Location: less than a 5 minute walk to/from the airport bus stop; within 60 seconds of leaving the apartment, there is the cathedral, a major avenue of shops, lots of little side streets and cafes/bars. We were absolutely thrilled with where the apt. was located, especially since wandering around to see the wonderful Christmas lights was a major reason in our being there in mid-December. Despite the fact that on the street could be noisy, the apartment itself was very quiet. The apartment windows looked on to a small inner courtyard - nothing to look at but it was quiet. It was also an easy location to pop back to for a siesta (!) or to drop off some shopping, etc. Facilities: although the kitchen was small, it had everything we needed and more - regular size fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, induction stove-top, microwave, toaster, coffee machine etc. Perfect for somebody who wants to be able to prepare some or all of their meals. The bed was comfy and there were extra pillows and blankets available. The elevator was right outside our door (no issue with noise from that either). The heating system, water pressure and temperature, etc. all worked as expected. Cleanliness: 5/5 Simply excellent. Communication: We were contacted by WhatsApp several times in advance of our stay and were able to communicate when we were on the street looking for the building! Victor greeted us at the building and took us through the apartment, pointing out everything that we needed to know. Extra details were available by scanning a QR code.
The only thing that could be clearer is the format that the address is given in order to find the building on the street on the day. Explicitly: Street name... Building number... Floor number... Apartment number... Google Maps (for me) wasn´t clear on which side of the road the building was. The info received from booking.com did have the relevant numbers but it wasn´t clear to me, as a visitor to the country, what they related to in the sequence they were given

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en este hotel, en el corazón del centro de Sevilla. La ubicación es increíblemente conveniente, a pocos minutos a pie de las principales atracciones como la Catedral y el Alcázar. El alojamiento en sí era amplio, bien amueblado y con comodidades como lavavajillas y lavadora, que hicieron nuestra estancia aún más cómoda. El anfitrión fue muy amable y receptivo, resolviendo rápidamente cualquier duda que tuviéramos. En general, es un excelente lugar para alojarse para explorar Sevilla!
No me gustó que tuvimos que esperar en la puerta de entrada más de 20 minutos para ser recibidos en casa a pesar de haber avisado varias veces de nuestra llegada (como se solicitó). Estaba muy molesto con un bebé con necesidades.

L´appartamento è in posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla Cattedrale e dall´Alcazar, e entro 15 minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni del centro di Siviglia. Nonostante la posizione centrale, l´edificio si trova in una strada poco trafficata e poco frequentata, quindi la quiete notturna è garantita. Alloggio al primo piano con ascensore, ben arredato, spazioso e dotato di ogni comfort. Capsule caffè Nespresso e bottiglia d´acqua omaggio al check-in. Ottimi i contatti con i gestori.
Piccoli accorgimenti che avrebbero reso il soggiorno perfetto: in cucina manca la tovaglia e lo strofinaccio per asciugare i piatti; in bagno manca il docciaschiuma e lo shampoo (è strano perchè invece è presente il balsamo per capelli, ma lo shampoo no...); a volte leggero odore di fogna che risale dagli scarichi del bagno (ma è un problema molto comune a Siviglia, e comunque basta tenere la porta del bagno sempre chiusa).

De ligging was geweldig. Je stapt buiten en op drie minuten was je aan de Kathedraal of het Alcazar. Supermarktjes op 5-10 minuten. Openbaar vervoer vlakbij. Ruim appartement en alles proper. Keuken alles wat je nodig hebt. Zalige bedden en handdoeken, zelfs voor de keuken.

Central apartment just a couple of minutes´ walk from the cathedral and Alcázar - couldn´t ask for a better location! Clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for our three-night stay - would also be a great choice for a longer break. The staff of Genteel Home are super helpful and always available by WhatsApp, which we appreciated.
There was a slight smell of drains in the bathroom but it didn´t detract too much from our stay.

Location was excellent. Building has an elevator. Lot of restaurants around and all main tourist attractions are closed by. Management staff is on top of everything, they resolve any problem or question you have in no time.

The contact person was very accommodating and hospitable. Information and instructions were clear and helpful. The place was clean and is ideally located if you want to explore the city more. The apartment was the best of four VRBO´s we stayed in during our time in Spain. Well positioned to visit shops, restaurants and attractions but on quiet street and quiet position within building. Apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. Genteel was also the best of the management companies we dealt with during our stays.

Lokalizacja super, do wszystkich zabytkow pieszo. Internet super, musialam pracowac przez kilka dni i ani razu nie miala problemu aby zerwalo telekonferencje. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze wysposazone i czyste.
Jedyny minus to 2 oddzielne lozka w sypialni.
La taille du logement et sa deco. a 5 minutes de la place de la cathedrale, toutes les monument se font a pieds.

Por poner alguna pega que no hubiera un espejo de cuerpo entero. Y la verdad no nos hizo mucha gracia cuando a las 10.15 llamó a la puerta el personal de limpieza cuando hasta las 11,00 no era el check-out.

The only thing we didn´t like was the parking place. It was very far away from the house, like 1 km. So coming and going back to it in the heat of Sevilla was quite hard.

There wasn’t enough hot water during our stay for 2 of 3 nights. The hot water only lasted for 10 minutes those nights. The host said there was a number to call for the facility but we didn’t have time to call it. We also had to pay the extra fee for checking in late but that was our fault.
Bed is two singles pushed together. Not ideal. Instructions for arrival not clear and exact address of property not provided on booking.com.

마지막날에 정전이 났는데 출입문 옆에 있는 두꺼비 다 내리고 5분 후에 다 올리면 됩니다.
Situation géographique idéale (rue très calme), propreté et literie confortable. Appartement clair et bien équipé.
Seul petit bémol : immeuble moyennement bien insonorisé, diificulté à dormir la première nuit (bruit causé par les occupants du 2ème étage après minuit)...
부킹닷컴에 등록된 장소와 달라서 찾아가는데 1시간을 소요함. 하루에 두 번의 정전을 겪음. 시간이 지나면 전기가 다시 들어왔는데, 정전이 일어나서 직원에게 전화하니 5-10분만에 오겠다고 해놓고 30분뒤에 옴. 오고나서 "뭐야 불 켜져있잖아? 문제없지?" 이러고 감. 방음이 전혀 안 됨. 옆집 접시 달그락소리까지 들림. 정전 때 옆집들도 같이 정전이었음. 바닥청소가 잘 안 되어있음. 내가 닦았는데도 검은 것이 계속 묻음. 헤어드라이어 소리는 요란한데 머리가 안 마름. 밖에 나가는 게 더 빨리 마름. 샤워 수압이 약하고 수량 자체가 적어 씻는 시간이 오래 걸림. 부엌 바닥에 물이 샘. 화장실 세면대 물은 안빠져서 쓰면 안 됨. 날벌레가 많음. 스페인까지 와서 눈에 모기 물림. 그리고 투숙객에게 쓰레기 버리는 것을 요구함. 쓰레기장은 숙소에서 걸어서 20분거리임. 집이 매우 크지만 그 집을 데울 정도로 히터를 틀거나 불을 켜면 정전됨. 빛 좋은 개살구임. 제공되는 커피는 내려먹는 커피인데 필터 없음. 나의 세비야 여행을 망친 숙소.

The electricity work off due to a problem that was not ours, as you say it was produced in the whole area and it was a general blackout that occurred in a timely manner for reasons of maintenance of the electricity company. Although the cleaning is not usually a complaint of our customers, we will check this aspect and we will work to improve it, and also the hair dryer and the heater of the house, because we did not know that they did not work correctly. Le canapé lit pour la 3éme personne n´était pas prêt à notre arrivée.
Despite the 2 negatives mentioned above our stay was excellent and it did not distract from the beautiful apartment and the really great location. The apartment was beautifully decorated and gave it a homely feeling. And its not dark as one reviewer stated. You just have to open the shutters i. e. Open window and pull up the shutter. It very light after that. The heating worked well and it was cosy dedpit it being winter
La ubicación del apartamento fue lo mejor. Todo estaba muy limpio. Tanto los colchones de las camas como el del sofá cama eran muy cómodos.
Es solo una percepción personal y es que al ser un apartamento moderno no habría puesto bañera sino plato de ducha.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious , fully equipped , comfortable , quiet and ideally located. It made our stay in Seville more enjoyable. The check in was informative and helpful. Unreservedly recommended.
There could’ve been a little bit more communication about how to leave. There was a button that opened the door the whole time. The person giving the keys also seemed a bit in a rush.

Par contre, appartement du dessus très bruyant, nous avons été réveillé plusieurs fois. Et lors de notre départ, il était prévu que l´on amène nos valises dans une consigne... qui était fermée! Du coup nous avons perdu une demi-journée.

En ce qui concerne les commentaires que vous faites au sujet du bruit environnant, s´il vous plaît comprenez que l´appartement est situé dans un bâtiment résidentiel, et que le bruit des voisins est quelque chose hors de notre pouvoir et quelque chose de puntuelle. Enfin, à propos de la bagagerie. Nous suggérons à nos clients de laisser leurs bagages car ils sont proches de leurs appartements, mais en tant que service externe, nous ne pouvons pas en être responsables. Il y avait apparemment une sorte de problème avec le bureau au moment de l´ouverture, mais, encore une fois, c´est quelque chose qui nous dépasse. En tout cas, nous espérons que ces problèmes n´auront pas eu beaucoup d´influence sur votre séjour chez nous, et espérons vous revoir bientôt. Meilleures salutations.

En outre , l arrivée est parfaitement organisée et les explications claires . Enfin , nous avons pu rester un peu plus longtemps dans l appartement , ce que nous avons beaucoup apprecie compte tenu de notre vol tardif .nous n hésiterons pas à faire appel à genteelhome une autre fois pour son sérieux et la qualité des biens proposes

Estimado José Luis, muchas gracias por su magnífico comentario sobre el apartamento. Hemos estado investigando en todo el edificio y puedo asegurarle que no hay ninguna obra de ningún vecino. Entonces, o bien la han acabado ya o bien puede que fuera del edificio de al lado, y que debido a algo puntual se escuchara ese día en el apartamento, pero en la Comunidad no hay ninguna obra ahora mismo. Gracias de nuevo por su colaboración y confianza.
