Ubicación, todo presente para detergente. Buena aplicación. Buenos colchones en el dormitorio.
¡Olor a podrido! Enorme del baño. La hija estaba en la sala de estar en la silla de cama dura. Y ahí olía muy mal, aunque siempre cerramos la puerta del baño. Y mucho ruido y se escucha a los vecinos y otras personas/niños en el bloque de aplicaciones.

Excelente ubicación, muy limpio y me encantaron las camas extremadamente cómodas. Este apartamento fue ideal para nuestro descanso de 4 noches Un buen detalle fue una botella grande de agua helada en la nevera, lo cual fue apreciado. El balcón es pequeñito pero pudimos sentarnos a tomar algo o 2 Pudimos registrarnos antes de las 3pm también, ya que el apartamento estaba listo, lo que era ideal.
Podría haber contado con un espejo de cuerpo entero en algún lugar. Podía escuchar bastante ruido de entrada y salida del apartamento de al lado, pero me di cuenta de que es una zona residencial

The location was quiet even though it was close to all of the activities. The gated passthrough after hours added extra security and a sound barrier.
Although the apartment was VERY clean we did see some small cockroaches. I let the hostess know, who was mortified, so I’m sure they have dealt with issue immediately

The location is very good. You can reach all attractions on foot. There is a small nice place next to the apartment. The key handover worked smoothly. The beds were very good.
The apartment was not very clean. Mold stains in the shower. Broken and frayed sheets. The balcony door could not be opened and it took a day for that to be fixed. The house in which the Apartment is located is very noisy. There was a lot of noise above us on two out of four nights until 7 in the morning.

I was met at the apartment by Victor, who showed me around and explained how to get any information I needed either through the QR code on the door or by contacting the office from 09.00 to 21.00. The apartment (Santa Marta II) is in a block of apartments in a type of precinct. There are two lifts, both of which work. The public space in the building is very clean as is the apartment itself. Security wise it felt very secure and at night the gates at either side of entrance to the walkway are locked, therefore there was no street noise at all. Some kitchen necessities like water, capsules for coffee, sugar sachets and some oil were provided. There’s a Carrefour express at one end of the walkway from the apartment to satisfy requirements for a short stay and an Aldi about 5 minutes or less. As well as a coffee machine, the apartment has an electric kettle and toaster, and a range of pots and pans, together with a microwave. The hob is induction with two rings, however there is no oven. This didn’t bother me in the slightest as I didn’t come on holiday to oven cook my dinner!!!!The bathroom was spotless and decent shower gel, soap and shampoo were provided. The apartment has a dishwasher, not full size but perfect for apartment and a washing machine. Capsules for both were provided along with a clothes horse, ironing board and iron, and a step ladder to reach the tall cupboards. There are two decent places to eat on the square at one end of the walkway, and another bar at the other end, all very popular with the locals. The apartment is about 20 minutes walk from the Cathedral and is very close to a vibrant shopping area. The bus stop to the station is very near, just down Calle Orfila and across the road. All in all a great stay.

É muito bem localizado, mesmo ao lado das setas, tem um supermercado mesmo à porta assim como muitos restaurantes bons e giros muito perto. O apartamento estava muito bem equipado e as camas eram confortáveis.
O chuveiro de cima funcionava mal porque estava entupido e o lavatório também estava entupido e escoava mal a água mas dava para usar perfeitamente. Só tinha edredões e não lençóis de cima, o que, nas noites quentes era desconfortável. Mesmo com ar condicionado. O lençol de baixo do sofá da sala era demasiado pequeno para a dimensão. Mas deu para as crianças dormirem bem. Tudo isto são pormenores que se corrigem facilmente.

The location was amazing being right behind Las Setas, but in a really quiet block of apartments so you could get a peaceful sleep. The apartment was well appointed, had everything required for a week-long stay, and our host was very friendly and easy to contact. The terrace was just big enough for 2 to enjoy a morning coffee. Air con was a welcome necessity. The apartment was exactly as in the pictures so very happy with it. And the city itself exceeded expectations, it´s truly stunning.
The front door had a ´knack´ to it so you had to pull it in tight as you turned the key to open it, it took us a while to figure that out. The bar stools were a little wobbly to sit on.

A localização é excelente, uma região bem movimentada, dá para conhecer Sevilha a pé , além de ter mercados, restaurantes e farmácia ao redor do apartamento. Mesmo estando numa região movimentada o apartamento é bem silencioso. As fotos representam bem o apartamento e possui todos os utensílios necessários para a estadia do hóspede.

La ubicación era muy buena y la atención del chico que nos recibió también. La habitación estaba muy completa
Había polvo (no una cosa exagerada, pero había). Un olor en las tuberías horrible (cosa que pregunté antes de ir y me dijeron que solo en verano, pues no), el último día a las 11 puntual la chica de la limpieza no "echó" de muy malas formas (si nos ves que estamos sacando las maletas...chica espera unos minutos, solo le pedimos que si podía quedarse mi suegra y mi madre mientras íbamos a por el coche, para no quedarse abajo solas... Pues no) Y por último la habitación es suuuper pequeña, en comparación a las fotos ...entonces no entiendo las 4 estrellas....ya que tienen habitaciones buenas y malas y no sabes cuál te va a tocar.... A y por cierto, el sofá cama estaba roto y los canales de TV iban con muchas interferencias, hasta el punto que decidimos apagarla...

Cocina equipada con lavavajillas y lavadora, utensilios de cocina, cafetera, tostadora... Cama cómoda y sofá cama equipado con sábanas limpias. Zona tranquila con supermercado en la puerta. Buena iluminación en el baño para maquillarse o afeitarse.
No tiene horno y quizás le falte un perchero en la entrada. No hay mesa para comer, sólo una barra con 3 taburetes, éramos 4 y eso nos resultó un poco incómodo, si es para desayunar bien, pero si quieres cenar no hay espacio.

Ideal location to do everything on foot. Apartment very well equipped and in a courtyard set back from the street so quiet. Very friendly reception staff and easy steps with Whatsapp to meet. Price offer for a nearby parking which is very nice.
As often in Spain the sound insulation is very bad....we heard a lot of neighbors. No noise from the street. Another negative point of the smell of pipes in the apartment coming from the bathroom.

Que estaba perfectamente descrito en la página de Booking, era tal cual se anunciaba La calidad del wifi estupenda
La limpieza de lo que no es el suelo (aunque un poco también), en especial la de las puertas de armarios y cristalería de las lámparas. El sofá cama olía mal, a persona sin asearse. El aire acondicionado del salón perdía agua de condensación y, aunque el anfitrión lo arregló rápidamente, se podía comprobar que era una avería recurrente ya que el marco de la puerta debajo del split estaba totalmente deformado y despintado a causa de la humedad

Very comfortable and clean. Bang in the city centre with all restaurants nearby. Approachable and friendly staff, who are quick to respond. Well equipped apartmemt. I like that we had a little balcony. I didn´t find it to be noisy
Hard to locate. You have to find No. 2 and then enter the gate. The apartments can be a little more generous. We ran out of body wash and did not get extra from the staff. Then had to buy one from the Carrefour nearby only for one extra day. For short stays- extras should be given. Same thing happened with sugar satchets and tea. Should provide enough in the beginning because it is awkward to ask.
