La ubicación es muy buena, cercana a zonas culturales, para salir a tomar algo y con mercado cercano por si se necesita realizar alguna compra. La cocina está perfectamente equipada y nos dejaron agua en la nevera, que se agradece cuando llegas a Sevilla.
Como punto "negativo", por las noches en el salón (que hace de habitación) se oye bastante el ruido de la calle. Había algo de humedad en el baño.

Le pedimos disculpas por las molestias ocasionadas por el ruido; es importante señalar que, en ocasiones, debido a festividades celebradas en la zona o a la época del año, puede notar un poco más de ruido de lo habitual. Lamentamos cualquier inconveniente que esto haya podido causar y revisaremos el sistema de insonorización para realizar las mejoras pertinentes. Asimismo, tomamos muy en serio sus comentarios sobre la humedad en el baño y procederemos a investigar este asunto. Sus observaciones son invaluables para nosotros, ya que nos ayudan a identificar áreas de mejora.
Esperamos tener la oportunidad de darle la bienvenida nuevamente en el futuro para ofrecerle una experiencia aún mejor.

Nell’appartamento vi è un forte odore umidità dovuto (immagino) alle travi del Soffitto. Essendo al piano strada inoltre anche l’apertura delle finestre non sempre è possibile e questo non facilita l’aerazione. Suggerisco di munire l’appartamento con dei profumatori per ambiente

L´emplacement était parfait et m´a permis de visiter Séville à pied! Plusieurs commerces autour permettant de manger et de faire quelques achats. L´appartement est superbement décoré et aménagé, confortable et bien équipé. Les hôtes répondent rapidement si on a besoin. Comme je faisais du télétravail, j´étais contente de la performance du wifi.
Au début j´ai reçu les instructions uniquement en espagnol, ce qui fait que j´ai eu de la difficulté à comprendre le fonctionnement des équipements de l´appartement au début. Si j´avais une critique à faire, ce serait de rafraichir la salle de bain. Tout le reste de l´appartement est impeccable, très bien aménagé et décoré, mais la salle de bain est très sobre et démontre clairement des signes d´infiltration d´eau.

The location is excellent - close to tapas bars, attractions, and the river!
Depending on who is also staying in the building, the outside can smell very strongly of cigarettes which made it hard to line dry our clothing or enjoy the patio.
