutes walk from central Seville and all its restaurants, shops, and sights. The apartment is beautifully renovated and furnished. It has a separate bedroom, living room, and kitchenette. There is even a washing machine. The property management company was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend this quality place.

In addition to the apartment host, there was a man who checked the check-in time and resolved any inconveniences, and a woman who explained the check-in directly, and they all responded very kindly and quickly. We loved the apartment so much! It was decorated so beautifully and had everything we needed. It is located on a very narrow street so driving is tough but the location was ideal. No car is needed. Walking distance to the cathedral and everything else you could imagine. Bring your toiletries, they have everything else. Didn’t want to leave!

Cons: Be aware of narrow one way streets which may confuse taxi drivers (we were dropped off blocks away and have to walk with our luggage on cobblestone streets). We walked to a taxi stand on our departure as we didn´t want to risk the taxi not showing up. No elevator so be prepared if you have lots of bags. Pots and pans can use an upgrade, the non-stick coating is worn out. Trash disposal location is not that close.

Mooi appartement middenin het centrum alles op loopafstand!
Was iets gehorig.
Très bien situé mais assez bruyant quand même (travaux en face notamment...) Plein de petits désagréments dont lavabo fendu sur la largeur à notre arrivée ainsi que les plaques de cuisson. Lave linge hors service et nous n´avions pas été prévenus. Photos légèrement trompeuses sur la luminosité de l´appartement beaucoup plus sombre en réalité.
My partner and I stayed at this apartment for the whole of January and it had everything we needed for the stay. There was plenty of space and we were able to do our work easily with a very decent wifi. The apartment was less than a 5 minute walk to restaurants, the cathedral, shopping area, groceries, etc. and about 20 minutes to plaza de españa. Our host was very tentative, friendly, and offered solutions very quickly too. Couldn’t have asked for a better apartment to stay in.
Very minor and can’t be predicted but the washing broke but our host instantly gave us access to another washing machine so it didn’t really affect us much.

We loved this apartment, it was lovely and we were a few minutes walk from everywhere we wanted to go! There´s a lovely little bar just round the corner of the building too. Has a washing machine which was useful for us with two little ones.

Sentimos no haberle podido permitir salir más tarde de las 11h, pero ese día teníamos otra reserva cuyos clientes también deseaban disponer del apartamento lo antes posible, por lo que necesitábamos limpiar y preparar el apartamento para que los siguientes huéspedes. Tutto perfetto. Ideale per spostarsi a piedi al centro di Siviglia. Appartamento nuovissimo e ben arredato dotato di tutti i comfort e di ogni apparecchiatura elettrica e non! Complimenti sinceri e un grazie a Lola per la cortesia nel riceverci. Se torniamo a Siviglia questo sarà di nuovo il nostro alloggio. ❣️
